For owners its good.Better try to ignore as tenant,people had suffered with dengue(Health is imp right ?).No transportation,no ola and uber pickup facility.NO street light nit .Genuinely speaking for rent its waste,completely isolated .Try to reach Kumkumpark after 6.30 pm either single or with family, then ur self will decide not to come .Opp there is pond ,its adda for drinker in the night. no events and celebration in festivals.rainy season is the most panic area.U have to go by walk with full of mud .1-2 km radius there is no provision strore

As a owner, I am happy to stay here.. calm and pleasent weather. In Mumbai but feels like native. Road is built now so no issues. But electricity issue still persist.

Best place to live, OLA & UBER do come no transportation issue anymore. Govt facilities like water supply, electricity supply, street lights, drainage,etc...All are perfectely in place now.

Building and society is good apart from power failures.Area is not that safe for working women after dark due to people drinking in lakeside and in d adjacent ground. Communication is a pain. Rest is good.
