Don't go there even if you are starving to death. I, along with my sisters, went on Rakshaban on such a day where there were waiting for minimum 30-40 minutes in any normal restaurant, here we were able to get table straight away it was so empty that should have been a hint for us on how good the restaurant is. Even though it was empty, none of the waiters had any clue whatsoever. You will die before they get your food. Whether it is crowded or not, they still will take forever to bring your order. And even if they bring it, it will not be edible at all. Now, coming to food, we ordered Butter Garlic Naan, and we received plain naan. We ordered Paneer Handi, believing it would be hot and spicy, but it was neither of it. We ordered Vada Sambar and received half cooked Vada, where it was cooked feom outside but raw from inside. The only thing which was good was there Veg Platter. Then, when we asked for finger bowl to wash our hands, they were not able to bring even that on time. We had to wash our hands directly in the glasses, which we did purposely when all the waiters and staff were watching, but they didn't give a fu k about that. I can spend my whole day writing badly of this so-called restaurant which I don't want to. So if you are looking for some nice food with great taste and service then you walk less than 500 meters from this restaurant and go to "Ram Krishna" the best Veg restaurant.

The food is avg but the time they make to serve it is endless . They take about 30 min to serve . The cost is very high compared to the taste . Plates are dirty .Very bad service. No waiter to check on you or to take order . When I went there a beggar Literally a beggar walked in and asked for the food on table . It is acceptable that you should be kind but this is not the thing here . When you are eating food with your family u need a nice environment not an environment where u feel guilty for poor . Conclusion to this please don't visit in this reastaurant .

Food was good although the service was very bad. Waiter was using sarcasm like you eating less hence take small chapati and other person eating more so take big chapati.

Ambiance was good but food taste not good at all. We triend paneer dhaba which was suggested by them only as a spicy paneer but it was not tasty or spicy at all dal tadka and we tried paav bhaji also it was only oily no butter on paav all oil on paav. Not at all satisfied with the taste.

It's a very good place to hangout...The Ghansoli one which I visited is great...service is good...but takes time to deliver food.. otherwise, it's a very good place for family and friends..they have two portion in restaurant..one Bar and another family.

Pathetic service and pricing and lot of mis-management. The restaurant was empty when we had dinner today and still the waiters were struggling to deliver order on time. A simple food like plain rice took long time to arrive. We ordered butter chapati but received plain chapati. Also, They don't serve half steam rice and full rice is for a whooping 171/- Rs. Food was okay. We asked them which is the spiciest food and ordered their recommended dish (Veg. Maratha) which tasted sweet. When asked, they said, it's because of onions. Lol! Btw, Mineral water costs 34/- Rs. for one litre of bottle. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby. Please think twice before going.

None of the waiters wear hand gloves and even mask is just for formality. I have to ask them to keep their mask on particularly when they were close to my table. Food is OK, Price is good as compared to similar other restaurants.

Very conveniently located, just outside Ghansoli railway station. Food is ok. Service is slow, my experience of slow service was also there in non peak hours. Ambience is good, especially of AC section. Slightly high priced. Costs about 200 to 250 per person.

Restaurant charged Rs. 34 for Rs. 20 water bottle....that was huge...it could mean restaurant usually overcharged some item of his restaurant. I tried swiggy dineout there but prices of menu at actual restaurant and what at listed on swiggy dineout app were very different. Another thing is....the meal we ordered was sweet in taste....slow serving system is important thing.....you'll have to wait for much time even for small item like single chapati. This is one of my favourite shops for getting authentic North Indian style Samosa. Mostly for take aways. They prepare hot samosas which I found simple and tasty.

I am not found of eating veg food, but when it comes to Pav Bhaji I couldn't resist myself. I have Pav bhaji and many more dishes but Pav Bhaji is the best and i love it the most. They add ample of butter and the taste of the bhaji is just so good. The bhaji is nicely mashed and the masala is added in proper amount. I can keep on describing because its worth it. You should also try. It's my bad that i Don't have pictures. But the next time I visit I'll definitely click good pictures and add here.

Unlimited breakfast concept is good. Taste of snacks were also good. But servers were dull and we're not alert towards customer needs. They offer you a platter which is fullsome. It is warm but not hot on plate. Hot on plate while eating makes experience much better. I had a good experience and would like to visit again. Child irrespective of age has to pay full and share of platter is not allowed. Since it is opposite to Ghansoli station parking you have find appropriately.

On 1st January me and my family went first time to celebrate New year in this hotel. We ordered panner masala and Chinese it was very pathetic and tasteless even the roti were cold and and not cook properly. Again and again want to ask for food and other services. The food was cold. If u see the hotel from outside u will feel to go inside but it is wrong decision to go there. Price were not worth for food what they were served. I don't want to give a single star to this hotel. I just want to msg them that u should focus on ur food quality instead of hotel decoration.
