Just an worst CCD outlet... Good ambience but not so great you have people walking around the mall staring at you all the time through the central lobby as you might be taking a sip of your coffee because it's wide open and doesn't have a door or anything if that sort! Service is tooo poor...

Kudos to the CCD team for bringing out the shakes. Among all the flavours, Kesar shakes was perfect. Neither too sweet and taste buds were satisfied. You can try Vanilla , Chocolate and Strawberry shakes. PIZZA ( 3/5) Traditional cheese pizza baked to perfection. We went twice since last 15 days, everytime staff denied us because our reaching times closely 10:15.. but here it's written CCD remains open till 11pm, so why don't you instructed your staff to serve till 11 pm rather than stopping us before 10:15.... Local cafe chocolade is far much better than CCD, as they served and respect customer.....think this on microlevel probably this could help to generate your business. Thanks.

Really bad service. The Panvel outlet seems to be expensive. They even cost for the whipped cream in dewils own I mean then why is the drink so expensive. CCD experience has never been this bad #notrecommended.

The ambience was okayish and food was okay. The dessert wasn't great either.

Good coffee just like any other CCD.

The ambiance and sitting arrangement is good but for all those who regularly visit CCD, it would be disappointing. I mean I make far better coffee at home than the one I was served over here. it was disappointing!
