It's superb. Exotic cuisines with excellent service.

We visited for dinner on 2nd July 2022. It was terrible experience in terms of hospitality and service by the staff. We reached around 9pm. They had a la carte and buffet dinner option. Buffet was for 899+ taxes wherein there serve only 1 veg and 1 non-veg item as part of starter. Spread is very less. Hence we decided to go ahead with a la carte menu. We ordered butter chicken and butter roti for kids. We ordered Penne Alfredo Chicken Pasta. Firstly it took a lot of time for order to come. No staff is attending tables. They are just running here and there. When the pasta came, it didn't have chicken in it. When we asked the staff to showcase chicken there, they took the dish back. We had also ordered Saoji chicken and butter garlic naan. It took again some time to arrive. They served pasta after serving chicken. They said smiling ab kha lo. While chicken Saoji tested something like village side chicken, it didn't have authentic taste. They don't know how the customer service should be. I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I visited bougainvillea today must visit restaurant in Navi Mumbai. Nice ambience and welcoming staffs. This restaurant is inside Centre point hotel in Turbhe.Hence, it is open for those staying in Centre point as well as for outsiders.We did booking for dinner via Dineout app to enjoy the discount.They have buffet as well as ala carte.Buffet charge was approx 700 for per person.Food was amazing.Please do try roasted chicken and Thai curry. Ambience is beautiful.No delays in service.

We had visited bougainvillea 2 weeks ago Saturday evening and had zomato pro with us which entities 25 % discount on entire bill. When I ordered I had informed them. 1st the service was terrible. Only 1 person was attending and that too the drinks had not arrived since 20 minutes after ordering nor the starters nor the soda. I had to complain multiple times and lastly when the bill arrived our friends paid not knowing that we were going to get discount. The manager mr veleete promised me that within 3 days the amount will be credited to my account and its been over 10 days we paid double . Our friends paid through credit card and then we paid cash. Now after giving them multiple calls Mr veleete is not picking up my calls nor the money is credited to my account. Extremely unhappy with the service and the kind of humiliation our friends had to go through inspite of me being their regular customers. Very unpleasant behavior and terrible experience

Large place, modern setting on easy flow movement. Staff a little inexperienced but courteous. Food needs a lot of attention, considering the target clientele. Scope of improvement in all sections.

Selected this restaurant only by seeing google reviews. Actually it is a restaurant in a hotel in Thane Belapur industrial Area but on the highway. We went on a saturday afternoon at around 3pm so it was all ours. Service was good. Non veg food was good. Kids friendly restaurant. Enough parking available. Washrooms are available and very good.

I stayed in this hotel for two or three days food was good not bad , service too good and the staff there is very good and very knowledgable, there is a boy named uday i m from Germany so I was very impressed to hear that he can speak German too. Must recommend
