I don't like the food serving service.

Worst food delivery in my life. My family was very hungry and I order a chicken tikka masala and food Delivery boy came after 2hr later and when I saw my pracel of food so I was shocked that how can they deliver roti without packing.I don't know about restaurant behaviour but never order food from this restaurant coz of our kids and family waiting for the food n it came like 2hrs late and Unpacked food will affect children's health. Hope so you take a look at the above mentioned things.

Worst food delivery... They agreed to deliver and then after denied and asked me to collect from restaurant... Also they don't accept card or digital wallet like PaytM ... only accepts cash...

Ekdam faltu restaurant. Please don't go...the experience was not good...please don't go. Waste of money 😤👎👎👎👎👎

One of the worst food delivery services in the world. First they tell that we know your address. Then the delivery boy contacts almost 10 times telling i m not getting address even if the location i m living is famous. I suggest never order from this nasty hotel.

As it was late during night time with family and with no other other option left i thought of giving it a try with Hotel Shalimar at New panvel. And such Worst hotel experience in my life. Very unhygienic environment and kitchen no cleanliness at all. Their people are using same cloth for wiping the washed plates spoons n glass which is used for cleaning the table after people finish their food and many such other experience in that 1 hr spend there. Its a request to the hotel please don't do this you are in to food business and hygiene is the fist thing that should be kept in mind.
