We
were
passing
by
we
saw
an
advertisement
of
blue
cappuccino,
we
got
intrested
went
in
repeated
our
order
twice
and
then
after
15min
,we
were
served
regular
cappuccino
an
order
we
didn't
place
,we
asked
to
replace
the
order
with
blue
cappuccino,
five
mins
later
a
staff
member
drops
by
says
blue
cappuccino
is
pretty
bad
you
wont
like
it
you
have
a
regular
cappuccino,
we
asked
for
a
refund
straight
away
they
made
a
huge
fuss
,
we
spoke
to
a
senior
staff
member
he
is
like
we
will
not
refund
you
the
money
even
though
it's
our
mistake.
One
of
the
worst
experiences
I've
ever
had
,
place
is
short
staffed
,
they
don't
even
bother
listening
to
the
order
properly
,
they
force
you
to
have
something
you
never
ordered
,they
themselves
tell
you
what
you
order
was
a
bad
food
item
but
only
after
paying.
