We had duck roast with appam and paratha with chass Roast was well spiced and had excellent taste Malabar paratha and appam was soft Chass was not spicy nor sour, quite a glass full They had a table with papads, coconut cooking oil, achaappam, lime pickles, karkkidaka kit, vinegar, chips etc for sale Parking has to be done on the road. Price is reasonable Service 5/5 Taste 5/5 Ambience 5/5 Hygiene 5/5 Overall very tasty experience.

Awesome food, Good taste, 200% Value for money. I tried kerala parotta with paneer kadhai. They given ample amount of paneer kadhai for 2 peoples. Price is standard mumbai range.. Paneer kadhai-180rs. Parotta-15rs. But I went there after my shift wearing my swiggy delivery boy tshirt and with delivery bag. When enter the hotel and kept my bag near table and went to wash my hands during this whole time Their reaction is so terrible . Even after I sat on chair he didn't think i came to eat here. He is on great confusion. Then I asked for menu card he realised oh swiggy people also having stomach they also come here to eat. Overall staff experience was not great. But it's not their fault. Because everyone seeing delivery boy as some nameless creature.so no use of blaming them.

Last Sunday myself and my friend went to have lunch. He ordered porotta and pothirachi rost. Myself ordered for normal Oonu (Kerala veg thali) . They converted oonu with " special sadhya". All I would like to tell those who plan to go to Grace Restaurant is, please don't expect the taste. All though they give no importance to serve the tasty food as we expect since it is a keralite restaurant, they charge you four star rates. 275 Rs for a veg kerala sadhya was not served as GRACE as they named their restaurant. Also guys please don't expect the parotta to be as soft and fresh made after order, it was sticky and rubbery. Pothirachi was not as we had earlier for some reason. Very very disappointed.

My experience with Grace restaurant was one of the worst experience ever encountered. I ordered two meals and was shocked to find a hair in the rice. Also, The presentation and the food doesn’t look clean enough. When I brought this issue to the attention of the hotel team, their response was highly disappointing. They not only justified their mistake but also responded in a rude manner. Throwing away the food was the only option since the food was not eatable. This incident serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering ordering from this restaurant.

This all started with my wish for having good kerala food and may family suggested Grace restaurant in nerul. So on a saturday afternoon we undertook a journey of aroumd 45 mins to 1 hour( due to our driver who took a longer route...phew). We reached at 2pm and in all my excitement ordered the following 1. Beef cutlet 2.Beef roast 3.Beef mapas 4.Kerala porotta 5. Papad 6.Puttu 7.Payasam 8. Parcel Mathi fry Pazahpori -4 Ada-4 Cutlet- The order came in fast and couldnt contain my excitement to eat it but the moment i took the first bite realised that the travel the made was not worth one bit. The cutlets were microwaved and hence soggy n tasteless. The beef mapas was no where close to a mapas and looked more like a north indian version. The roast was decent but was inconsistent with quality. Some were hard as rubber n others soft .The papad wasnt fried properly and had brown touches to it( signifies oil temp wasnt right and the chef burnt it) . The porotta waa the star and absolutely delicious. It was soft n crispy n bought a relief to us. The payasam was cold and utterly disgusting. Keralite food is delicious when made with care but lack of quality n taste meant that this place isnt worth it for good keralite food . how do i know all this- i am a keralite myself and have tasted better dishes of these . The restaurant is value for money but if you are hoping tasty kerala food then its not worth it at all.such waste of time. If they continue serving such quality they would have to give a new name to the restauraant"DisGrace"

Popular little restaurant in Nerul, serving spicy and delicious Kerala cuisine at very reasonable prices. They also stock and sell banana chips, coconut oil and other typical snacks and ingredients from Kerala. Absolute must visit if you are in Nerul.

Visited Grace for their Onam lunch and was in love with every bit of it. From the welcome to the courteous staff to the mouth-watering meal. We had a blast of our time. Went there with around 28 of my staff members and everyone loved the experience of having a scrumptious meal on the banana leaf. Well planned day! Thank you Grace restaurant Looking forward on visiting time and again.

If classic Malayalee Cuise is what you're craving, then you should definitely visit Grace Restaurant. They have a variety of items to choose from, be it vegetarian, mutton, chicken, or fish. Not only that, they have an authentic breakfast menu as well and serve different types of snacks that are locally sold in the streets of Kerala. The food is of good quality, ample quantity, and easy on the wallet as well.

Aah, a little piece of kerala in Nerul. I was recently introduced to this place and I am usually very critical of what they serve as traditional kerala food in Mumbai. I had poth mappas and porotta and both were amazing. I also tried poth chettinad and was pleasantly surprised by how different all the dishes taste. I also tried their Ada and pazham pori, both were good. Ada wasn't excessively sweet. The prices doesn't burn a hole in your pocket and it's very easy to locate the place and there's ample parking space on the road. Waiting time is less and in dinning option is also available. Best part is they also play Malayalam songs, which is very typical of a lot of hotels in Kerala. A must visit place for die hard kerala food lovers.

This is my favourite restaurant for authentic native food. I had kerala cuisine foods in various restaurants across the city but this restaurant tops the table. My favourite food would be the meals which is served with 4 different fresh veggies and a pappad. Have never faced any health issues eating from here until now. Good that you are serving tasty food and hope you keep up the taste and quality.

Specifically asked for less spicy food as we had aged people eating but their mutton chettinad (which they suggested was less spicy) was super spicy and their cutlets were also very spicy... What is this fascination with ultra spicy food for you people??

Food was really good. Staff are not very friendly and the place is small and cranked up. Dishes are very tasty. Definitely try their mango n elaichi Lassis. It comes in a ceramic plate n u eat it with spoon. Other dishes are yummy but the staff need to be kind and friendly. The waiter removed our dish before we finished eating. Rude.

Great porotta, one of the best compared to Kerala restaurants around Navi Mumbai. Curries are good, if you don't have a tolerance for spice then do ask them about the spice levels before ordering. Good quantity. Usually have to wait during lunch and dinner hours on weekends for a table. They also play a good Malayalam playlist which adds to the average kerala restaurant ambience.

The service here wasn't really upto the mark The ambience wasn't that great either But of everything else, the food was just so amazing, tho very spicy even after us requesting them to adjust the spiciness (I tried Parathas with Chicken Travencore btw)

Reading other people's reviews can give you lidea about staff's behavior, which unfortunately doesn't seem to be good, perhaps indicating a sense of entitlement as if they were offering free meals to customers. The food quality appears to be acceptable for a first-time order, but it takes a sharp downturn in taste if you decide to order the same dish a second time.

As me and my frd are foodie .. and as recommended by one youtuber we went there to taste some tasty south india authentic dishes . but we are so disappointed by taste of dishes and the service they provide. they need to learn how to respect customers and they need to learn the way of speaking to customer too. and the waiter ..just stares you till you finish ur food ..worst experience ..never gonna visit this restaurant again in my life.

Incredible experience of having authentic Kerla cuisine. The fried fish was delicious, the vegetables and different chutneys were just a delight. The red colored warm herb water was amusing to drink. But what I loved the most was the fried meat in authentic local spices and buttermilk curry 😍

Had ordered pomfret fry which was stale and tasting bad. Had given the feedback to owner and he was not ready to listen and not bothered to replace it. Chicken stew and Kerala porata was okay. Would never ever visit this place as we are not happy with the quality of the food served.

Worst service by the Owner!! The food was very bad in terms of the freshness. We ordered Surumai fish which was not fresh and had a bad odor. We genuinely told him we couldn't have the fish as it was not fresh and had a smell, however he still charged us in the bill!! Customer Service -1/5 Food Freshness - 1/5 Hygienic Environment - 1/5 Value for money -1/5

The service is fast and the food is tasty. It's reasonable price. You have a healthy and good portion for lunch or dinner.

One of the best mallu restaurants in Navi Mumbai. You'll get a pure taste of Kerala food and even the prices are fine. Do try the parotta(flaky ribbon pancake) and chicken curry. It's like the best till date.
