You can get mi products at discounted rates ,I have bought an mi note 5 from this place at a straight discount of 2000 RS after that my second purchase was for a mi power bank which was for 700 RS it was at a discount of 200 RS and the staff ain't that bugging but very cooperative and would help you as much as they can they even ordered the product when it was out of stock and specified a date for it's availability.

Service provided by the staff was good but they can improve it by keeping more instore staff so that customers do not have to spend alot of time waiting in line. For a que of about 15 customers there were only 2 staff which were peculiarly slow and we had to wait 40mins for a service which took like about 2 to 3 mins.

Me and my fiance visited the store to buy a MI PAD 5 But the store rep treated us in a very bad way. It seems like he was least interested in selling the product.We were almost done with the procedures to buy the product but at the last moment he turned from his commitment of a price which completely ruined the mood to buy anything from this shop. You need to learn how to treat and interact and sell your products to customers instead of just being judgy.

Horrible i never experienced like this .I visited this place to buy one MI phone because of the sales person bad attitude i decided to not buy the stuff from them.The person is having a very bad body odour as well you not even stay close and discuss.Pathetic..

Must visit store to experience and buy Xiaomi and Redmi Products.

Mi must shut this shop if they are unable to provide basic services to customers, firstly ac was not working, then asked about mi product in shop to the staff available but he refused to explain about product , and they said that there is no person available from Bajaj finance, so the customer must buy from there store Directly.. suggest you to not to visit the store to get fooled by mi staff available at store

I bought MI 5X TV from this store and it's been 2 days that no-one from MI has visited for installation. Why? If you do not have proper service then why do you sell you products? I did not buy this TV to keep inside the box. Now they do not have any ETA and no one is ready to pick the call after sale. Pathetic Service!!
