the gym is located near to sanpada railway station , 2 minutes walk from station. the gym is spacious and upgraded with all modern equipment. Every type of machinery and facility is available there which is necessary to be fit and perfect. you can enjoy running and jogging on trade mills, cycling, boxing, tyre lifting and many more things apart from regular weight lifting machinery. the gym also affordable with cost comparably low as compared to other gyms with same facility.

Worth every penny. Professional trainers. Professional staff. Ample floor space. Excellent maintenance of gym equipments and clean changing rooms, showers, washrooms. Best gym I've ever come across.

Excellent gym, probably one of the biggest in navi Mumbai must be around 8000sq ft,ample parking space around and very nice trainers and latest hi tech machines for chest,triceps,biceps and legs and spacious changing room ..ppeople looking to join gym around vashi,sanpada ,juinagar shud visit it once before joining any gym.

In MFC there is friendly atmosphere and good trainers who push you to your limit every session that a lot of gyms don’t have. They have great programs for there members. It has almost all of the things that a traditional gym has.
