I'm a loyal Enrich customer and have generally enjoyed excellent service. Unfortunately, today's experience was overshadowed by an uncooperative receptionist. I was there for my hair colour and I requested to be assisted for threading as soon as possible because I had fractured my leg and could wait for long. At first they said that they will send someone soon. Then after an hour I was constantly being told that all professionals were occupied with facials and that I had to wait for an hour to get my threading done. Just then I witnessed a professional became miraculously available for threading for another client. This is absolutely unacceptable.

It's a good salon for ones looking for a complete transformation with regards to hair and skin. Especially hair stylist named Shamim is very good. He has a command on his work and is very polite and hard working. Highly recommended

Nilima is amazing! Recommend her for eyebrow, upper lips, waxing, etc. she is super quick too, so it’s great if you’re in a rush and want to get everything done.

The behavior of staff is really good and they do provide an awesome servive. They do have wide range of product variety available with them. I had a really good shopping experience and do suggest to choose this enrich store if you are looking for self care.

I got the haircut from Tauheed, He is one of the best one I came across till date , knows his work and does the job well . The store is well managed and the staff is friendly. Recommended!!
