Lets start by the location and ambience. Location is good, nearby vashi railways station and ambience of the restaurant is serence. The place was clean, hygienic and the staff too were following all the pandemic protocols. The menu is vast and as your taste preference can choose the options. They have bar for people who prefer alcohol and good options for vegetarians too. The dishes we orders were: Srilankan fish as starter, mild but absolutely delicious. The fresh lime with soda ( salty/ sweet) were refreshing. Main course was prawns gassi, sukkha mutton with neer dosa which too was good, just too mild for my taste. They don't serve boiled brown rice but has the white rice as option. The dessert too was great, just vanilla essence was a bit much. Overall rating would be 8/10. It is expensive might make a hole in your pocket.

Finally i happen to take my family out to relish authentic kerala style fish preparation. The experience has been very satisfying and their vashi branch is at par with the main branch and keeping up with their reputation for quality and taste. Its a great place for fish and sea food lovers. Their signature dishes are awesome and we all had a great time. We will visit again. The staff here are very hospitable and prices are very reasonable with respect to their ambience and quantity being served. Hope they continue with their good service and i recommend all food connoisseurs to try this place once for a good experience. Will visit again

Mahesh lunch home it little bit expensive as per the location wise Vashi but if you come to the taste the dessert and the starters was the best taste but the main course is not so taste. I would appreciate the all staff it's quite so friendly and the chef come to meet you and ask about the taste and it's good to know that we can share our review directly to provider. The staff is maintaining hygiene and so much of cleanliness. The best part is the place is near from station by walking👣 will be 5to 7min. 😄

The starters were very tasty, and the main course too. Unlike in many places, they don't indirectly guide you to order excess items. Advice on food types to choose is good. No pushing of any dish in agenda.

A lot of seafood options. We got the pomfret fry , sol kadi , prawns curry rice and my favorite appam with coconut milk. Love the combination and enjoyed the different seafood options they provide. Highly recommend this place if you want good seafood options in Navi Mumbai.

We had specially visited this place today based on our last experience, but is was quite disappointing for us. We wanted to have thalis but it wasn't available, no Wade. It's like you crave for something and get nothing even after knowing that the restaurant has it on the menu. Service is very slow, had to wait for pretty long time to get out food 😕 In short want to say Mahesh lunch home has lost its authenticity

Visited their Vashi branch. Service was impeccable and on point. The Staff were extremely kind and helpful with their recommendations. The crab was juicy and perfectly spiced. Bombil fry batter was crisp and light. Would definitely be eating here the next time I'm in the area.

We have been a frequent visitor to the Thane outlet but this time we tried the Vashi outlet, this outlet has amazing ambience, the staff was courteous and comfortable seating . We tried thier prawns fry which was ultimate. Then my forever favourite Appam and Mangalorean fish curry, loved it.

We went specially for seafood but like previous experience this time also no fish was in stock( surmai, Bombil) they like previous experience first they said they don't have in stock. But after sometime the capten come to our table and he said I have managed will amke best for you. We were surprised and they served Bombil with green masala.. It was too much green masala fried Bombil was added into that maslaa... I don't like that that was overpriced 385rs😳. Stuffed Bombil was tasty than this dish. 2nd we tried sauguti chicken but again too much masalas in greavy. 3rd we order chicken biryani and biryani was good. Roti, neer dosa was soft. In dessert we tried all time fav. Caramel custurd and it was yummmmmmmm 😋😋 Service was not good as they are just attending and come to the table to take order at 1st time .then they started ignore. As I asked for tissues they didn't return to the table they forget to keep tissues on the table.

Taste is good but overpriced I felt.. 7-8 pieces of prawns cost 625rs plus taxes in starters .. Have many Seafood varieties like Prawns, Ravas, Surmai, Pomfret etc ..One can visit if you like Seafood....Even tried Manglorean chicken Ghasi, Appam, Neer dosa..Kulcha. I Liked appam and Neer dosa and ordered again as it was soft and tasty with Chicken gravy. Fresh lime soda is good..bit Overpriced means Rs 95 as it can worth 50-60rs only. Ambience is nice for family visit as well. Parking facilities is there around this Hotel. Walking distance from Vashi Railway Station, Navi Mumbai. Will visit again to try other items but Hotel should work on pricing as really it very overpriced...

Major issue with the manager, He is rude. Doesn't know how to talk to and behave with customers. On being questioned says my voice is like that only. Behaves as if he is doing charity to customers. Very much disappointing!!! Customers visit restaurant for hospitality and food, not to experience this weird behavior. So people would consider and think twice before visiting this restaurant.

Mahesh lunch home located in Vashi, Platinum technopark, sector 30 serves authentic seafood alongwith other varieties of cuisine. Their ambience is very classy with pretty decor throughout right from the entrance! We had seafood combination soup which was perfect for the weather with crab meat, prawns in it. For starters, We tried their prawns koliwada - the prawns was so fresh and soft with crisp coating of the batter, served with mint chutney and thecha!! It was perfect! Murg gulati kebab - it consisted of chicken kebab stuffed with cheese and minced chicken. It was well marinated in spices and tasted good. For mains, Their chicken curry and authentic bombil ch kalwan with steam rice was the ideal combination!! And the star dish was their tender coconut paysam.. it had coconut slices with dry fruits! I highly recommend you guys to try it out! You will end up craving for more!! Overall it is definitely a must visit place guys!

Excellent restaurant serving good variety of non veg food, especially fish, lobster, crab, etc. They will even show the fish or lobster before cooking… ambience is good, but can be little more illuminated. Service is good. Overall little on expensive side, but worth the money.

The fish was cooked to perfection & had a right blend of masalas, while the Chicken remained true to its name & had a classic South Indian flavour to it 😍 In mains we tried the Chicken Handi which was spicy & is best suited for people who love spicy curries. My personal favourite was the Prawns Mysore curry which was just amazing & tasted yummy because of the coconut milk base. It was Creamy & delicious & tasted heavenly with the rice served 😍 We had the curries teamed up with Neer dosa, Appam & Steamed rice 🤤 Last but not the least was the Malai kulfi in the desert ✨

Mahesh Lunch home is famous for its seafood. And they do provide good food and fresh seafood. We had Bombil fry and Chicken crispy for starters. Both were very very tasty. I would definitely recommend to have their bombil fry. In main course we had Surmai fry and surmai curry with appam which was delicious.

After one year we visited, the quality of food was not at all like before. It's like normal any other restaurant. Disappointed because they have stopped buffet.

I've being here for a party, so it was a buffet. Starters were great both veg and non veg. Main course was also good, specially neer dosa. Don't know about price but food was great.

First experience at Mahesh Lunch Home Vashi was horrible. Went with family for a dinner and ordered special crab masala. The crab was not fresh and curry was stinking. It was not at all edible. When we complained about it to the manager, he said that , the taste of crab curry is like that only. I am a hardcore non vegetarian and know very well the taste of crab. We left the hotel without eating after paying about 1500/- for nothing...

Great place to have sea food, perfect place for family and friends, best part is staff is really very helpful to make us understand about their best dishes also those who want booze with food for them special bar section is also available and trust me they are having really a great ambiance.
