Go to place for amazing dosas and other south indian delicacies. This is a pure veg restaurant. They have thali options as well as lunch. Service is quick and prompt. The have normal as well as air-conditioned section seating options available. Value for money and no compromise on taste. A very pocket friendly menu. Menu is moderate. Must try their dosas and pav bhaji. They start as early as 7 in the morning. All in all a good place to visit anytime of the day. Can always try their breakfast items and snacks without a doubt. A filling quantity with no compromise to quality at an affordable rate. Been the same since many years and have been bringing back it's customer back! A good place indeed. Nice menu of vegetarian food. The thali and deluxe thali are really good and comes with options of roti or poori. My choicest one dish of the menu is potato toast. This is a patty of potato stuffed with nuts and chutney and tastes really amazing. My suggestion if you happen to pass by area of sector six do visit this place.

I liked varieties of food in thali which were served to us. Vegetable in thali could have been more in quantity but other more food varieties have balanced the thali overall. One thali is more than enough for one person. Overall food quality is good. Though space in the restaurant is little congested and there was waiting outside during the lunch time. Staff is well mannered. Overall good dine experience.

I recommend don't go there now. Once upon a time this restaurant was used to be my favorite but they themselves decreased their quality. This is hotel more then 2 decades old and still serve the best pav bhaji. Other than that, thalis are also very familiar and famous to eat here which consists for various tasty dishes included in that. Paneer biryani and Chinese is also great here. Paper masala dosa is also a must try.

Hotel Vishwanand the best hotel in C.B.D,Belapur near Bus Depot Opposite MGM Hospital. since mid 80's.It was our frequently visited hotel when we were kids, when belapur was like a small village where everyone knew each other, and in those days having food in Vishwanand was a pride as it was the only Veg hotel in Belapur, guests were always greeted by the Anna sitting on counter with a wonderful smile, today also never miss to visit Vishwanand hotel if i am in Belapur. Coconut Obsessiveness! One of the oldest and most trusted restaurant in CBD-BELAPUR. However there seems to be a major (read undesirable) changes in the recipes.. EVERYTHING is loaded with coconut. I ordered Malai Kofta on 7-Apr-23, The gravy which should be Malai Based was a Coconut Based Gravy(Yuck!) Then on 29-Apr-23, i ordered Chole Bhature and the chole gravy was coconut based again! (Unbelievable!) My suggestion, stick to south Indian dishes which are great here! Punjabi dishes and sandwiches can and should be TOTALLY AVOIDED!

Order for thali what came by quickly and paneer mushroom and roti 2roti came with the order and looking at the rush asked the guy to get another roti as we receive the order but had to wait long time for just 1roti had to cancel dahi wada order because felt like they forgot the order. Have to call the order guy atleast 10 time just to get water refill I get it it was too busy but you need to be prepared well in advance. This is not a hotel which is operated for 4-5 yrs it's for decades. Not happy with service and the food quality is also not worth the wait 😞

Vishwanand needs no introduction as it is one of the go to places for vegetarian food for all Belapurkars and also people passing by. The quality of the food is good but may fluctuate on some occasions. Some of the best things to have here are Veg Cutlets, South Indian delicacies, Tea, the vegetables are also great and pocket friendly, you can try Butter Paneer Masala, Paneer Tikka Masala. The Thali is also good if you are planning to try a bit of everything. The Service is nice, staff is friendly.

I have been going to this restaurant for quite sometime now and I can truly say it's lyk a hidden gem ...Its located just beside belapur depot which is near fire brigade ...Their south Indian food is amazing , our staple is their thali which we order everytym we go , they have normal thali and deluxe thali which is sufficient for 2 people consisting so many items ..The food is 100% veg , the service is very quick and its always packed on weekends during the lunch time especially so time and go accordingly!

I have tried many dishes at Vishwanand. All his dishes are very well made. But the best dish which is a must try is his special veg Thali for 220 rupees. Even though it's a pure veg restaurant, every non veg lover must try this out to get a rare exotic taste in veg food. His veg thali consists of 5 puris/ 2 chapattis, 1 big papad, multiple types of daals, multiple types of vegetables, salad, rice pulao, dahi, dahi pakoda, rasgulla and finishes off with a wholesome quantity of fruit custard. Overall, Value for money 10/10 Taste 10/10 Ambience 9/10 Service 9/10

I had a lunch there and certainly; I would recommend this hotel for routine food intakes. Very cheap and economical with all types of foods. In AC Room with good seating arrangements, it cost me only Rs 200 for a deluxe veg thali with so many items to eat that i could even eat them all. Why i have not rated 5Star because i have following suggestions to the management. 1. No waiter was in the uniform. Pl provide white uniform for them. 2. Please train them to be more pleasant and polite. 3. Reduce the quantity of food and so reduce the Thali rate to Rs 150. 4. Improve the quality of food specially deserts.
