It's a decent store with good amount of inventory. Billing procedure is quite slow and they don't offer any discounts like D-Mart or Big Bazaar.

Be aware with your bills!!! As staff is not trained.. otherwise a ok store for daily things.

This store lacks basics of customer service. It's ill groomed & insensitive staff doesn't even realize that they killed one of their high value customer forever... I bought grocery from this store for > 10K /month only because they had a washroom facility, while we were constructing our house, coming all the way from Powai... their ill groomed staff created such a ruckus.... I will never visit this store again and will advise others also the same

Running a super store and they are so cheap that they dont even give you carry bags. It only costs 3 rs for small paper bags and 5 rs for medium size paper bags. Every one is keeping it but yet they do not. They could charge the customers but yet they do not provide this facility. What is the use of bullying bulk items from here if you cant carry it with you? No body even bother to listen and take feed back in the store. Highly pathetic.

Saksham store is good but they keep waiting for so long

Good small departmental store for reasonably priced household items.

Saksham is convenient..not too crowded at any time...stocks all the major brands..their local brand is not very high on quality.. groceries may get spoilt soon..but overall, value for money..and the store is conveniently located...

Sells outdated items even in soyawadi and rava and pulses u will get insects free with the cost very low and poor quality

Very bad behavior with customers, the staff is very rude, even you talk to them with polite they'll talk to you very rudely. Worst shopping experience.
