Add:-Hyde Park, Kharghar Sec-35g, Plot no-8,9,10. Fully furnished flat with bed, wadrobe, fully functional kitchen,freidge, washing machine, geyser, ac, tv, dth,WIFI... Hyde park is one among the best societies of kharghar....you get all the amenities such as gym, swimming pool, steam&sauna, snooker table ,club house , badminton court, and various other amenities in the society so no need to move here and ther for any need ...everything at one place itself with the best expierence

Excellent plce to buy a home there with all amenity. Very nice ambience , one disadvantage that its too far from station.

Used to be one of the best cooperative society in Kharghar(definitely not the case now). A society with good amenities, decent enough maintenance, less parking space, mediocre security. In recent years, the society has gone to the dogs. They shove their religious festivals down your throat with loud dhols, drums, fire crackers. Early morning on public holidays. "Cooperative society" my *ss. Please Note: This is a hindu dominated society. Blind supporter of a certain political party. So all the "pros" & cons come with it. - CCTV cameras around the society doesn't have entire coverage. - A lot theft has happened, specially petrol theft & bike parts. - Management are a bunch of egoistic elders; who are so detached from reality. Circlejerk of elders pleasing their power trip. Many owners have already shifted to elsewhere. Good for them!

Well construction and amenities apart from this .....nearby places and area are too good.......Owe dam and hill are best place for trekking.......Awesome view of kharghar from top.

One of the prominent housing society in Kharghar. Nicely located. But maintenance could have been little better. Location is very nice.

Lovely ambience. Green spaces. Decent apartments. Slightly congested though.

The view from the hill side apartments is great. It faces a hiking trail which is awesome in monsoons with natural waterfalls and cool breezes.

Nestled in a scenic place, base of mountains. But that makes it very far from the station. Transport options are not at the door as well. The whole complex place needs a new paint, that's the only thing missing. At the time of writing this, that was being considered.

Good society, however buildings turning old, not best quality building.

The place is very secluded with no market around. Transport is also an issue if you have no vehicle. Pigeons are a big problem here. However this place is surrounded by scenic beauty. Those who work in Mumbai will have to travel a lot if they live at this place

Quietly kept beautiful secret of Navi Mumbai.. one would just be envious of the residents of Hyde Park as they can easily give up their treadmills to go uphill and downhill just across the road.. Gurudwara and Tata Cancer institute is just a km from there .. the renowned Central Park and Pandavkada waterfall is just at a stone throwaway.. Beware of any mischief as Taloja jail is also equally near !!

To all the tenants , BE AWARE ABOUT EXTRA CARGES IF YOU ARE SHIFTING IN THIS SOCIETY Please don't shift to this society without knowing their rules and regulations like extra charges for moving in and moving out , 10000 security deposit for the shifting and what not charges they have..also the supervisor and the lady in the society office is very rude and impolite. so please be aware . Ask your broker / owner for the rule book and everything .

If you are looking for any peaceful location in kharghar this is one.. but the only thing is if you are visiting on weekends in evening... U'll find abit crowd... But totally worth in monsoon and you can get the beautiful view of kharghar from the top which next level satisfies your soul.

This complex comprises of A,B,C type consisting of 9 buildings, with all amenities for childrens and adults, walking area inside and outside on service road, 2 gardens with play area, ample car parking and walking around the building area. Celebrating festivals all together. You can have access to zumbha karate and hobby classes, and much more like swimming, tennis, gym etc. Only issue is of water sometimes. Dats why rating given is 4 out of 5.

Great place to live. Nice open space for kids to play. Absolute bliss in monsoon.
