I
joined
the
Gym
on
Aug
1st.
I
took
the
premium
membership
that
covers
a
lot
of
things
but
only
for
namesake.
Below
is
my
review
on
each
of
the
services
(so
called
)
in
your
package:
1.
PERSONAL
DIETITIAN:
Meher
is
one
dietitian
that
was
assigned
to
me
as
a
personal
dietitian.
This
is
not
the
first
time
I
signed
for
a
personal
dietitian.
Dietitian
Meher
has
a
list
of
diets
that
she
prints
every
session.
Instead
of
talking
to
the
customer
and
knowing
their
pain
points,
she
just
prints
the
diet
which
would
fit
no
one.
My
diet
charts
are
not
personalized
.
If
one
can
find
these
diet
charts
on
google
why
would
they
sign
for
a
premium
package
which
is
only
equivalent
to
a
normal
package.
2.
AMFIT
Measurements:
This
is
a
measurement
session
that
should
ideally
happen
in
your
first
week
of
joining
the
gym
(
other
gyms
do
it
on
the
first
day
so
you
can
track
your
progress).
For
me,
it
has
been
3
months
this
has
not
happened
even
after
asking
them
several
times.
I
have
lost
hope
now
and
have
stopped
asking.
I
don't
think
that
they
even
keep
a
track
for
their
customers.
3.
PERSONAL
PHONE
CALLS
ON
ABSENCE:
I
have
been
keeping
busy
and
my
premium
package
covers
constant
nagging
(
for
which
I
paid
the
money).
They
say
they
will
call
the
customer
and
keep
track
of
your
regular
attendance.
This
is
fake
and
just
a
marketing
and
a
sales
stunt.
Once
they
get
your
money,
they
are
not
calling
you
anytime.
4.
MASSAGE
SESSIONS
(1
HOUR
/
PER
MONTH):
This
massage
is
DESI
massage
with
NO
TOWEL
SERVICE.
NO
PERSONAL
CARE.
No
attention
paid
to
body
pain
points.
The
oil
that
they
use
is
some
weird
smelling,
bad
oil.
People
carry
their
own
oil.
This
is
a
pointless
service.
5.
NUFORM
sessions
(2
per
month):
Never
on
time.
They
think
that
the
customer
has
all
day
to
sit
and
wait
for
the
trainer
to
come
and
start
the
training.
After
being
asked,
the
trainer
said
he
was
on
a
personal
call
with
family.
6.
MANAGEMENT:
Worst
management.
No
track,
no
control
over
employees
and
staff.
The
manager
Nikita
is
in
her
cabin
always
(zero
marks
for
effort
on
building
personal
relationship).
PAYMENT
RECEIPT
NOT
YET
RECEIVED!
7.
Dietitian
is
the
receptionist:
I
could
not
believe
that
in
my
first
meeting
with
her
when
she
was
taking
my
diet
recall
and
asking
personal
questions
-
she
asked
me
these
questions
at
the
front
desk
(in
front
of
other
people
in
the
gym).
Again,
no
attempt
made
to
take
care
of
customer's
choice.
8.
Reception
services:
Very
prompt
in
selling
the
services
(coz
that
generates
income).
But
they
could
actually
mock
you
(smile
at
your
face)
when
you
speak
up
for
yourself
and
try
to
give
feedback
to
them.
After
all
these
months,
I
don't
think
my
feedback
has
even
reached
the
manager.
All
in
vain.
SUGGESTION
to
the
GYM:
Please
make
sure
you
improve
your
slow
services.
SUGGESTION
TO
CHEMBUR
PEOPLE:
Please
dont
join
Talwalkar's.
You
got
much
better
workout
places
like
Cult
Fitness
coming
up
in
Chembur.
