I had a membership with Namastey so there was no chance I could stop getting services there. I gave them so many chances and they blew it off quite well. First I had a haircut and liked it that's why took a membership of one year there. The second time I went there for a haircut which they charged me 6.5k (Balayage) and I had clearly mentioned I wanted the shade to be hazelnut brown/ chestnut brown basically in brown tones but Sameer clearly made me a BLONDIE. The colour looked horrible & I had to travel like that to my native the very next day. After I came back, I got it changed but maybe they just did a retouch on it and now again it's back to a bad golden blonde shade. The next time I visited them was for a haircut and it was terribly done. Uneven finish and the hair dresser was like “Ma’am it's perfect, this is how it should look like” lol. Expensive & pathetic service guaranteed here, well at least, it was for me. Each time I had to go back again to get the service corrected. Money wasted :) And ever since my membership got expired, they dont even bother to reply to messages or calls.

Got my nails done for my engagement ceremony, absolutely disheartened with the results, spoiled my big day. I had opted for acrylic nails extensions, which requires proper shaping and the nail tech had not given my nails proper shape, few were broad . I will not recommend going to this place for nails. Also the color options are limited as i wanted to go for pearlish white chrome but wasn't available.

Martin is my go to hairstylist….colours and styles my hair do well….I don’t like you to go anywhere else ….it’s always been a very good and relaxing experience at Namaste shilp chowk branch and I come out with beautiful shining hair everytime

Updated on 15/09/22: They would be at their best behavior to sell the membership and would do everything to lure and assure you into buying it but if you refuse, and visit next time, they will turn around to their true unprofessional self. I took an appointment well in advance before visiting this evening with a preferred service provider. Appointment was at 5.30pm but upon reaching they asked me to wait for 5 minutes, it became 10 and then 15 mins. After waiting for 40 minutes (just for threading), i gave up on wasting my time having realised that they are fooling around. I asked them to give a final check with the service provider to which they had the audacity to ask me to wait for another 10 minutes as she is busy with the previous client who arrived late from her schedule. They had no courtesy to call and inform in advance and reschedule my appointment or to atleast give me a clear picture on her availability, it would have saved my 45 minutes of time, i spent waiting for a 10 minute service. They were not at all apologetic about this experience!! Enrich is right below this salon and has much warm and classy staff than these guys! Never giving a thought of visiting them again or recommending them to anyone. I went prepared to buy their membership this time but they lost it with this experience and i saved myself from a "at their mercy" trap!! Old review: Great services by Ritu! I have been visiting this salon for the last three months and must say am super impressed with the service. Today I had the most amazing hair spa and Farman, was the professional who did it and he did a fabulous job. Thank you Farman! My pedicure was also top notch. This pamper session was a hit!

I have done gel polish twice from last week and its worst experience here as its starts removing in 2 days dont know which quality of product they are using would recommend not to do gel polish here unsatisfied 🫤and as my name is been changed my records in they system is as krutika dahitule even i have done hair spa one service provider said as the sclap is cleen where as after it the hair fall started i complained about it and they said another man to check he was saying as there is dandruff and you have to take other spa for it

Had a great experience from the last 1 year in Namaste salon. Rajveer did an excellent job in helping me with the entire process and choosing the correct hair color. He was very patient throughout the process. I would recommend 10/10 for anyone who wants a classy makeover.

Pro: Gel mail polish was applied very well by Vicky. He helped me pick the right shade and was gentle. Con: They have too many hidden costs. It’s stressful to keep asking how much everything is because they’ll just use something and then later charge you for it. Don’t like that sneakiness. Having transparent pricing is a key to have a long term business. Also, they’re always upscaling services even when you’re getting a massage. Why is a man’s scalp massage cheaper than a woman’s scalp massage? We all have the same scalp! Their pricing system is made to confuse you so be careful.

The service and staff are exceptionally kind and accommodative. I have been getting my manicure and pedicures done with Vicky for the last 2-3 years and no other salon matches up to his work. For other services Kavita is the best. She does a brilliant job and makes sure you get your money's worth. Overall I highly recommend you pay Namastey Salon a visit.

Loved the look and decor of the salon 😍and the service is exceptional. I've been to Lakme and other brands that existed in Kharghar over the years, but these guys have surpassed it all. They take their time with you, hearing you, and help you with the right solution. I noticed with them it's not about making a quick buck but about creating customer loyalty. Sam, the hairdresser helped me pick the right hair color, something I've been struggling with for years, for full coverage. Vicky gave me my first fancy gel nail polish experience and it was great. The care and time they took for the manicure and pedicure is still visible.

I never tried any skin related services here, but for hair, I only come to this place. I love their spa's, hair cuts, hair washes, consultation everything. Recently I used their b'day special offer for 2999₹, which allows me to use 4 of their list of services. I took haircut (great, but I paid extra because I took the advance, they only allows trimming, also ask for Veer), hair spa(great, no comments), De-tan clean up(not recommended, because it was very very basic, more basic then what I do at home), Pedicure (great too). They also offered me free hairwash+styling, which they kept for me on Saturday because I was leaving Mumbai, so staff is really cooperative. Thank you Aarti for that. Over-all, I liked the experience of being pampered before my b'day.

I had visited Namaste saloon recently for a manicure, pedicure, gel nails and hair cut with nanoplasty treatment. I was very impressed with the decor cleanisness and space of saloon. Service from Shaan, Vicky and Lydia was amazing and I was well taken care off. All products used are genuine and you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend this parlour.

I would dedicate this review to two wonderful people at Namastey Salon, Ruksana and Rick. Ruksana has magic in her hands. The massage and the quality of service was above par. The facial and detan not only gave me the results I was looking for but much more. She also helped me get a consultation for my hair and which is where Rick jumped in to my rescue. He explained me about caring about my curly hair, he personally guided me on the right ways to take care of my curly hair and introduced the right products. He is really experienced in dealing with curly hair and I am so so happy that after so many years of my life I came across a professional who understands curly hair in India. My hairs were so damaged and freezy due to wrong treatment. I went at here for the very first time, bit tensed to think how will be the way of treatment here. I got my global color and highlights done by Rehan. I strongly recommend him if you are looking for hair coloring services.I initially got hair consultation done by him. He immediately understood what I needed. I was looking for very subtle hair color and his work was a spot on. The best thing about him is he is extremely patient no matter how long your hair is. My hair is quite long and he has been standing for 3+ hours straight which itself is a reflection of his dedication for his work. Went there for a haircut today, the salon gives very positive vibes. It had been quite a long since it inauguration and i must say with my present experience its a busy salon, they take walk-ins but i suggest you all to take appointment so that it may go smoother. Mr Vijay Slaniya seems like a well experienced stylist he was the one who washed, cut and styled my hair and i was happy with the result. He also gave compliments and tips for my hair, i really liked his service.

This was my first experience with namastey salon, my hair stylist Ayan really understood that my hair was pretty badly damaged from previous bleached hair color, he completely changed my hair with no bleaching technique and got rid of the nasty golden sheen that it had left in my lower part of hair! I got two services done: 1. I got facial done by Riya and it was one of the best experiences ever! She is very diligent, tells about each step and her hands are magic. I could see visible difference after her facial and would definitely recommend her! Would be coming back again ti get facial done by her. 2. I also got my hair wash and blow dry by Prince and he was extremely diligent and fantastic. He also gave me head massage during the wash. During blow dry, he took extreme care and his styling was impeccable - left the salon feeling like a million buck :)

Raj helped me in understanding the colour technique and with all the shades that will look best on me, he even gave me a patch try before the final hair colour application, this definitely helped me in knowing what the final outcome will be like. I went for a free consultation appointment as I was planning to get a haircut/treatment done. The guy who was allotted for the same was unhelpful. He only promoted hair treatments dismissing any other consultation I asked of him. He barely did any hair and scalp observation. When I asked him his haircut suggestions for a new look, he said there's not much to do for medium hair length and ended up suggesting the haircut I already have. Zero consultation. It was a bad experience all in all.
