Personal experience: I ordered a filter coffee. But the outlet didn't have it at that time. If they won't serve what's on their menu they would suggest you another drink. Obviously, it's upon you to go in for this option. The coffee was for about ₹110 bucks (that makes it almost ₹220 for two, right? ) But the final bill came up to around ₹300. That's a LOT of tax on two cups of coffee, which weren't even my initial choice. Baring that, the time of delivery to our table was painfully slow.The way the chocolate syrup was "designed" on the coffee was also very unprofessional. Since it's a major outlet, I'd expect the service to be better.

I had a very bad time here. The service is so bad and slow. I ordered frappe and gave them.500rs they said they will return the change once they are done with frappe. I waited for half an hour at my seat and no one served me anything. And again went to the counter asked for the frappe , they sorry mam we forgot. What the hell!!! I asked them about the washroom, they said there is no water , I said it's okay I just need to use the mirror and they said its locked. Bad experience . And yes they did not return my change, it just when I asked them about my change they said oh we forgot again .
