Just because trust Hospital from doctors to staff people takes advantage of patients. Doctors are never on time. Even like others patients come leaving everything behind to visit doctors. But as this is the Trust hospital, Doctors will take their own time to visit. No one is taking action. Pathetic experience.

Today 09/10/2023 I Riddhi P Dave visited OPD at 09:15 for Dr. Harsh Y Parekh. His usual timing for OPD informed us was from 9AM onwards. However while writing this to you doctor has not yet arrived Which is 10:15Am. There were some patients waiting from 8 AM as they were informed about that. I completely understand that they are "DOCTORS". However Visitors are patients. Keeping that in consideration kindly give one particular time. This is absolutely not acceptable from a non profit organisation. Who's here to help people. OPD sister Priyanka and one in white saree absolutely rude. If these sisters at work.... please do not sit quiet. I have also posted this on Google reviews, just FYI. My parents really believe in Hitwardhak. That's the only reason. Really disappointed. And absolutely not acceptable. Just entered at 10.27am.

Before reaching to yhe hospital pleasee cross verfied the same on call. As i have to book an appointment for rheumatologist and as per the hospital official side i tried to book the same on wednesday then i got to know that the doctors are not visiting there and they are coming only monday and tueday in which they only take 4-5 patient. It's pathetic if dr is not entertaining the patient and did not coming as per the suggested time then they have to work on it.

A very good hospital is maintained well but all is the doctors problem there are always coming late and sometimes cancelling the plan to come to the hospital we have to purchase cheat before the appointment bt after waiting 2-3 long the Staff simply say sir is not coming today WT hell this... meanwhile I asked 3 times to staff ek ratta rattaya dialogue *kuch Emergency rhega* not even..aarahe hai krte krte 2 HR nikl gya initial Timing se...very bad experience...

I visited khm hospital for dental OPD . The staff were very caring and cooperative. Dr. Shardul was very kind and I felt no pain while he was doing my surgery. The visits went really smooth , satisfied with the service.

I have always carried myself and my known people here for all the treatments required. They are far above excellence and worth every wait and penny spent. Great going, i wish i will contribute for this hospital in some or the other way possible very soon

I have came here for the 1st time for my mom DCR the hospital service is good Also the staff behave well with the patient.overall nice experience.We have interacted with Hemali sister she is very supportive and completed all the Formalities with her full dedication and supported throughout the time.Thanks for your hard work
