Excellent place but food is just about average. Had managed to get a place behind the service table and had a pretty bad experience of elders being hit on their back by bunch of busy waiters.. on their way out. Service can definitely be upped otherwise for the cost that u pay its just not worth visiting again. Two play things for kids to ride on makes it special for kids to play

We went to this place for lunch with friends. It's a perfect place for family lunch/dinner. It's a casual dining space serving North Indian, Seafood cuisine. Staff was humble and we were attend time to time. We had - 🖇 Chicken Biryani and various other starters and main course . Biriyani was full of flavors with adequate amount of nicely marinated chicken pieces. Even the rest of the food was good in taste. Presentation was on point. Overall it was nice and warm experience. Update 1: Food maybe good or great but service is not acceptable for the amount that is being charged. Flies dying on the table. Manager seems unapologetic and wants to push the waiters forward for the blame. Inadequate staff leading to poor and slow service. We ate here before, service was good some two years ago but it has gone down drastically. Management and owner should take a look. Ambience is great, perfect place for a family dinner. Usually operates at full capacity over the weekends. Better to go late on the weekends or on weekdays, Servers do struggle a bit but, but the overall service provided by staff and management is good. Atleast its one restaurant that listen to their customers with regards to complaints. Food quality is good and nicely served, I'll only give 3/5 for food, because there is no distinct taste, gravy tasted almost the same for veg and non veg. Must try : Chicken lollipop

We went to this place back in 2019 during SHRAVAN month. This hotel seemed to gave good variety of food items. To my surprise, it didn't have many. Nevertheless, we place an order. We needed to wait quite a long time. I stepped down twice through their lift to get some fresh air. Furthermore, since it's Shravan month, they said we are cooking seperately. We have had ordered veg manchurian. 3 balls in it were vegetarian and one off them was non vegetarian chicken manchurian ball. It was quite devastating experience for me to have dinner that night. I do not recommend this place. It will not only ruin your dinner but will also hurt your sentimental value.

The place has a good ambience with nice music. However the food quality can be rated 3/5. The one fish I really liked and would recommend is- Kashmiri Pulav

Food was nice , I observed they are not using baking soda and hence we didn't feel too heavy after the meal which I usually feel after eating in restaurants. The order takes a little time if it's crowded but the wait is worth it considering the taste of the food. The waiters and other staff are also very attentive and quickly attend your requests. However they shouldn't have allowed drinking in family section. One final word do taste their pickle. They also give a complimentary Gulab Jamun.

Yesterday we have visited this place we have visited this place in the past before We wanted to try something new hence we have ordered veg sizzlers We have specifically tell them that we are vegetarian food was good ambience was good but at the end of the meal I found egg shell in my meal Being a vegetarian I was shocked that I had that meal, I showed the piece of egg shell to manager there he took it and went to kitchen After two min he came back saying galtise ho gaya How unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour was that? When you go to a restaurant to eat you trust them and these people are so needlessly hight priced shameless people not even said sorry for not following the basic hygiene My appeal is to all vegetarians out there do not go to this restaurant they don't even follow the basic hygiene no idea what all they don't follow Hating them thoroughly!!!

Very nice ambience for family. Budget restaurant around the vicinity. Parking is easy and always full, and is a testimony of the restaurant's popularity. Not a big fan of their biryanis but starters are great and Indian breads were really good. Overall experience was quite satisfying, and something which I was looking forward to!

So we had gone here for lunch on Independence day, the place is on the highway and has sufficient parking available. We had mixed pakoda and masala papad to start with. Then we had the veg one pot rice and chicken fried rice and chicken Manchurian combo. The food items were good 😋. The prices are reasonable. The total bill came around ₹1000 for 3 adults so about 300-350 ₹/person. Appears to be a good value for money restaurant. Cleanliness and hygiene was also well maintained.

We are visiting the Venkat Mantraa since long time, the food is very delicious. The staff is so kind, service is good. Whenever will think to have food outside then the first restaurant comes to mind is Venkat Mantraa. Specially my daughter loves to have Cheese corn 🌽 boll here. Restaurant is very nit n clean.

The attitude of the staff was impolite. I order non veg Hyderabadi biryani, it was green color, I feel that I ate pulao When I asked if I could use the dine out app for the payment, they denied it, even though the option was available .

Had gone a week back on my birthday. The ambience is good and staff is polite. Starters were good but the downside was main course which was served cold and did not have the flavour worth its expensive price. Even the quantity was quite less compared to the price. They need to improve with their quantity and taste for main course.

They have recently restructured themselves from Venkat Mantra Resto Bar to Mantra Lunch home. The reason behind this restructuring is that there business come down due to nearby ne restaurant Maharastra Lunch Home. I am regularly visiting Maharastra Lunch Home and like there food. But this time tried this Mantra Lunch home. Hence, it is obvious that both the restaurants will be compared. Below are the comparison points: Cons: 1. They are copy of Maharashtra Lunch Home. They have stolen concept of Maharashtrian Thalis from Maharastra Lunch Home. Though the varieties in the food are limited. 2. Ambiance is average. 3. Food taste is average. 4. Service is slow as their kitchen is on ground floor and seating is on first floor. 5. Smaller than Maharastra Lunch Home. 6. Maharastra Lunch Home has appointed 2-3 people to arrange vehicle parking. Though Mantra also kept one person but he is in-effective. Pros: 1. They ate providing 2 bhakaries in single thali compared to 1 bhakari in Maharastra Lunch Home. 2. They are providing finger bowl which is missing in Maharastra Lunch Home.

Had been here some 4 years back when it had started its operations and it was the sole restaurant in that complex. Now after the entry of Maharashtra Lunch home, its business has taken a huge hit and are now struggling to sustain themselves. They have smartly changed their name from bar and kitchen to just venkat lunch home to compete with its neighbors Nevertheless the competition isn't going anywhere as the food wasn't great and was okayish. No boozing as they haven't renewed their liquor serving licence.

We were a regular visitor to this restaurant prior to pandemic. Now wanting to check the food out as it used to taste wonderful earlier we went over for dinner last week. Our experience was pathetic. Food quality has dropped drastically: We ordered for a Paneer starter, the Paneer tasted like tofu ( not silken tofu but the tasteless version )and absolutely tasteless, then our next order was a paneer Makhanwala which was again pathetic as the makhani gravy was no where close ( orange And pale colored !!! Tasteless gravy )and yet again the tofu!!! I’m a hotelier so frankly it’s easy for me to know the difference and tastes. Then came the paneer pulau here the paneer was authentic and tasted well. The management has to seriously take note and check on the Executive chef to make proper makhani gravy and also the purchase/ stores Incharge to check on the Paneer. To top it all the Restaurant manager in charge was not at all cordial( needs training) unlike the previous managers we have encountered there! They’ve even stopped serving the bulb jamuns post diner ! We had also asked for a comment card which we were denied stating that they haven’t started it yet. Such comments are usually for the Management to take note and take every complaint as a suggestion for betterment of food and service. Hoping they take proper measures accordingly.
