Absolute world class facility. The seating arrangement is really well planned. It provides a panoramic view from almost every single seat. Pro tip: If you are booking a seat on either Level 1 or 2, as tempting as it may get, avoid the very first row, because your view will be a bit compromised because of the metal rail right in front. Row two, three and four are the best picks.

It’s the first cricket stadium I ever visited in my life. That’s always gonna be a memory for a cricket lover like me. I used to play club level cricket in the smaller ground adjacent to the bigger (main) one. That time the bigger stadium wasn’t even built. That’s how long back I go with this place! Absolutely love this place to watch cricket.

Amazing Experience. Everything is great. Seeing live match is extraordinary extraordinary and feeling in itself. The vibes are astonishing. Stadium is well maintained. Please note: You cannot carry eatables or water. You have to buy it inside. Also carry cash, if you wish to eat inside stadium. Only con I found is you need to have cash if you plan on eating food or drinking coke / water. No UPI payment accepted. From a seller's standpoint i understand it's difficult. But then there should be ATM services nearby/inside stadium to get cash. (I did not find any, not sure if it's there)

A good stadium with convenient seats. We went to see the IPL Cricket Match in this stadium. Had a nice experience. They also had kept parking facilities which were properly organised. The staff too was helpful. Only thing was that the seats allotted to us were among two parallel rows. So, you cannot see the cricket ground clearly. But, apart from those two rows all the other seats were arranged in an upward direction to get a clear view of the cricket ground.

It was an absolute treat to watch an IPL match live in DY Patil Stadium. The atmosphere was Electrifying and the whole stadium was 'Yelloved'. The viewing experience was pretty good. Chairs were comfortable. We didn't had to wait much in the queue and the entry was hassle-free. The Chairs and the stands are well maintained. Cleanliness maintained. Thanks to the staff and the management, they were quite helpful. The match can be clearly viewed even from the third tier. There are rickshaws available from the station to the stadium. Overall it was a really good experience.

We have recently visited Dy Patil Stadium to support the women's premier league. The stadium is huge and well maintained. Located at 20min walking distance from Nerul Railways station.Capacity is also very high. Food is always sold at a very high cost. Washrooms and drinking water were available. Hygiene was maintained. Overall, it was a great experience watching a game in the Dy Patil Stadium and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great sporting experience.

We had been to the stadium to watch the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup 2022 football match. It was good experience and nice flood lights under which the match was played. Parking of vehicle remains a challenge and one has to find a place far away and walk to the stadium. Good experience and loving our stay in Navi Mumbai.

A Great Football Stadium and also a hosting ground for various other events organised by the DY Patil College. The ground hosted various matches during the U-17 World Cup 2017. It had also hosted the ISL 2014 Final between Kerala Blasters and Atletico de Kolkata. It had been the home ground for Mumbai City FC in ISL 2014 & ISL 2015. Among various other notable events - It has had hosted international concerts from Justin Bieber in 2015 and Hardwell in 2015 & 2017, Dua Lipa ,Katy Perry, U2 in 2019. It is an iconic ground/stadium at the heart of Navi Mumbai.

Went to DY Patil Stadium for U2's Joshua Tree Tour Concert. It's a fantastic stadium with a good view from almost all the places . Gives us a panaromic view of the stage from the seats. It's located in Navi Mumbai and is easily accessible by cabs or private vehicles. There is enough parking space. The Stadium has a good number of washrooms, although not all are clean. They have good lawn space outside the stadium for refreshment stalls and small shops. Overall a good experience watching U2 perform here live.

I had the most awesome experience from the VIP box. Never imagined that watching a cricket match would be this exciting with amazing food/drinks. I had seen matches earlier from other stands, but this experience is unbeatable for the view, food, drinks and post match player interactions. I don't know if I will be able to go back to normal stands now.

Spectacular and stunning experience of premium sports and entertainment!! We Navi Mumbaikars always go to D Y Patil stadium for Football, Cricket matches, College festivals and Private events! This time we went for Tata Womens Premier League match. It was Mumbai Indians vs Delhi Capitals match that day. Both teams displayed splendid spirit and sportsmanship. Delhi Capitals team won in the end, but both team entertained the crowd very well and fans also gave their best to show their support for both the teams. I will suggest not to carry backpacks, food items, unnecessary electronic gadgets other than smartphone and smartwatch with you, as during entry for the stadium thorough checkup is done and security officials have strict policy regarding it, so they wont allow backpacks, food items and electronic gadgets excluding smartphone and smartwatch.

One of the better multipurpose venues in the state, the transport to and from the stadium is convenient and also there is ample space. The stadium can do with some seating rearrangement as many seats (rows on level 2) are quite low and you cannot see the pitch because the people in front of you block the view. More football matches should be organized here as cricket seems to be stuck to wankhede

Been there for the football match Mumbai City FC vs Al Hilal. Amazing atmosphere and the lights and music show at the half-time was mesmerising. It has a capacity of 55000 people.

  • 5/5 Utkarsh S. 5 months ago on Google
Out of all the stadiums I have been to, this is the best. Seats are comfortable and not cramped like Wankhede. The crowd is managed well. Also it doesn't get too hot inside. Nerul station is 20 minute walk.

It is a very fantastic cricket stadium in Navi Mumbai nearby just 20 minutes walking distance from Juinagar station. Very first time I visit there and it was a very good experience.

The capacity of 55,000 makes it the ninth-largest cricket stadium in India. The stadium makes use of bucket seats and cantilever roofs that eliminate the need for columns. This provides the spectators with an unobstructed view of the match from any place within the stands. On the other hand, the stadium has a 120-person capacity air-conditioned media center. The upper level of the viewing galleries has 60 private corporate boxes. This stadium also holds an inter-school cricket match for DY Patil International school every year.

Great experience at the stadium. Food and drinks are readily available. If you don't bring your own transport or go back by train, then getting Ola/Uber/Auto after a match will be really difficult. Traffic management can be much better

Great stadium with a vast majority of sports to be played with all the facilities to carry them out professionally.

The stadium location and the view of the stadium is good. But the worst part is that all the things are quite expensive. A water bottle costs 50 rs. A samosa costs 60rs. They don't even accept UPI. How could you expect everyone to carry cash in this digital world.

DY Patil Stadium also known as DY Patil Sports Stadium is a cricket and football stadium at D. Y. Patil campus at Nerul in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It was designed by Hafeez Contractor. It is the second home ground of the club Mumbai City FC. The stadium also has hosted 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup matches.

Enjoyed watching the match between India Legends Vs Sri Lanka Legends of Road Safety World Series at this stadium just a couple of days before the lock down. The stadium is a bit far from Nerul railway station. But the experience of watching a live match is awesome.

  • 4/5 Gopi K. 4 years ago on Google
Well maintained stadium. Last went there to watch Road Safety World Cup. This place attracts crowds for sure. The stadium is great and nice ambience for watching the game. One thing which refrains me from giving 5 stars is that the digital display was not that good. We couldn't see much of the replays..

Huge stadium located in DY patil college campus at Nerul. Very well planned and constructed. It has washrooms as well as drinking water facilities on ground floor. Located at 20min walking distance from Nerul Railways station. Attender TataWPL (cricket) this year. It was an amazing experience.

This stadium has been an amazing experience for me! I have had the opportunity to watch several matches here, and the overall ambience is just incredible. The only downside is that even reaching the first level requires a significant amount of climbing, equivalent to four floors. While this may be a challenge for some, the effort is undoubtedly worth it. The stadium's design is top-notch, and the view from the lower levels are breathtaking. As you climb higher, you get a bird's eye view of the action on the field. Overall, while the climb to the top of the stadium can be daunting, the experience is well worth it. The stadium's architecture is modern and impressive, and they have really clean restrooms.

I recently visited the Dy Patil Stadium and I was amazed by the beautiful grounds and great facilities. The stadium has a huge capacity however the seating arrangement is not much comfortable. The food and beverages available in the stadium are exorbitantly priced like one 1 samosa cost 80 rupees, one 180 ml cold drink price is 70 rupees. Washroom facilities is available and it was hygienic. Overall, it was a great experience watching a game in the Dy Patil Stadium and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great sporting experience.

A fantastic sports stadium in Navi Mumbai which can cater to a large crowd. Nice airy place and you won't feel claustrophobic even in large crowd. The washrooms are decent.. obviously not great but they try to maintain. They don't allow water inside for common man.. people with contacts can get anything inside. Be ready to walk a lot as they don't allow vehicles inside.. again for common man

It's a huge place in Navi Mumbai. I have been lucky to roam around and get to know about this location. It's been systematically build and managed. Very pleasant view in the evening.

It's really a good stadium. Well arranged, friendly staff. Lacks a bit in hygiene and the food they provide is costly compared to the size and taste. Though it's their way of gaining profit but the price should be worth it.

Fantastic sports complex. DY patil cricket ground is very well organized and modern. From fiber lines to seating, its well made. The elevators are a bit waggy though.

  • 5/5 Nancy K. 1 year ago on Google
Well planned layout. Well lit, the ground is kept well maintained and clean. Seating is such that most of the bays provide a good view of the matches. Aisles, staircase and passage ways a bit narrow. Could be wider keeping in view potential crowding during entry and exit in case of heavy crowd movement during popular matches. Cubicles at the back of seating are plenty, usable for food stalls etc. Food sold is very reasonably priced unlike movie theatres. Samosa, vada pav at Rs. 50/_ for 2 pieces. Soft drinks in glasses at Rs. 50/_ each and water at Rs. 20/_ Entry road is good, well maintained and spacious. Parking is a bit far. Need to walk about 500 metres since the access road is usually cordoned off for vehicles when matches are on.
