Ordered rasam idli, but it was the worst rasam i have ever tasted in my life. It felt like all sorts of masala are mixed in water. When i enquired why rasam is tasting different, the guy at billing counter explained that since we have majority of jain customers here, hence we prepare food accordingly. That's why the taste is different. It was non convincing to me, rest they know better what they are doing. Had to go for munching afterwards to get the taste off my taste buds.

I hardly come online for reviewing any outlet in one case if it's beyond my expectations and another when the food is not good so today i ordered from swiggy 2 steam idli and 2 medu wada the wada was burnt and idli was stale talking about chutney it's completely different from what you have there and what you get delivered never ever opt for online ordering for this outlet

Horrible food. Thinking it to be a south indian food specialist, ordered idli, onion medu wada and sambar rice on swiggy. Firstly for such a simple order, there was an unexplainable delay in food preparation. So the delivery was after a good one hour and the food was cold by the time it reached. Although just when I thought this could be ignored, I was shocked to see the food quality extremely bad. The Sambar rice was simply packed as steamed rice and the so called watery sambar with no dal or vegetables was separately packed in a foil packet. This is charged at 170 RS. That's not how sambar rice is supposed to be. The idli tasted sour, there was also a dead ant in the idli. The all medu wada was oily and since it was cold it was soggy as well. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed with the food from this place. Never ever to order from here.

The name is now changed to Balaji Idli Express. Small eartey. Dull feeling. I ordered Madras Idly. It was different but not impressive considering the cost. Okayish.

I ordered their Veg kurma with Neer dosa and it was so tasty & fresh. Felt very homemade without any oil. Very very refreshing!
