I HAVE BEEN HARRASED AND HUMILIATED BY CLOUD 9 CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF MANAGEMENT WITH NO ACTION Is CLOUD 9 actually safe for customers? Is it SAFE for women to work out at the gym? If not, management may be pressuring men to mistreat women. the customer yelled at me in front of everyone, and what management was doing when he was harrasing me humilating me in such a way and let the male customer target the female the way he wants to mistreat and do anything kind of behaviour and management watching. I found out today the customer had a history of misbehaving, being hyper, and that in the past, he was also involved in fights in the middle of the gym, so MY QUESTION IS CLOUD 9 OK LETTING this kind of CUSTOMER entering the gym and customer RESPECT , safety GO FOR A TOSS AND LET ANYTHING HAPPEN TO ANYONE especially in the matter of female too AND GYM DOES NO ACTION .

The equipments are decent however the space is very small and is also always crowded. Nikhil, a staff in the gym i came across was very impolite and not helpful. There are better gyms in the vicinity.

New location of Cloud9. Highly recommend this place. Personally vouching for *Nikhil Mehta*, who is an amazing guide to join the gym. Must Ask for NIKHIL. must visit. The gym has amazing facilities and good equipments. They have steam, sauna, cryo-therapy room (cold bath) . Separate changing rooms for men and women. They also personal trainer options available. They also have Different classes like Zumba, yoga, Latin dance, Bollywood dance, functional training. More to come. They also have a counter for fresh and healthy food and juices. Cons: They don't give towels. Bathrooms doesn't have A/c The classes are odd timings so I haven't got a chance to review them.

The best gym/fitness club so far in Andheri. Once Original Olympic bar & bumper plates arrive , it gonna give a tough competition to other existing gyms...the best part is that this club has a LIFTING PLATFORM.....

Being in a service industry they just do not care about their customer satisfaction and have no idea about what customer service is actually.

Seems a good gym in one week if use. Management is good but the classes that were promised aren't regular as promised and trainers aren't helpful unless you take personal training and want to push you to take expensive personal training sessions for 3 months together The gym seems good but would suggest if staff could clean commonly used machines regularly and trainers help out regardless of PT. P S please keep uniform price system for all members.

Awesome gym ..It looks premium

It is nice with good equipments and positive energy on the floor. At the given price it is value for money. One thing which they can improve is the floor support by instructors. If you don't take personal training, then mostly the general trainers don't support much by their own even if you are doing something wrong.

I used to go to other gym earlier so was little worried about this gym due to size but then it completely changed my perception. Thousand time better than other gym as you get complete and clear details before and after taking membership as well as trainers give you proper attention .

One of the worst gym in Mumbai.... Trainer behaviour and gym rules are very wrong..... They don't know how to behave with there clients..... Even washroom is also in bad condition

I would have half star rated the gym but no options for half star rating. They don't have proper valet guy to park the cars. I was fined by traffic police because gym valet guy wrongly parked my car.Spoke to the gym owner but given a deaf ear! House keeping keeps staring at female members by sitting out in the reception area. No proper maintenance.

There is no proper management,drinking water is not clean,no bmc water is provided for drinking, staff on the desk are not at all co operative worst gym in Lokhandwala andheri west

Its been almost 2 weeks training with cloud9 under Saurabh Sir. He is an exprienced Prof. Trainer. He understands your body and knows how to train you i have personally seen lot changes in me after training with him. You will not regret training under him.

One of the most finest n classy gym in Andheri West Lokhandwala. Amazing equipment’s and great staff. I am in love with the icebath , which is not available in any gym across Lokhandwala vicinity. Nikhil Mehta has been super supportive and fabulous. Overall vibes are really good.

It’s a good gym the only thing I would request to provide access to all the gym members who atleast have paid for 1 year, if it’s possible to have access to all the gyms across the city or atleast couple of them. Also I think there should more classes in the evening as to morning as I see more people in the evening and not to many in the morning.

It’s the gym with the best vibe and great trainers… specially Shivangi. She has been the best trainer I have ever had. Every day is a better day because of the workout I have at the gym

Been going to the gym almost 2 weeks training with Abhijeet sir who is an experienced personal trainer and I have definitely found myself improving thanks to him.

I love the interiors and the lightings in this gym, I must say, if you are into aesthetics, this gym Cloud 9 is one of the best gym with seriously best equipments, barbells, weight plates and racks, all trainers are certified and top notch and their management is very supportive and cooperative.

equipment is good trainers are good but i m not happy with d management ,ceiling is falls no water no maintenece of gym, things are stolen by whom they don't know and not bother to know , i lost my t.shirt ,water bottle ,towel ,my shoes .i mean what is this i complaint also but no action no solution i m very dissappointed with these whole things and the management , my memebership is there but i don't feel like to go .

It's second week I joined Cloud 9 gym andheri. I was searching gym nearby to my home and cloud 9 was one of them(walking distance from my home). I visited gym and met Mr Awez, he showed me the gym and told me about the package. I think I got best package for 15 months and 2 moths Personal training (12 session each month). I get so positive vibes in the gym, trainers are so good, gym with all the required equipments, steam, shower, changing room is short but so good.
