Had visited the navratna hotel in evening with family. The ambience was nice, many family groups were present. Parking is not an issue as there's a guard that help you with parking. The interior decor is pretty. The staff is good, the hotel is neat & tidy. However the food was the major disappointment. We had ordered: 1) masala papad: 2/5- the papad tasted very different than usual masala papads we have in mumbai. The toopings were big size chunks of veggie, there was no for of seasoning on it and had to put salt separately again & again. 2) tomato soup: 1/5- it was sweet and not at all tasted like a soup but a sweet syrup of dessert. There was hardly any tatse of ginger, pepper, salt. 3) butter Pav bhaji: 2/5- it was unexpected to have pav bhaji that had no tatse. The bhaji was tasting like a salted smashed gravy. 4) mysore masala dosa: 1/5- the whole dosa we had to discard as it was a big disappointment, the sambar was sweet and not sour at all, coconut chutney was way too thick, the mysore masala was not authentic at all. Had to then leave the restaurant immediately and find another spot to Have food. Never coming back here.

Pathetic service. Two bad experiences with this restaurant. Once, a wrong ordered delivered at home, which was picked up later without even verifying whether it was opened or not. Which means they could have delivered the same order somewhere else too. Also, the original order was received 2 hours after placing it. Second time, spoilt food sent. There was a foul smell coming from the food served by them. Can't trust this restaurant anymore. Just done with this restaurant.

I used to love this restaurant and used to regularly dine in or ordered food but It's current condition has forced me to switch my Restaurant preferrance. The food used to be really good and quantity was also good enough but now they are increasing prices but reducing quantity and quality has also gone down. Its still a good option if you're going for dine in but you'll get a better value for your money if order from other Restaurants.

Ambience is good. Food ok. Parking is there for cars and bikes. But my issue here is that bike owners are sort of understated people in eyes of hotel management and valet. My experience is that if you park in bike anywhere valet will wait for you to park and once you get off bike he will come from somewhere and will tell you park in bike parking area. I complained this to the staff but I don’t think they would improvise on this matter. Anyways this my experience. Get yourself one. P. S. The food is expensive here just like larger than life hotels but that experience isn’t.

We can find many families groups visiting here. Sometimes they have waiting mostly on weekends when it is crowded. Parking won't be an issue here. The guard helps for parking. There is parking space inside the restaurant premises also. If you won't get parking spot inside the restaurant then you can park vehicle outside the premises. There is ample of space besides the road. No issues in parking over there.

Have ample sitting place so even though the place is crowded you can find a table without much waiting time. They offer all day dining. Have parking space but it’s limited. Pathetic Restaurant. They don’t care about customers since they have many. I ordered two Ginger teas. This restaurant delivered only one. When I called them and complained, they refused to accept their mistake. They said they have sent two teas and it’s not possible that they’ll commit this mistake. Upon saying that I am their regular customer and they had committed this mistake, they refused to accept their mistake and said that they’ll not be able to send the tea. They have received the money for two teas but have sent only one. Beware of this restaurant. I didn’t want to give even one star to this restaurant, but have no option.

Oh how have you fallen in quality my love 💔. This used to be our go to restaurant for almost all occasions and now the quantity, quality and the price have all gone down pretty bad. Only thing that has been going good for them is customer loyalty and the service. I would definitely check out for some other veg restaurants until they do something about their quality.

Place was good, ambience was good, but the food quality not good. Starters were ok. Main course chicken was ordered. was supposed to be boneless but boneless had cartilage in it. Informed staff and got money reduced from bill on it. Taste of the main course food also not much recommendable. Starters are ok. But overall price is high, quantity of food can be better for same price in nearby hotels.
