No proper training..not worth.. equipments are broken.. not a good gym at all..

You can't trace the gym if you are not from nearby area, best finder is that its above LG showroom and near the entrance of Kamothe. Trainer's Will only provide you guidance for 1 week after that you will have to hire a personal trainer and that's costly so if you have previously worked out then no issue and you have knowledge about exercise. Trainer's will give support that's it. There are almost all equipments that's required for a basic workout. Male and females can work out a time so no specific timing's so it's available 24*7

The gym is spacious, has all the equipments and the trainers are also very helpful. The timing is also good, they even open on Sundays in the evening. The best thing here is that they take requests and feedback seriously.

I joined this gym a few months back, I spend most of my time at the gym after my work, the gym is always clean and spacious, they have alot of advanced machines. The staff here is friendly and cordial. Trainer named Kedar sir is one of the reasons you would look forward to join the gym. He is best at his training, gives you proper work chart and pushes you to achieve your goals. This the best gym Ive ever been to.
