This place is a so called mall it has a real estate agents office and approx 3 cross fit training centers rest all the offices are left vacant. I presume the main reason for the non occupancy would be the commuting issue it's not near any of the railway station nor dose it have any near by accessible bus stops...connectivity is the only issue I found. If any one wants to start just a contact point office this is the place provided u commute using your Own vehicle..

It has been almost a decade and the mall simply does not open.

It's a small mall mainly has gyms and gymnastic class and spa other shops closed during lockdown period

The mall is closed no active visitors nor it is maintained, the only thing in this mall that is useful is Crescent dough on top floor. Rest nothing else

Good looking small mall. Escalators not working. As per WhatsApp videos, riding or using non-working escalators can cost life. Nobody bothers to maintain the mall. Several shops closed.

Mall is dead. But it has a good gym

Nice mall but very far from Sanpada station. Miraj complex is closest landmark. You can get sharing auto's from Vashi station to moraj then walk or full auto from Sanpada/Vashi Parking is available but roads r confusing

It's not a mall anymore, there are people who renting some of galas for classes and massage parlour and some sort mechanical stuff..

Not a mall actually- only spas and Gyms with some other private commercial shops

It's not properly constructed yet.work in progress but spa and massage parlours are there like thai one's 👍
