I
visited
the
restaurant
today
after
a
long
time
and
met
with
some
huge
disappointments
with
the
hospitality
of
the
place.
Firstly
the
person
taking
the
order
is
full
of
attitude,
doesn’t
speak
properly,
doesn’t
know
how
to
behave
with
customers.
He
thinks
too
much
of
himself
and
doesn’t
know
anything
about
hospitality
-
how
to
greet
customers,
how
to
speak
with
them.
In
today’s
world
if
you
are
in
hospitality
business,
first
thing
you
should
have
is
good
staff
with
proper
manners
so
that
customers
come
again
and
again.
This
place
doesn’t
know
a
thing
about
hospitality,
have
employed
staff
who
are
not
well
behaved,
don’t
know
what
they
think
of
themselves.
Bengali
places
like
bong
adda
should
learn
a
thing
or
two
from
non
Bengali
places
on
how
to
run
a
restaurant.
They
have
so
well
behaved,
warm
and
cordial
staff
and
you
feel
like
going
there
again
and
again.
But
I
wouldn’t
want
to
go
to
a
place
where
staff
behaviour
and
manners
is
not
good.
Good
Behaviour,
warmth
is
the
first
thing
a
customer
would
want
in
hospitality
business
and
bong
adda
fails
miserably.
Secondly,
ordered
biriyani
and
the
egg
given
had
part
of
the
shell
still
attached
on
the
body
which
was
again
a
huge
disappointment.
Would
never
visit
this
place
again
and
would
advise
all
bengali
food
lovers
out
there
to
give
this
place
a
miss.
