Good Food, the location of the hotel is on the main road and they have people who will guide you to park your car. The interior of the hotel is very good and clean. The food is also very tasty. We tried murg masallam and the quantity was enough for 5 people.

We visited Pranaam on a family get together, in Belapur. Ambience is good,much less rush if you visit before 8.30pm. they have open terrace restaurant but it's too hot in Mumbai. So we preferred air-conditioned family area Service is polite, good and prompt. Food taste is decent if not exceptional. Couldn't try other menu items. Visited once again for dinner and food was good as always coupled with fast service

Restaurant is located right on the the main road and has ample parking space. Service is good and order does not take too long to be served. However, the menu spread is less and looks more like a desi place than a upscale place. Food taste is alright and can be improved a lot. You can go for casual dinners, but not at all suggested for celebrating any kind of event- birthdays or anniversaries. It's bit overpriced as well. Go and decide, saying it is an average place with high price. You can surely get better within same price range or lesser. You are welcomed by a drink which is a special mention.

Had a small party in Pranamm hall which is upstairs. Overall poor experience: 1. Food preparation was horrible. 2. Even the starters were served cold. 3. Untrained staff, even those attending us did not listen to our requests and simply moved out of the hall. 4. Audio video arrangements were pathetic. Mikes were not working, they did not change them despite request. Overall.. not recommended.

Absolutely love this restaurant. It is our favourite, not just mine but whole family's. The ambience is lovely and the food is amazingly delicious. Personally, I love their chicken tikka dum Biryani and chicken crispy and paneer aachaari tikka. Highly recommend it for casual dinners, family dinners and for big celebrations as they have banquet hall too.

Food and Service is the best.. Food quality, presentation is superb and delicious.. Regarding atmosphere its very noisy in terms of people sitting around you. Since other chairs & tables are next to you, you can hear what others are speaking and when everyone is drunk people scream while talking so it makes very loud. Thats the only drawback..

Worst dining experience! They gave tap water for drinking which smelled of chlorine. And who puts sugar in hot and sour soup? The waiters were practically unreachable! Vegetarian Matka Biryani Order wrongly delivered as Chicken Matka Biryani. Ot was ordered through swiggy. Being vegetarian it spoil our mood. Complaint raised to swiggy also. Hope restaurant look into it to avoid such blunders & look into customer satisfaction.

One of the best restaurants in CBD Belapur. Right from service to quality of food, everything was perfect. We had a family lunch on a weekend. Though the place was fully occupied, they ensured to give equal attention to all. We tried both veg and non-veg, both seemed great.

The service is very poor.... They just forget u once they get u a table and ur initial order.... We had to wait extra 15 minutes to get finger bath and further 5 minutes for the bill.... They keep telling each other to bring things and noone is aptly paying attention.... The food is average, same taste u can get anywhere..... The peanuts were soft ..... The chicken tandoori was not that juicy..... Disappointed 😞

Ambience is good. Service was great and staff was friendly. Now coming to the food, we had tried many options as had been for family dinner out here Soups-Hot n Sour had more of soya n vinegar in it(inform captain if need less of it). Talumin soup was good(must try) Taste wise veg food was ok ok whereas non-veg tasted better. I would surely recommend the place as try out once.

The food is as always tooo good. Once I had ordered over Swiggy and was not able to mention for less spicy but as I called the hotel they helped us out in the way we wanted the food. That feature is too good from this staff and hotel. Keep rocking always ✌🏻

It has pranaam brand but unfortunately I never got that vibe. I tried twice in this restaurant on different days but didn't enjoy the food. The quality was mediocre but prices were high. You will get the same quality for less than half in nearby restaurants.

Have organized office lunch with them 2 times in a row now. I would like to quote the process more hassle free and quick solved discussion. It was outdoor catering. Be it food or arrangements we loved it.

I have been a regular at Pranaam but sadly never posted a review for their food. I like their food and it tastes quite different compared to the other 3 similar restaurants we have in offer namely Ashwith,Mahesh,Manisha. I have ordered their Sholay Kebabs and Angara Kebabs. I have also ordered their Mutton Tawa Masala and Murg Musallam. I loved the kebabs and the Murg Musallam. The Tawa Masala Mutton wasn't up to the mark. It lacked taste and was very bland. Mutton was full of bones and lacked the meat. Plus it tasted as if they were simply boiled and added to the gravy. The Mutton stock water was probably missing. Other than that I have used their Banquets too on multiple occasions and they have been always courteous
