My review here may not affect the developer but I am going through immense nightmare. While buying the property they sugar coated every words, now no one receives the phone call. Occupancy for the current residents have not yet been given. The quality of the construction is too bad, cracks on buildings are visible in just 2 years. It may become a potential Gated community if the developer put heart and soul into it.

Don’t book - will take money and no response to your phone Call- You have to search for builder. Whole Family in fraud business. From last 5 years and till date i m following. All 5 & 4 Stars given by builder relatives Office people Friends and Family

Not responding the phone calls Mr Mukesh Bhanushali ,builder, not attainding the call. My possession date was july 2019. Still 20% works painding

This complex has not handed the house 2 yrs after the due date and now their office has barred incoming calls
