Best gym in Mumbai .. gives you the good vibes after entering into the gym.

They say "A place is as good as the people that run it". In the case, it's a great gym with wonderful staff. Especially, the head coach Sailendra Rane and Customer relations Wasim Sharif who have conceptualized and run the place very well respectively. The place is very spacious with international gym equipment like Hammer Strength. The place has a cold water jacuzzi which a cherry on the cake (at least for me). The place is extremely well kept and cleaned often. I would highly recommend this place to any international traveller because you will feel just like at home.😊

They are frauds who are only interested in taking your money. Beware. They took a whole upfront amount for gym membership just before COVID, and now after COVID when I am unable to join due to medical situation, they are not willing to refund or accommodate in any way. They even faked my receipt to add in more clauses in the terms and conditions but thankfully I have their original receipt with me and will seek legal recourse. They are unethical and dishonest. Stay away!

I recently experienced the chilled water plunge at your facility and would like to provide some feedback for improvement: 1. The water in the plunge was visibly dirty, with floating mucus and hairs. It lacked the necessary transparency and cleanliness. 2. I detected a chemical smell in the water, which was quite unpleasant. 3. The lack of privacy was a concern, as the plunge was located in a locker changing room. This arrangement felt claustrophobic, and your sweeper gentleman 🧹 he acted like "wanna be instructor" who continuously provided unsolicited instructions and engaged in conversations with other gym members. This behavior, accompanied by remarks from some insecure individuals, created an uncomfortable atmosphere. It reminded me of a metaphorical "modern-day cesspool culture" often observed in Indian cities and towns. 4. The changing room and reception area were unclean and messy, and the staff appeared mostly untidy. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm in many establishments (including dentists to eye surgeons) in Mumbai. I provide this feedback with the intention of assisting you in enhancing your services. It is an opportunity to RESET and improve the overall experience.

This Gym doesn’t have proper Air conditioning! Especially the Bandra West centre ..please refrain from this Gym just look at the ratings right below all are super low . For a gym that charges a bomb the service is so so so bad ! Air conditioning is the basic . The staff is so weird every time u bring it to their notice ! It seems u will get sinus if the Ac is on too fast in a humid climate like Mumbai! Just baseless rubbish ! They should focus on servicing their equipment’s & air conditioning rather than making excuses ! Guys save yourself and join elsewhere!

They had a weight loss competition in which they showed very unprofessional behaviour wherein they did not consider the winning candidate just to make their own candidate who was one of the chief instructors student Win. Very unprofessional, unethical behaviour. DO NOT VISIT/JOIN THIS GYM. Totally fraud people. They are only into money making and poor customer satisfaction. So called celebrities gym is a Big Fraud.

Gym itself is really good, quality locker rooms, great facilities and helpful trainers. Only drawback is the most of the staff is really not helpful. There have been times the gym is shut for shooting and members are not even informed. You have to message 2/3 times to get a response on Whatsapp... Quite poor quality behaviour for such an expensive gym.

Best gym in Bandra(W). The trainers are super friendly and supportive, some of the well known Bollywood actors are also the members of the gym. But this gym is expensive, in other words this place is a heaven for Fitness Lovers but you need a deep pocket to get in...

Nice gym. For ladies, be warned Male trainers will interrupt your workout to hit on you. The best line was when one asked if I needed a demonstration of an exercise that I was already doing. Otherwise good experience

Sadly it’s got a bad Vibe and very cramped up. Kinda gets you that depressing feel. It’s very small and managed Unprofessionally. Located in the vicinity of slums and it gets so crammed up especially in the peak hours wherein it’s difficult to change, move and take a leak without being elbowed or elbowing one another. You know which is the other gym in Bandra which is of course anytime better......let me give you a hint “ith__k”

Hands down the best gym in Bandra west. The equipments are fantastic and the coaches are extremely good and always ready to help. Plus, the sheer amount of space that the gym has is something very rare in a city like Bombay. Going there for a month now and I couldn’t be happier. It’s the kind of place where you are automatically motivated to go every day.

Great gym, niché crowd, helpful floor trainers, and the smell of lemon grass you get in the bathrooms of 5star hotels. Considering the price of the membership it's upto the person whether they're willing to shell out that kind of money for "Vibes", but then again... If you're rich then this place is for you, though it depends on how rich we're talking. But all in all I quite liked the experience. Made me wanna do more than I was interested in doing.
