This place has very less drinks options, the air conditioner was not working and it was smelling like a godown. I'm sure they are aware of the improvements required, but the service is good whenever you go

The place we visited was in High Street Phoenix. Assumed to have lot of craft beer but they hardly had any. I m not a drinker but my friend was highly disappointed with the options they had. Service was also average. Just few staff and managing to stay afloat with the orders piling. In short would not visit again.

What an awesome place to chill with friends and family. A total cool vibe and the best starters. Staff is very good and polite and great ambiance. Not very costly. Full the beer trivia while you wait for your order. Great great place.

Nice brands are served. If one loves to have draught beer. Food also is good, not excellent but it is good. Would surely recommend to try it once. Tried their prawns and we're yummy. Nice place to hangout for a while.

We service was slow but the place was quite and nice. The staff was prompt. We tried pizza which was not worth the money. The crispy spring roll was nice. French fries were good though it took 20+mins to reach the table.

Great place to visit for drinks. Beers are in low cost than others. All beers are available here. Ambience is good. Its located in pheonix mall,lower parel.. near pvr cinemas. Food is average..

I have been here several times and I like the range of beer they have. Finding such a large range in India is quite hard and they do have a lot. The bears range from Kingfisher Premium to Guiness from the UK. I do like Kingfisher and a 1ltr mug costs around Rs 435 including taxes. Some of their beer to me seems expensive but it's ok for 500ml. The food is not bad but I would like to see a better range of veg food. Nice location as well as it is right opposite the PVR Cinema do it's easy to find and nice for a quick bite. Service is good and normally quite quick. Food is turned around in about 20mins. I recommend this place is you want to have a beer and a some light bites.

Atmosphere and ambience are good. The service was slow like we ordered french fries and veg spring roll which took half an hour. The taste and food quality is average. Rest all good. Staff is polite.

This was one of the worst restaurant experience as a foodie. I always look into Zomato to see what is served best at any restaurant and this time i did the same for beer cafe. I asked them for a burger and even showed them the picture of it in my phone but the staff members was totally unaware of what it was. The picture was from the same High Street Phoenix outlet where i went to. The staff member without asking me took my phone to the billing counter to ask his colleague about what the item was and the response I got in exact same words was "this is not available in our outlet probably you'll find it in some other branch". This was very disappointing. Then we came to order drinks and when we told him our choice, he said only 2 different varieties of beer are available. What is beer cafe named for if they only serve kingfisher and Bira ? The drinks menu had like 10 pages but only 2 drinks were available. The staff member said that "maal nahi aa rha" when asked that why aren't any other drinks available. It was so frustrating when you order something they don't have it. In such a large menu, they only had a few things available. I was so angry that i wanted to leave then and there but since we were hungry, we ordered whatever was available in the restaurant. Food review -- 1. Nachos - Inspite of the very limited choices available, the nachos tasted very good. I think this was the only good part about the whole experience there. 2. Vegetarian platter- we ordered this to have with drinks. We were so hungry that we ate it without any second thought, but it was very okayish and it did not taste good. The whole platter was very blad inspite of having so many appetizers. 3. Kingfisher- we ordered 1L of kingfisher and asked him to divide it into two mugs. The beer was fresh and probably the kingfisher lovers might enjoy it.
