Overhyped pub & nothing else... Servers force you to write a review and even type their name 😂 I mean come on... Charging 10% service fee & still the table service is pathetic. And their app did not work either. We asked for Non-smoking table and were given one right next to a chain smoking group. Sigh. Same drink ordered was priced differently in the bill.. Food was okay, nothing to write home about. Its more like an upmarket bar like you see in the NCR region. I'd avoid having the mains unless your date insists Music can be loud, crowd is a mix of youngsters and IT professionals with the beer towers flowing. Okay if you wanna hangout with friends for sometime & prefer shouting as verses to talking to each other

Place is good, food and drinks were good. Tried Nachos, onion rings, chicken popcorn, margarita pizza and chana zor garam. Suggesting noto have margarita pizza and chana zor garam. It was not tasty

CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS! NEVER NEVER NEVER TRUST BUY 1 GET 1 OFFER. THEY ARE MISLEADING EVERYONE WITH THAT OFFER. Before entering the bar, we asked TWICE about that offer and they said it's valid on BAR MENU. OK, we went to the table and ordered from table no 53 using the couple of physical menu catalogues they've given. We ordered their special LIIT and what we received was nowhere similar to the LIITs we had at the other places, as it was a normal orange juice to us. When we asked why alcohol content is very negligible, they advised to order some other LIIT having double the price which is not even in their physical catalogue earlier and had to order from their mobile app. And most surprisingly, they said, only the items we're ordering from the mobile app are having buy 1 get 1 offer and this offer is not valid on the order given from the physical catalogue. IN THIS WAY WE WERE CHEATED BADLY. They never wrote about the exception items nor their staff informed us beforehand. In this way, they cheat their customers. You can see their tactics as per the attached images. What they show and what they deliver has been exposed. I explained to them about that malpractice but still they were adamant and didn't agree to their fault. What's that? Your staff says buy 1 get 1 on full bar menu and this is what happens to us. RIDICULOUS! Mandatory Service Charge!!! It is totally upon the customer whether to pay the tip or gratuity also the amount, it is also after completing his or her meal. Also forcing a customer to pay service charge as condition precedent to placing order fall under restrictive trade practices. (Now in Consumer Protection Act of 2019, meaning of restrictive trade practice is mentioned under Section 2(41) of Act). Since this rule has been violated by them, I'm preparing to lodge formal complaint into the consumer forum.

Good In House Offers like BOGO on drinks. Food options are quite good too. Service is quite fast & good. Vast seating capacity but it's better to reserve a table in advance on weekends or for large parties. Ambience is quite lively. DJ is great and plays till 1 p.m usually. Overall value for money!

I’ve visited two of the outlets and it’s quite decent. You will definitely find a difference between prices at different outlets (200 bucks on LIT, is what we realised). Coming to the food, it’s okayish, nothing awesome, nothing terrible. Crispy corn was nice although ordering pasta ain’t worth the money since the portion is way too less even for one person. Chicken wings were good. Drinks are quite nice and not very diluted. Ambience wise, Amanora one is pretty lively and nice. One weird thing was the sudden drums playing at every table, which was not needed. Overall, it’s a good place to hangout.

Really nice bar in the heart of Pune's Amanora Mall with a lot of dynamic crowd. The pricing of the food and drinks were also quite affordable. Nice place to spend some time with friends. However the worst part was that Me my colleagues were denied entry even after booking a table in advance and confirming it through a phone call. The guy outside simply said no table available and was redundant on calling the manager for confirming our name. Later on insisting to check the guest list, he found the name and allowed us in. So I'll definitely avoid such place.

Had veg stuffs here. Ordered jaffrezi paneer tikka, veg farmhouse pizza, veg tarkali biryani, salted fries, tangy mojito and virgin mojito. Food was tasty. Service was okay. Quantity of fries served was too less but for other items quantity was good enough. Will visit again for biryani.

Good ambience and reasonable rates then other lounge available in amanora. Customers use an app to negotiate for their drinks at their own choice of prices with Agent Jack, the virtual bartender. Jack may agree or disagree with the customers and each offer that is rejected by Agent Jack is followed by a witty yet humorous reply that challenges customers to try again. The interaction between Jack and the customer is publicly displayed on a large projector screen, bringing a mix of humour & interactivity in addition to great deals for the customers.

This place is cool, it has good vibes. I didn't eat anything here but my partner had it and he said it was good, I loved the ambiance. They've dance floor but outer space is comparatively better. Good place to chill and hangout with friends.

It is a nice place to hang out after work or otherwise too. Good quality food and drinks. Value for money. They usually have in house offers running like buy 1 get 1 on drinks and 50% off on food. Though there are cover charges for Saturday and Sunday. If you want to dance, then DJ usually starts after 9. Overall a good place, recommended.

Agent Jack's has many outlet but I this one is situated in amanora town center . Good vibes after entering .they have two sections for seating arrangement one is indoor and other. Is outdoor.if ur smoker then u must prefer outdoor seating or else I will suggest u for indoor seating.tables are placed at sufficient distance maintaining privacy .there is one unique and funny way to order for that u have to download their app on mobile and place bid of particular item . There is chance u will get price cheaper than MRP so I find it funny ,u can order normally also at regular price. food is ok not so good but ambiance give u very good vibes.so if ur planning dinner after shopping it's good place to hangout with your friends .

Food and drinks were delicious. Service is also decent. Great DJ. Dance floor have only couple entries. You'll have to download their app to order. And there is bidding system for drinks in app which is really not needed and serves no purpose. The ambience is good but becomes suffocated after a while. We were in the outdoor sitting but still it was very hot and with all the smoking people around it was difficult.

Nice place to hangout with friends. You can download their app to order drink where you have to bid for the price between a range to get your order approved. It’s fun to order drinks from the app. They have both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements and ambiance is quite nice. Food and music is also great. I’ve been to this place many times and it’s in the west block of Amanora mall. During weekend it’s crowded so try to reach little early.

One of the worst places i have visited before and during the pandemic. Worst service and more worse sanitization procedure. They only check the arogya setu app before entering but no temperature check or hand sanitization. The table was dirty after the previous customer, we asked it to be cleaned, the server just dusted it with a cloth. No disinfection was carried out. We cleaned it with out own sanitizer. We ordered pizza and after 30 mins the server tells us they dont have pizza at all. There are better places to dine-in and drink during this pandemic, would never go back there. Also, i wouldnt have stayed if not for my friends.

Agent jack having their own app which you need to download or will open on browser once you connect to their WiFi. App is like trading for liquor where you can see lower price for demanding liquor. You can also bargain on drink. Once you confirm order waiter will come to serve you. Food is good but quite expensive. Environment is good. Cigarette also available but better to bring it with yourself. You can smoke only on outside table. There is also happy hours in the evening time where you will get good offer.

Double check your bills here, they manipulate it by increasing the count of your food or liquor. I would not prefer nachos here they are very oily. Chicken garlic tikka was better. In liquor we took jacobs wine and Irish delish coffee liquor. It was good.

We faced really bad and unwanted hospitality experience at the site where in the management assumed that being stags we would create nuisance. Such kind of offensive comments is really not appreciated. Management needs to intervene.

Located in center of Amanora mall this place has huge open space seating with multiple seating options along with great ambience. They use the app to order drinks and food in which you can bargain with the virtual assistant good thing is you can get great deals on the drinks like we got a tower for 800 bucks considering the place it's very cheap. Food was great great presentation and quality. Service staff was humble and help you select the best offer for the day. Only disappointment was the music and small food menu if you are going here for proper dinner or lunch you might be disappointed. One of my favorite restaurants in pune. Their food is amazing, Good music. I love bidding for drinks its fun and cool. Their staff is also very helpful just ask for your food preference and they will let you know options they have for you. My personal favourite is bhuni lal mirch ka paneer tikka they do have other good options also.

I recently visited AgentJack's Place at the Amanora Mall and was absolutely amazed by the experience. The seating area was huge and had multiple seating options, both indoors and outdoors. The ambiance was great, with comfortable seating and plenty of space to move around. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience at Jack's Place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great evening out.

Pathetic pathetic music at this place. They invited some band on 1 Jan 2020 evening. Has the worst experience of my life. I saw ppl moving out of the place to entire another bar in the neighbourhood because the live music was so pathetic. They didn’t even reduce the volume inspite of multiple requests. Super environment for enjoyment. Tasty food and good offers. I have visited this place numerous times and by far my favorite place to visit in Amanora if I am thinking of partying or drinks. The food is great. Its well priced too. Thai Chilli Chicken and Tandoori Chicken is good and you can try. Drinks prices are as per their app and your mileage may very. Over all I recommend this place of you're looking place for partying.

Nice place for hangout with friends. We were having a get together with our college friends, everything went well except the entry issue. Initially they hesitate to provide us entry although we have a reservation saying on weekends after 6 pm they allow only couples. Than after lot of discussion they have allowed us. To our surprise when left the restaurant around 9 pm there were almost 80% of the audience were not couple who were enjoying their food and drink. Anyway everything is fine except this small incident. We had a great time here with our college friends after a long time.

A must visit place. The atmosphere and ambience is great. The best part is the service and the host, Ms. Kedzie, who ensures proper seating arrangement for the guests, and timely service for food and beverages. She even ran a fantastic promotional offer on shots for our group as we were celebrating a colleagues promotion. In addition the music played was great. Overall, a superb experience.

1+1...says it all. Come here to chill with your friends with some nice music and lots of drinks. The staff is super friendly. They also play your song requests, even during rush hour. Don’t underestimate the outside seating just because it is inside a mall. This is my go to place whenever I am in Pune and not close to the Koregaon Park.

They are least interested in serving and respecting customers, ways of talking and body language is worst, as if doing a favour on customer by serving them, moreover they don’t consider bookings from Zomato app and they ignore bookings. This place is located at the heart of Amanora Mall, what a wonderful ambience and superb music to top it up. I would personally recommend to sit outdoors and do try their signature cocktails as well. Not a very pleasant experience, we were seated outdoors, the music volume was overboard and was just short of creating a headache. Requests to reduce volume for outdoors side were denied. The food is quite ordinary, suprisingly felt a bit restricted to Indian or Chinese foods for a seemingly cosmopolitan issue.. Only Indian variety pizzas says it all ! Location is good, and fits well into the Amanora ambience is well.

I have visited number of pubs and bars but this place is on top in my list till now. Attractive ambience. Good and loud music. You can deal on drinks using Agent Jack's app. Must visit place, if you drink and love to dance on good and loud music. Not sure about food.
