This is my first time buying jute bags. The staff are very helpful. We called Mr Sanjay and he connected us to Ria. She was very good and answered all our queries. We wanted to know the weight of the bags since we have a specific weight constraint with shipping. They were so cooperative and weighed the bags and gave us the estimates even before we placed the order. They gave us very reasonable prices for 48 bags. The delivery was little late due to the present Mumbai rains but they were prompt in informing us about the delay. Received the order today. The print, cut, and finishing is very nice.
