Very authentic Bengali food, priced reasonably. Dishes were very flavoursome without being oily/spicy/overwhelming. Hilsa was spectacular, it was fresh and very well cooked. We had tried both Bhapa and Sorshe. The rui maach could have been fresher though, found it to be bit stale.

Ambience and food presentation was commendable. Taste of food was good just the chicken in the biriyani was a bit try. The Thali food tasted very authentic. Price wise it is a bit on the higher side but Thali food is worth it.

One of the decent restaurants in Navi Mumbai and they have hung around for years and been serving classy food endlessly. Seems they earlier had two outlets but after lockdown they had to downsize to cut overheads. Hats off for sustaining and still serving. Coming to the food Bengali Biryani is quite decent. We had taken Bong Adda Special thali and the staff were reluctant to modify the thali even though we were more than happy to pay extra for some modifications. Only that was a bit downside. Other than that everything served tasted quite decent.

Tasty Food(Bengali style) is available here. I had Kosha mangsho with paratha as well as luchi. Yummy. I also had chicken muglai paratha.. Thali food is too much. My associates of BMSM enjoyed, bhetki fish fry, ilish bhapa, bhetki paturi, daab chingri, payesh, etc. We celebrated our friend Leena Das's marriage anniversary.

Food are good in taste, authentic Bengali taste available in some of them but cost is high. Dessert options are not at all tasty , neither it matches genuine Bengali taste. Their rice, daal, Alubhaja, begun bhaja, fish fry, lachha Paratha I liked. But chicken kosha, payes, rosogolla better to avoid.

The best authentic Bengali food we've had in Navi Mumbai. The biryani and the chicken chop the fish fry are to die for... Very delicious. The Quality and the quantity were perfect. Just fatafati.

Excellent food preparation. What I liked most is the authentic taste with less oil. You won't feel heavy stomach after having food from here. This excellent and way better when compared to Bhajohori Manna or Oh Calcutta.

I gave 5 out of 5 for foods, but there was hair in the chicken roll plate. And the mutton kosha was too spicy. But overall the experience was awesome. Our student told us to check it out, me and my wife we both teach in the same University... We both wanted to visit it for past 2 years, finally we did visit on our scooty!! 😃 After a long drive, we reached, it was cold and good aroma inside the resto. Good vibes. Nice people. We are Bengalis, my wife felt happy to see some Bengalis around. She felt happy to taste fish cutlet, payesh, luchi, aloor dom, etc. ☺ We loved it.

We ordered a nonveg thali in which the bowl of mutton was droolworthy otherwise the quality of rest of the items were below average. Total disappointment with the mutton biryani! Flavour in the rice, mutton and aloo were so subtle. Being from Kolkata the excitement I had while ordering biryani from a Bengali restaurant in a non Bengali state totally got shattered by its taste. The service was good and the restaurant is beautifully decorated in a small space. My most fav part of being there was that, they play Bengali music in the restaurant and it took my heart!❤️

The foods served on the brass made glass and plates. Foods are good and tasty with reasonable price. Staffs are Supportive and cooperative and speaking Bengali fluently. The new location is much better than the cramped old place. The decor does justice to the ethnic restaurant vibe. The Georgian Kolkata style is subtle yet noticable. My kid loved the small attic Library so much he didn't want to leave! Food is of the same great taste if not better! Service is cordial yet not overwhelming. You'll feel right at home.

Nice quiet place with lovely Bengali Cuisine. Interiors are aesthetically done and looks like lot of thought has gone in to it. The food was equally good and lots of Authentic Bengali food for the food lovers. The fish was amazing.

The food quality has deteriorated a lot. The payesh was like water and pabda shorsho was also the gravy was watery. Earlier in bong Adda even the jhuri bhaja tasted well now that also tasted very bad. Not recommending at all

First visit. Very light taste but very fulfilling. Neither too spicy nor too oily. We had ordered daab chingri and katla sorshe. Chingri had a subtle mustardy flavor while sorshe was milder. The table mustard sauce came handy to enhance mustard flavor which I used profusely... Nonveg pieces were enough and fresh but curry could have been more,,, we ate a little dry rice with prawns...We were seated on the first floor which I found more colorful than the downstairs.... Upstairs has both AC section and open air seats. They also have an open terrace on the other side which i aspire to explore next time. We'll definitely come again! Thanks for the great time

Will remain one of my favourite dining places in Navi Mumbai. Authentic Bengali food, both veg and non veg. Though the non veg items, being Bengali, have more options in the menu. But today we had veg, it was awesome.

Nice place for Bengalis for eating out. Pros. - Taste is really good! Staffs are polite including owner madam. Cons. - Space is not sufficient.Only few sitting arrangement (5 families at a time) is there. Not at all sufficient to cater the needs on any special occasion like poila boishakh.

This place is extremely overpriced. Service gets even worse when done via Swiggy. The most usual being it accepting order but not delivering it. It is surviving only because it lacks a decent competitor in Navi Mumbai as for bengali food.

It was a little ok experience. The ambience was nice but as per the ambience they failed to serve a good tasty food. The explanation entirely changed after trying their some of the menu items. I think they should provide photographs of their food items in menu becz as per my knowledge I ordered food but when get the order the food preparation was entirely different.

We 2 families visited the place on 14th Aug for Lunch. We have ordered Fish-fingers as starter and Non-Veg Bengali Thali. All the items were tasty and authentic. I will definitely go back to taste other delicacies like Ilish, Paturi and Dab-chnigri. Special mention for utensils, presentation and interior. Space is really cramp and Table can not be booked on call. So it is better to be early. Parking anywhere at your own risk. Overall good choice for Bengali food lovers.

The restaurant offers authentic Bengali cuisine and is generally booked on certain time slots. The ambiance of the restaurant is best for a family get together. The best part is that the owner is very warm hearted.

This place used to serve slightly above average Bengali food till a couple of years back. Post Covid, the owners seem to have changed and the new administration pays no attention to food quality, quantity and customer service. Koraishutir kachuri was thick hard rubber like. Food is pre cooked ( except for luchi and rolls). Tasteless Paneer butter masala floating in oil is served in a small katori and over priced at Rs 460. All food is Too oily and at times obnoxiouly spicy and causes acidity. I am definitely not dining in again. Biryani is still okay ( overpriced and lower in taste and quantity) when compared with Hanglas.

I visited the restaurant today after a long time and met with some huge disappointments with the hospitality of the place. Firstly the person taking the order is full of attitude, doesn’t speak properly, doesn’t know how to behave with customers. He thinks too much of himself and doesn’t know anything about hospitality - how to greet customers, how to speak with them. In today’s world if you are in hospitality business, first thing you should have is good staff with proper manners so that customers come again and again. This place doesn’t know a thing about hospitality, have employed staff who are not well behaved, don’t know what they think of themselves. Bengali places like bong adda should learn a thing or two from non Bengali places on how to run a restaurant. They have so well behaved, warm and cordial staff and you feel like going there again and again. But I wouldn’t want to go to a place where staff behaviour and manners is not good. Good Behaviour, warmth is the first thing a customer would want in hospitality business and bong adda fails miserably. Secondly, ordered biriyani and the egg given had part of the shell still attached on the body which was again a huge disappointment. Would never visit this place again and would advise all bengali food lovers out there to give this place a miss.

I ordered veg thali. The food was delicious and fresh. Bengali food was different taste as we were bored of the regular food in other restaurants. The ambience is also very spacious clean, elegant.decent I must say. Music and entertainment makes it unique The experience of dining out is good 😊

You can go to have Bengali authentic food. But I feel the price is high that what it serves. Some dishes are very good but some are not worth the money. Tasted better Bengali food in Mumbai than this.

Eight of our friends went for lunch today..the spread of Cusine was wide and the taste was to our liking..reasonably priced if you order sensibly (the overwhelming menu may tempt you to over order 😊)the decor and service is superlative..please keep doing good work and we shall come again 👍

Bong Adda is nice restaurant to have good Bengali cuisine in Navi Mumbai. If you are bored with other Bengali joints like bhojori etc do try this place. Ambience is cool, comfortable opposite to decathlon Belapur which is on Palm Beach road sector 15. I loved good food Being a vegetarian though. They do have amazing machor and sea food which I saw from fellow foodie's plate. The smoothie and Mango juice alongside chutney's were experience. Do go and enjoy the meals 😁

When I dined for the first time they provide me v good food I ordered.But when I went for 2nd &3rd time the food was so bad and the price of the food is so high. also.paying is no problem but it was absolutely rubbish.I ordered mach shorshe hey mixed water to increase the curry. & Alu poshio was boiled alu.

I love this bong food joint, whenever we have cravings for bong food we hit this place. Their rolls are amazing, same goes with biryani as well. The mutton preparation is superb. Their chops need improvements in taste, haven't tried fish here as of now. The service is quick and the staff is quite accommodative. The portion is slightly small and enough for one person only.
