    Staff needs more training on customer handling and quick service. It is a small CCD located inside Mindspace Airoli. Air-conditioning does not work inside and you start sweating as there is no ventilation at all. CCD management can focus on training the staff to improve sales.

    The worst outlet and very unhygienic conditions. Following is a pic of the product (Ethiopian coffe) that I was to be served past the expiry date.

    The quality has changed. I ordered Devil's own and its was like cold water with pinch of coffee. The taste was watery. Also I think if they can't afford Air condition they should install a Fan. Again this is not the first time but faced this issues every time at this outlet.

    CCD in mind space used to be one of my favourite place. But recently the quality has deteriorated badly. I had ordered Devils own. There were small pieces of silver foil. The ordered was replaced with fresh and it still had same issues. I have stopped visiting this outlet now.

    CCD serves one the best coffee. This outlet could have been better. Ambience is good. Seating arrangement could have been better. Since it is inside Mindspace where people need break, wait time is approx 20-30 minutes.

    People who ordered after us were served on priority. Waited 30 mins approx for our order to be served desire repeated reminders. Ordered a pastry at the end and which took then 15 mins to serve as they forgot about the order. Sorry state of affairs!
