Every
year
I
used
to
buy
my
yearly
gym
membership
from
Fitternity
app
and
was
happy
with
the
service.
But
then
Fitternity
introduced
the
OnePass
and
as
a
loyal
customer
of
Fitternity
I
wanted
to
try
the
unique
OnePass
Membership.
Since
the
purchase
of
OnePass
the
horrible
experience
started.
1.
Many
of
the
gyms
will
deny
the
OnePass
session
even
after
a
successful
booking.
2.
Many
of
the
gyms
listed
on
OnePass
have
no
tie-ups
with
Fitternity
and
have
not
even
heard
about
Fitternity
App.
3.
I
travelled
to
my
hometown
Varanasi
and
was
able
to
make
successful
OnePass
session
booking
but
the
gym
denied
it.
The
customer
care
of
Fitternity
informed
me
that
Varanasi
doesn't
have
OnePass
facility
yet.
Then
how
did
I
make
a
successful
booking
on
your
damn
app.
4.
Even
in
metro
cities
like
Mumbai
and
Pune
most
of
the
elite
gyms
which
used
to
be
a
part
of
OnePass
is
no
more
listed
on
OnePass.
Now
mostly
you
will
find
local
gyms
(who
doesn't
have
a
chain
of
fitness
centres)
listed
on
OnePass
in
your
area.
5.
Don't
fall
prey
to
their
refund
policy.
They
will
deduct
various
charges
which
are
never
mentioned
on
the
site
or
app
and
refund
you
peanuts
that
too
in
the
Fitternity
Wallet.
6.
They
keep
introducing
caps
and
limits
on
usage
which
was
not
there
when
I
purchased
the
membership.
I
feel
trapped
in
this
OnePass
Membership.
They
had
promised
stars
and
not
delivered
even
5
percent
of
it.
I
had
purchased
yearly
OnePass
and
could
only
use
30
sessions
because
most
of
the
gyms
denied
the
session.
It's
frustrating
when
you
reach
a
fitness
centre
and
they
deny
you
the
session.
Fitternity
Team
if
you
are
listening
then
let
me
tell
you
that
you
people
were
doing
great
job
until
you
introduced
OnePass.
The
OnePass
has
not
been
successful
and
is
making
a
dent
on
your
image.
Please
continue
selling
just
Gym
Memberships
and
loyal
customers
like
me
will
prefer
buying
membership
through
Fitternity.
