The place doesn't resemble as its name ' Mall ', the mall hardly 2 shops opened and functioning, there's a gaming one where it's really a vibe to play your favourite games with your friends, then there's a Spa on the second floor. Apart from this I don't think I've seen any other shops/outlets. The lifts functions properly the escalator doesn't well coz there seems to be no need for it.

Nice location but soon they will face parking issues and will create lots of traffic jam on this road. Investors have not thought of facing this difficulty in very short time otherwise products and services are good . Cash counters placed in wrong direction where other customers facing difficulty in moving on around. Overall not a good idea of investing in this location without thinking of customers parking and proper having storage facilities. God bless.

Great location. Front portion taken up by used cars on sale. Promotional sales on often - furniture, kitchen stuff, garments and linen. A spa on the first floor. Overall could have lot more shops than what there are now. Accessibility and visibility from the main road is a major advantage of this space.

A smaller version of a mall, where you will not find shops for shopping. Instead you will find gyms, offices, gaming centre and furniture store. It isn't fully functional so u may chose other alternatives like lift to climb upstairs.

Very few shops. May be they are trying to develop some new concept and accordingly they should change the name from mall to something else.

So this place is not fully operational most parts of the mall are dark and there is hardly any shop here only 4 things are here. A used car lot on ground floor a gym on second floor a seedy message parlor offering extra service and a tattoo shop

Place can be reached more publicly, few shops are open but all found much of at expenses..

It is commercial place in Kharghar mostly deserted. The occupancy is very less.

lift facility is good 👍.. washroom is not good.. might be bcoz shop are closed half ..

No wheelchair accessible entrance.there should be a ramp at the entrance.

This is a clean and tidy place, you may find it a bit different than your usual idea of a shopping mall nevertheless it has all the usual requirements. Also there is this Banquet hall on the top floor which is very beautiful.

Average mall and very average maintenance... Parking your car here can be a task

The building has multiple businesses located inside like gym, spa, tattoo parlour. Not sure if they have shops for shopping of clothes, utilities etc. Recently installed a second lift. Escalators don't work. Only about 1/3 shops are occupied. Not a very busy place

Can't call it a mall... nothing to shop

The washroom was in average condition considering how deserted the mall is but main attraction of the mall is tattoo place and fidato gaming , but no snacks or food court area which is a huge downside as it becomes difficult to find a place nearby to eat.

This mall feels like some abandoned mall. But there are quite some great shops especially for the gamers out there.
