It is a scam, don't fall for it. If you are thinking of taking their One Pass paying a premium amount, Beware!! They will ask you to take membership showing multiple options in the area and then after sometime these options will no longer exits. When I went back to them asking for either other options in my area or the same option which was earlier available, they gave me options which are much far away from my home and the membership value for these gyms are not be even half the price of what these guys are charging. If you do not want to go for One pass then directly walk into the gym you wish to go and believe me you will get much better deals than what you are getting here at one pass.

It’s been 15 days that I’m still waiting for my refund every day I call on the customer service number no response. I haven’t received my 24k which is stuck because of you guys. Worst experience I ever had. I don’t recommend anyone to go through this. The only option I have now is to go to their office and get my refund. And definitely putting this experience on my social media handles as well. Don’t take peoples hard earned money like.

The worst platform where they try to fleece money by putting up random names of gyms which no longer have a tie up with them. There is no customer care service and absolutely no way to reach them. They reply to your mail once in a while. No other way to get a refund apart from praying to gods that they return your money. Even gods might hear you but Fitternity customer care won't. Basically, they take your money and don't give a membership. Edit: I see that they have replied to this and are pretending like the issue has been resolved. REALITY nothing has changed. Let's see if I get a refund, they are still carrying gyms which don't have a tie-up with them. Highly considering filing a consumer complaint because there seem to be many victims.

They give generic responses like - we are currently processing your concern with highest priority. I purchased their pass on Sept 14,2020 and raised an issue. It is Nov 28,2020 right now. Still not resolved. I still get generic messages as response.

Fitternity don't seem to have clear policies and neither are their departments in sync, especially regarding refunds. Its okay as long as you have paid the subscription and don't want a refund for any reason whatsoever. which seems deliberate to dupe and defraud your members. Another lacuna in their model that I have observed that members who go through Fitternity are not treated or attended well. I have taken subscriptions through them twice now in two different cities and would never recommend to take their service.

Fitternity offers absolutely false promises when selling any membership. While buying Cult membership from fitternity at absolutely the same cost as cult was offering, fitternity promised pause period of cumulative 90 days which it now refuses to provide and is continuously giving me unreasonable excuses for not abiding by the promise

I bought One Pass last month- it is basically a scam. You're allowed 18 sessions in a month and you can only take 1 session a day. Most classes don't let you book more than 2 to 3 times in a month. Which means you are forced to travel further from your location once you finish attending the classes near you. Out of the 10 sessions I booked 7 were cancelled by them. Most of the times the classes were cancelled last minute. On 2 occasions I reached the venue and got notified of the cancellation. There were times a class was held at 5pm and the app would 6. The app is not updated and on talking to their customer care representative I was told that they cannot take responsibility of this and there are chances of this happening again. So I started calling the classes to check ​and more often than not the class was not happening that day. So now after all the last minute cancellations, Diwali holidays, no classes on Sundays and no classes on other days for no reason at all I have 16 sessions left to complete in 10 days. When I contacted Fitternity about this all they did was apologise. I requested for an extension which was denied. They blamed the class centres and told me that they can't do anything about this. Those looking to join Fitternity do not do so. They take no responsibility. Join an individual class instead.

This app doesn't hold on to the promises they make. Tons of glitches on the app.. Every single time you have to screenshot and send it to the customer support team who haven't been trained. I couldn't even go to a gym coz they had some technical issues and Everytime they promised me that the issue will be sorted but they don't give you a time frame of when. They show u many gyms that u can go to but then suddenly those gyms vanish from the options page. I bought a pass that was for 1 year and now they saying it's valid for only 6months.. If there's an issue they won't dort it for you unless you calling them everyday. Please spend your hard earned money else where.

Every year I used to buy my yearly gym membership from Fitternity app and was happy with the service. But then Fitternity introduced the OnePass and as a loyal customer of Fitternity I wanted to try the unique OnePass Membership. Since the purchase of OnePass the horrible experience started. 1. Many of the gyms will deny the OnePass session even after a successful booking. 2. Many of the gyms listed on OnePass have no tie-ups with Fitternity and have not even heard about Fitternity App. 3. I travelled to my hometown Varanasi and was able to make successful OnePass session booking but the gym denied it. The customer care of Fitternity informed me that Varanasi doesn't have OnePass facility yet. Then how did I make a successful booking on your damn app. 4. Even in metro cities like Mumbai and Pune most of the elite gyms which used to be a part of OnePass is no more listed on OnePass. Now mostly you will find local gyms (who doesn't have a chain of fitness centres) listed on OnePass in your area. 5. Don't fall prey to their refund policy. They will deduct various charges which are never mentioned on the site or app and refund you peanuts that too in the Fitternity Wallet. 6. They keep introducing caps and limits on usage which was not there when I purchased the membership. I feel trapped in this OnePass Membership. They had promised stars and not delivered even 5 percent of it. I had purchased yearly OnePass and could only use 30 sessions because most of the gyms denied the session. It's frustrating when you reach a fitness centre and they deny you the session. Fitternity Team if you are listening then let me tell you that you people were doing great job until you introduced OnePass. The OnePass has not been successful and is making a dent on your image. Please continue selling just Gym Memberships and loyal customers like me will prefer buying membership through Fitternity.

Specially in this lockdown situation, Fitternity gives us lot of live features which help to keep Fit. If you are crazy for Gym then you can do your exercise anywhere, so just book ur workout session and stay fit.

Most (95%)of the listed centre in fitternity still showing closed untill further notice....very bad customer service .....requesting for last 2month....but no action ....they dont bother about customer ... (I hv already talk to the preferred studio... Centres are re-opened and ready to take access from fitternity onepass... Centre manager told me that no one from fitternity contact with them after covid lockdown) Already i wrote email to customer support but still no reply and action ....its worthless taking membership from fitternity ..

Pathetic service! Customer care is always late in responding, sometimes no response at all. I was assured 2 free gifts after purchasing a yearly 'One Pass' membership. Took membership in Jan 2020, they sent a written mail (Pic attached) that within 15-20 working days, they will deliver. Lockdown started from 24rd March. More than 4 months have gone, nothing happened. Only empty promises. Already written email on their given id. I regret purchasing the membership. Dont trust Fitternity at all, its a scam. Its a trap! I want my money back. I am considering legal action. Update: 1-July-2020. Already 3 weeks have passed. Their person called me 15 days back and assured be that my query will be resolved in 3 working days and since then I haven’t heard from her. They have time and money to spend on Facebook ads and new offers, but don’t have the time and money to honour their commitments.

Worst experience ever with fitternity pass I had bought fitternity pass and booked a gym for my session and when I reached the gym the gym owner said they don't have any fitternity related pass and when I called customer care they took 45 mins and just cancelled my booking session later I went to other gym they said the same thing and after complaining about one week and calling them they have removed the GYMS from the app GUYS GO TO THE GYM WHERE YOU WANNA WORKOUT BEFORE BUYING FITTERNITY PASS

FRAUD. A ridiculous product created to scam customers. Stay away from this company. It's a fraud, they save your card details, completely unsafe and unregulated. Be aware of this product and of sharing any card or bank details. Also the customer care is in on it so will not attend to customers.

DO NOT BUY THE MEMBERSHIP! I lost 3,700/- as I bought the ONE PASS membership while traveling to another city for work. 3 of the Gyms I went to did not ALLOW me to use the facility, as they mentioned FITTERNITY DID NOT PAY THE GYMS and they are not allowing people coming from their platform. This was surprising and frustrating. The Customer Care refused to REFUND my MONEY. The company greedy and have absolutely no EMPATHY for the customer. I trusted the company and excitedly bought the ONE PASS, later I saw the reviews online and saw, many other users got duped like this, where the GYMS did not allow them to use the facility or even book a session on their platform. BE careful and do not waste money on this platform.

I had a Bollywood session with a personal trainer. The trainer never showed up on the zoom call. Update: I had the session the next day and it was a good one. There was some confusion over the zoom link.

I bought a cult membership for ₹13,000. They did not activate it and do not pick up calls or reply to emails. It’s a proper scam!! They keep saying on Instagram that they’ll arrange for a call back but it never happens. Even though cult has acquired fitternity, cult team is not helping out with this issue. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. WORST EVER.

This is on behalf of my wife and father in law who joined Icon fitness via Fitternity on 1st March 2020. The lockdown began from Mid March and Gymnasium reopened in Dec. They were hardly able to workout at Icon fitness for 15 days before lockdown. Now the gym is asking for renewal of membership without extension of membership with the exact number of months/days it was shutdown. Can fitternity help? Member's names are Prakash Sawant and Pradnya Panickar.

Wud have offered a minus of that wer an option...! Have subscribed to fitternity's 56 sessions plan, PT online zumba on July 25th... however we have only completed 15 sessions till date!!! The trainer assigned to you will simply keep cancelling and postponing sessions...citing health or network issues!! If that wer not enough, u never receive the link never on time n sometimes u r just left waiting for a link that ul never receive....post which they'll just ping u n inform u of some technical issue they faced. Not sure how much of it is actually true.. N wen u actually try to adress such issues by taking the initiative n sharing the link uaself ...the trainer is unable to join!! Bravo!! Post which u r told ua network is weak...wat I fail to understand that a network that streams Netflix in uhd mode is weak for a zoom call?! I am of a firm opinion that the fitternity team thinks of customer as a complete idiot! With absolute zero value for their time or money....zero commitment to work n downright unprofessional. It's a complete waste subscribing to their plans whatsoever.

it's a waste of money, they don't have any mutual understanding and relationships with direct gym owner, i bought an membership for gym and gym manager is not allowing me to workout out or not providing me any services, saying fitternity doesn't pay them on time, So i'm stuck here for more thn a week, still there is a no resolution for this, after paying all this money you'll need to face all this, it's not worth it.

I paid for their at home live sessions, which never happened. Was informed much later that they have discontinued the program, but for some reason its still up on their website (probably to cheat unsuspecting customers). Havent received a refund even after multiple emails. No functional customer care number. Total sham. Cheats and frauds.

I've purchased the Fitternity OnePass membership and it's the worst decision I ever made. I've been taking classes at one of the affiliate fitness centres and Fitternity does not pay them for those sessions. After multiple complaints, this issue is still not resolved. I tried calling the helpline number but it's perpetually switched off. Would definitely not recommend taking this membership.

It is a high quality facility with high quality people. The staff not only cares about the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility, but also cares about keeping both members and visitors satisfied. 10/10 would recommend.

I needed some help to get my problem sorted so i called up customer care and i spoke to NISHA SOLANKI who genuinely helped me and my problem was resolved in 30 mins time.. she spoke very polite and showed great concern .. thank you very much for the support.

The fraud company, trainers be aware. Never give any complimentary session to them else they will just disappear and when you ask for the update get rude replies and blocked. When u call at the studio the class is happening, but they have comfirmed me they never got any such bookings under my name .. its been 5 days , 5 classes ( from 3 diff studios ) have been cancelled . And they tell me its from the studios end . How is it possible all studios are cancelling? Don’t enroll

Fitternity is a TERRIBLE service. I signed up for a 3 month membership. Put it on hold and received written confirmation from them that due to lockdown it can be put on hold. Suddenly I discover that they restarted my membership without asking or even informing me and it has expired. Complete cheats. Plus terrible customer service, nobody answers the phone or replies on chat or email. This company is just trying to scam customers. UPDATE: After this review they contacted me and promised to extend my membership for 3 months (I have written proof). Suddenly, in less than a week, they have cancelled my membership and now refuse to answer calls or reply to messages and emails.

They have a great USP. But, their service in regard is subpar. Maybe over the years it might improve. But for now, consumers please be aware and double check before becoming a member or using their services.
