Its a place where you can buy office space at cheaper prices l, but it is cheaper the services are provided accordingly. donot buy any floors over here as this place doesn't have proper security and services, there are frequent power shutdowns, so most work has to be done on Diesel generators, the security cameras here don't work, plus the elevators keep shutting down from time to time, this place has only 4 lifts working among the 6 they have one of the none working ones is a service lift,this is a ruin only made for profit, not up to mark.

A nice building at a strategic location but builder doesn't provide any maintenance/cleaning. Apart from maintenance/cleaning rest everything good. I could have given 4/5 rating if it's clean.
