    IFC Koparkhairane branch 1) Air condition never works. 2) Though they advertise Steam and Massage facilities but its doesn't exist. 3) Zero Hygiene But good for basic workout and crossfit at affordable price.

    One of the best Gym in vashi. Atmosphere over here are friendly and enthusiastic. Trainer are very supportive and guide you perfectly for better results. Overall it's a wonderful experience.

    Proper certified trainers should be appointed. Horrible receptionist thinks gym members as slave. Low maintened gym. Not all equipments are there just main basic machines are absent.. No professionalism of trainers.

    IFC is a good Gym. Clean and hygienic. I would like to mention that my personal trainer SWAPNALI is excellent trainer. She gave me more attention and could train me considering my age and physic. A Big thanks to her.

    The manager of kopar khairane branch Mr bhalerao is a very careless person .. he does not teaches how to use equipments even after taking charge of monthly membership also forces to take personal training.. worst experience with this gym ..

    One of the best gyms in Vashi area,I would say even better than some of the costliest gyms in vashi and navi Mumbai Good management and nice workout atmosphere.......rates are very affordable The trainers here know what they are doing are are absolute master in their field. Overall it is a very good place to workout

    IFC, this is the best gym in the Koparkhairane and with affordable charges monthly/yearly. They provide good quality of equipments and machines. Also the ample space to do warm ups/pre-workouts. About the trainer, Swapnali was the trainer allotted to me. She is excellent fitness trainer. In addition to fitness she also knows and share nutrition diet plan for having good health.

    My Trainer was Swapnali. She tought me most of the gym workout, cardio,pre and post workout. She is very good Trainer I can say. IFC has Highly Skilled trainned trainers to train us. Overall experince with IFC was jst awsome. Its my badluck that I paid for yrly Membership and didn't contineu my workout due to shifting issue.

    Bench presss doesn’t have proper coushioning. AC are always off which makes people suffocate after and during exercises, No proper ventilation and steam service is not given. Which was promised while taking admission. Air conditioner leakage near dumbell rack mats are always wet.

    Had a great experience with the personal training. (Kunal) Extremely helpful for weight loss. The gym is satisfactorily equipped with good quality equipment.
