Rating is actually 0.5 for a meek sorry that came out of the mouth of the staff managing tables. Absolutely poor service in terms of seat management. Went there yesterday at around 9:45 pm (2 adults+ 1 kid - 7 yrs). There was no one waiting except us. We could see an empty table for four being cleaned out and were told to wait for 2 minutes. A family of five (incl 2 kids probably same age as mine) walked up right behind us and demands to go in saying the kids were restless. What happens? The family of 5 gets seated on the table for four and we are now asked to wait for 5 minutes till another table gets vacant. Gave a piece of my mind to the staff managing tables and walked off without waiting a second more!!! Was disgusted with the behaviour of the person managing the tables. Questions to the hotel management- 1. Why get pressurised by behaviour of families that demand preference than wait their turn? It's your restaurant. Your customers need to follow your protocols. 2. How do you conclude that a kid (or any customer) from a family waiting patiently is not as restless or hungry as compared to another that comes later? 3. Had there already been 2/3 other families waiting, would you have still given that family a table before the other 3 families were seated? Or is it that one customer lost would not make a difference? Anyway, you lost a walk-in and an online customer for life, just because of this incident!

I ordered a paneer tikka biryani from them but received Chicken biryani instead. Only vegetarians can understand what kind of nightmare it is for them. Specially when you order it for your parents who are living at some other location and you feel helpless.

The waiter was horrible and extremely racist. We were a family of 6 and was made to sit in a place for 4 even when a 6 seater was available. Management should take note. Such behavior desuades customers. Totally disappointed by this Very bad

It’s a good fine dining restaurant. Quality and taste is quite good. They served non alcoholic beverages at this place. Overall it’s good to be this place. Nice evening spent & good dinner we had at Pranam. Cards, QR codes and cash all are accepted here. Parceling for cars are also available.

It's a fine dining restaurant located at sector 12 Kharghar. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is also quick. We ordered Chicken tikka masal , butter cheese garlic naan, steam rice and red Thai curry. The naan was absolutely cheesy with stuffing. The red Thai curry was a bit on the sweeter side, which either of us liked. But overall it was a good experience.

Average quality food with unreasonably high cost! The serving staff needs to be trained for proper guidence about food order. Very noisy place with lot of crowd. It’s difficult to converse or chat due to loud background music & noise of the crowd. Not impressed at all!

Tasty and flavourful food. We had ordered a combination of Punjabi and Chinese food. We were happy that both cuisines were very well prepared tasted amazing. We all specially liked the chilli garlic noodles and that was our moment of the day. Even the nonveg starters are too good. Must visit place.

The restaurant was excellent when it served only vegetarian food. Even later it was food. However after covid, the food is average at best and it is overpriced. Quality has reduced drastically and quantity has been reduced. Not worth it. Swaraj veg delight in Hotel three star is better.

Pranaam Fine Dine has improved a lot in the recent times. The food quality is high and the service is also quite good. Rates are reasonable and the staff is cordial. Although there is ample parking space, during evening peak hours, it could be a challenge to find a spot. The staff will help you out though. Same goes for seating; it's better to reserve your table in advance if you are a large group and plan on visiting during peak times. Overall a great option for a family dinner

I recently dined at Pranam hotel, Kharghar, and was genuinely impressed by the food quality. The culinary experience was nothing short of excellent. However, it's important to note that during peak hours, you might find yourself waiting for a table. In summary, Pranam Hotel delivers top-notch food quality that's worth savoring. Just keep in mind the potential wait times during busy periods, but don't let that deter you from enjoying their delicious offerings.

Amience awesome Food awesome Options or variety of food was plenty. Only thing which was biggest down was slow service n biling mistake altho they corrected our bill after we point it out. Again I would highly suggest if you are going to visit this place dont go there in rush hour your food will take alot of time to arrive on your table.

Have been going to this restaurant for more than 10 years now. They have managed to keep their standards high. The parking area has now become very crowded, and most of the time there is waiting to get in. But the food is nice and the ambiance is also fine. Since it is usually crowded, it is a bit noisy, but thankfully they do not play loud music or have live entertainment, so we are able to eat in piece and enjoy the food and conversation.

A very good AC hall to accommodate around 100 people. We had booked the hall for my son's 1st birthday. They have a dressing room which gives you privacy too. The starters were tasty, so we ordered Paneer and chicken dishes which were very yummy. Main course was good. A preferred hall to have small occasions. No worries for car parking they have ample space.

Ambience of this restaurant is good but food is costlier than other market competitor restaurant. We tried Murg mussalam and paneer mussalam but taste of both food items was below average. Sizzler brownie wasn't fresh and was bit hard to break. Need lot of improvement on taste. Overall it's good restaurant for family to spend some quality time.

Ambience: ordered from home....but saw this hotel rrm outside and it looks appealing....always crowded during weekends.... Staff: the delivery boy was polite but was not able to search my address due to which there was a delay in receiving the order..... Food: cheese balls were average in taste and not so hot, pander labadar was up to the expectations as it was hot and less spicy, naan was try hick and difficult to chew, yet andoori Roti's were completely dry and not hot, dal fry was fine.....

The restaurant set up is premium, made good arrangement of artificial greenery along with lights but the taste of food is average or not satisfy your expectations. I went for there for tasty and delicious food except this(food) all is well

Very poor service , ordered food 2 hours prior and didn’t received the order . . Instead of choosing this restaurant prefer food from street stalls , it will be any day better .

I was not there for a meal... But i was there because a friend if mine asked me to meet in that location... The guards are really rude and the asked me whether I was there for the dinner but when I said I am waiting for someone they were like go away and wait somewhere else... I did not go anywhere because I was in the footpath waiting and it's the public property and no one can tell me that i can't wait for my friend their... Now about the food... I'll not have melas in such place where they can't respect humans... Atleast mere khandan se toh ab idhar koi nahi jayega lunch ya dinner ke liye... Owner should train their employees...

A nice fine and dine place with good food. Chinese is also available, though the Indian food is much better. One should definitely try the tandoori food like tandoori mushroom, which is quite nicely marinated and is juicy.

A good place to visit with the family. Large spacious AC dining inside, and a valet parking facility outside. The food is just average but the service is good. I got a full table for myself when I went alone on a sunday afternoon.

The food is great, the ambience is good and is aptly rated. Absolutely loved the mushroom starter and pot rice. The mocktail frozen slosh was also good. Overall experience was great. Good place to have a nice family dinner or even hang out with your partner or with friends.

This was my second visit to Pranam, but my first visit was when Pranam was a pure vegetarian restaurant. It indeed had poor service and not uo to the mark food. I must say now that nit only did it change from a pure vegetarian restaurant to a vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurant but it has REALLY IMPROVED A LOT. 1. Service gone better 2. Menu looks good 3. Food has taste 4. Ambiance is fantastic My order at Pranam was as follows: 1. Matka Chicken Biryani---------- Very tasty, perfectly cooked and amazing presentation. I judge a biryani by it's rice, in this case it was perfect! 2. Chicken Kalimiri and Tawa Fry Prawns---------- Both are a must try. Amazing blend of favours. 3. Chicken Lababdar----------- Neither sweet, nor spicy, very subtle and mild flavour. In all i had a good experience after a bad one. I just thought that prices at some places were a bit unusual.

    - A veg restaurant earlier, however was revamped recently and now serves both veg & non veg food. - Nice ambience, well air conditioned and excellent staff who make you quite comfortable. - Ample parking space available. - EXCELLENT Food quality with consistent taste. - Indian & Indo-chinese food items are highly recommended. - Murgh rojali kabab, chicken tandoori lollypop, paya soup and chinese starters are heavily recommended - As of now, best place in kharghar to have a family outing. My only wish is they should lower the prices a bit or offer discounts to the patrons

Good food, great service and completely sophisticated ambiance. I've visited the banquet also. It is quiet affordable and spacious for parties and events. Menu has a variety and if you find something spicy or some change in the dish you order. They are very open to it and help you with that.

Taste was like ok. Eat only if there's no option. Dal Khichdi had no taste, so did tandoori broccoli. Chicken lollipop was still ok. Seating was good. Staff was courteous.

Food is average and it is overpriced. Chicken Manchurian costs rs 330. The ambience and service is good but I think there are better options to dine in. Food doesn't match the quality and the price is too much to pay.
