Going to Starbucks is always a nice experience.If you love smell of fresh coffee and baked products. This is heaven. Offcourse we all know it's premium, but it's about experience. This one is inside R City Mall, and is always close to empty. Which means more quieter ambience. So overall a good experience.

Good service and Coffee, if you are Starbucks fan and looking for a cup of coffee in R City Mall this is it. Located on ground floor. Usually crowded on weekends.

Starbucks has always been about the experience. Yes the coffee and other drinks also taste good. I love their seasonal mugs which are absolutely beautiful though highly priced. Must visit place for coffee lovers (Post review edit: don't buy the cups directly from the store. There are available almost 20% cheaper online on Tata Cliq. Learnt it the hard way 😡

Huge Place with Good Ambience & GooD Vibe.

This is the Starbucks at R City, as other Starbucks this place had good ambiance, good coffee and cosy and comfortable seatings. We ordered for a double chocolate frappecino and strawberry and almond cake, they were amazing.

This place is awesome.. a place were you can sit for hours.. be it alone or with a group.. the staff and the service really awesome... My favorite beverage is hot chocolate.. best place for coffee lovers. I enjoy a lot with my friends here.

You will find both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. The place is pretty huge and can accommodate a decent number of customers. Great place to work and chill

Powai outlet: Nicely sized but poorly laid out. Maybe bcos of covid but now they should replan layout of tables, I think. Very noisy- I guess cos it's so popular. I wish they could have some rules about noise levels. There is no starbucks in the world that has as much noise as in Powai (maybe rest of India too). Coffee - many flavours available. Food - decent options. Dessert - my fav, lemon cake, elsewhere in the starbucks' world- 'Ice lemon cake', is lacking icing as well as softness and moisture. Decor - nice Ambience - noisy.

As always and as everywher... cold coffee when hot outside is the best. Nice, clean place, a/c, a lot of coffee...

Bad experience yesterday. Even if we had coffee in our cup, staff came three times asking to take cups. This is never case in any other star bucks. Are you guys not seeing or just wanted people to leave early like a fast food resturant. One should not plan important meetings here. Pathetic experience.

As usual the coffee & other beverages taste good. Ambience is good. The only issue is that it was too much crowded since it was a Sunday. Had to wait for sometime before could get a seat. Good experience though.

The ambiance of all the Starbucks in Mumbai is warm and cosy and this outlet was no different but there was a slight change, the lightings were dim which was different from the usual bright lightings. The menu includes variety of Coffee and other beverages along with limited number of food items. I haven't visited this outlet a lot of times but I've tried several products from this specific outlet. I'll recommend visitors to try their Caramel Mocha, Caffe Mocha, Cappuccino, Java Chip, Caramel Java Chip etc. They all tasted great and I loved it's unique aroma. I've also happened to try their famously recommended dish Signature Hot Chocolate which was good but nothing out-of-the world kind of good. In my opinion, it's just average. Starbucks also has 'Iced Tea' and as they are a Coffee place I didn't expected it to be great and I was right, it wasn't. They've some dishes in the food category as well as I've mentioned above and they all are just average. They're highly priced but low on quantity and taste but there is one dish which is my favourite i.e. Murgh Kathi Wrap and this is the dish I'll recommend if anyone wants to have food at this place. The quantity of beverages is fine but the food is low on quantity. The pricing is high and this definitely is an expensive place but it also delivers a good experience. The service seemed comparatively slow at this place. This outlet attracts good number of customers which leads to huge queues during peak hours for which the management should add an extra counter.

People always say Starbucks is expensive or over rated...I don't think thats completely true Yes coffee is expensive here but there's reason for that you ll get your proper privacy here no chapri public like Mc cafe or ccd i spend around 800 almost on every monday in different outlets and i spend 2 to 3 hours here with my Gf and my overall experience of starbucks is excellent amazing and fabulous

Good experience, in fact great one. But too expensive and should be considered luxury. I’ve been here almost 50 times, always liked the free wifi. In fact, half the people stay there with their laptops just for working or free wifi. The prices go up from 300 to god knows how much! The coffee taste is great. However the hot chocolate tastes like Bournvita I swear to god. And it’s 10 times the price :(

Very good service from the staff who accommodated our request to cut the food into sharing portion as we just wanted a light bite after lunch. Spacious with both indoor and outdoor seats.

Worst place ever. They feeding non veg pastries to customers without even asking. The pastry I had was Red velvet and orange it was like it has been kept in their refrigerator for days.

Atmosphere was very chaotic! And not at all comforting to have few words with anyone because you won't be able to hear anything Also the Frappuccino was disgusting cream wasn't set.

The brand says it all, this is one of the finest cafe in the city located in the courtyard area of R City Mall..

Its at a higher price range. Can visit for a work meeting or a date. Sip coffee, hot coffee wasnt hot enough. Liked the cold coffee & the Chicken Pie. Chocolate Croissant was ok.

For malls you have to have 2nd dose certificate or RTPCR test .

This is the 2nd time I visited the store and I was amazed with the good habitat, helpful staff, excellent service and good food. Definitely recommend to visit the store also had good offers available.

Starbucks at R City mall, can have your time worked out peacefully ,not crowded as observed in the other outlets. The service is simple and timely.

The sitting arrangement was done well considering covid norms. Hazelnut cappuccino was nice as usual.

The best café experience in the world. I don't drink coffee but, Starbucks is still one of my favourite venues to meet people at because of the experience. It's a cafe that i regularly visit on a weekly basis atleast once a week. I meet there for Bible study.
