The low rating is mainly for the disrespect at the beginning of the brunch. Went for New Year's Day brunch with a prior reservation. While waiting to be seated, the concierge/manager very rudely told us "it's a blackout day, no discounts". It was extremely rude and we felt judged, like why the heck would anyone come there if they can't afford your prices. I doubt he informed the same to 'high class patrons'. The person at the egg counter was rude too when asked about if they're serving 'Eggs Benedict'. Throughout the meal, no-one was around to see if the service was smooth and/or everything tasted good. The servers were untrained and confused. The dessert selection albeit huge, was sickly sweet. They served us visibly burnt waffles, which we had to return. Overall, the service has gone down exceptionally, not worth the price anymore. UPDATE: Got a call from the manager, who was very apologetic and hopefully the hospitality is better the next time around, because the food was actually good.

Had buffet lunch at the JW Cafe. The spread was amazing. Right from the starters to the main course, fron the sushi to the hummus, from the waffles to the ice cream.... it covered anything and everything one would want. Besides that the hospitality was amazing. Had a great time there. Highly recommend. 5/5

Still the best Sunday brunch in Mumbai! Had last been here pre COVID and was apprehensive about how the quality might have dropped post the pandemic. But quality of food is still absolutely top notch. As is the spread - one needs a map to navigate the buffet! Service standards are impeccable, and the open bar is pretty phenomenal, with a range of infusions on offer. Having a small play area set aside for the kids definitely makes enjoying the buffet a whole lot easier!

Jw cafe is located near Mumbai international airport. Went there for a dinner buffet expecting it treat myself with some good relaxing dinner. They have nice spread of buffet with good variety and quality food. Loved the paya soup 🍲. Although very less options when it comes to starter but a wide main course and dessert variety could be seen. Although couldn't try all as there was too many. The only disappointment was the service. Considering it as a 5 star hotel the service was okish. I think the management should realise that as a customer we are not just paying you for the food. There many options out there if we wanted to have same food minus the service. We were attend by someone who didn't even bother to explain the buffet which I guess is a general courtesy even in the cheapest buffet you could find in the city. Also I think they were understaffed on a Sunday dinner buffet. Every single time we had to find a service assistant for atleast 10 15 min. I think that's a shame being a 5 star rated hotel. Note: won't be visiting there as they serve pork and I am a non pork eater so wasn't much comfortable eating there.

Very buzzy cafe that provides a great breakfast buffet and I believe there is a dinner buffet too. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of food that lets you explore the food diversity of India. The fruit in itself is just fabulous and worth the price of the buffet. Top this with great service and life is good! The do need to up the coffee game though. Coffee was just not good at any level, which is a shame because it would definitely elevate the experience here!

The dinner buffet is really nice..One might feel it's a bit over priced considering they have limited starters but they do make up with their salads.. There was this Fig and Grape coated with cheese salad which was something I absolutely loved. The quality of every single item on the menu is supreme.. The food is well cooked and will satisfy the taste buds for sure.. What do I even say about the dessert options.. Their desserts are super awesome and included various types of cakes, tarts as well as Indian sweets like Akhrot Halwa which was very tasty.. and if you are going during this holiday time then do not miss trying their Christmas cake.. I am always staying in this JW Marriott whenever I'm here for work. I enjoyed the room stay and hospitality whenever I'm here. The spread of the breakfast buffet is always nice and good but unfortunately the waffle failed in presentation today. I asked for waffle with topping at the side but look how it was presented to the table. My colleague gotten the same waffle issue. Giving 3 stars strictly just for the waffle / waffle station. Pls compare and take ref to how the waffle is prepared in your sister site - JW Marriott Pune.

Good food I liked the taste and ambience of the place...

The buffet was good here. There was lot of variety also in food,desserts. There were 3 soups 2 starters, many variety of salads,cheese. There was sushi,thai curry,honey potatoes. There was also variety in chats. In main course there was many variety. There were many varieties in desserts also. But my issue was when i visited this place before the staff there told us that the foccacia bread there was eggless but then when i visited on sat the manager told us that they use eggwash on it. And same thing goes with waffles. It being a 5 star hotel i cant expect this kind of service from it. I hope they look after this matter and train their staff for the same.

A wonderful place, great food options and a very extensive range. Staff is excellent and very well trained on how to make the guests feel SUPER. Visited here with the family, had food options ranging from the youngest in the family to the eldest, such is the variety they provide. Indian breads are fantastic and are served hot, They also helped in getting Bhakri made for my Father. The salads and the desserts section are also a handful, one is spoiled for choices here. The curries and the vegetables are also very well prepared and with a lot of options The breakfast menu is also very extensive..one can find his stomach full only on the breakfast.:P A few very special thanks to the people who were always helpful.. Sujeet - The restaurant manager who helped with all the varied food requests. Attended a business lunch with a group of nine from work. The bright ambience and pleasant white and glass decor is very conducive to good professional discussions. Talking about professional, the service was just that. Extremely professional! Very attentive staff, ensured excellent service without being conspicuous or interruption in the discussion at the table. They were very courteous and helpful when approached. The food spread was quite impressive and prepared with a global clientele in mind. The different cuisines with counters spread apart ensure no crowding despite there being a good number of guests seated. Had a good experience and happy to recommend this place.

The breakfast was simply amazing. The seating was nicely spaced with good ambiance. The food choices ranged from Gujarati dishes, Parantha station, south indian station, Noodle station, continental station, omelette station to fresh fruits, cheeses, cereals, fresh juices, tea/coffee, and baked goods.

I was taken a back with the service, they made me feel very special, as I had gone there with my wife for dinner to celebrate our marriage anniversary, little did I expected a gift. They gifted us an awesome cake as our anniversary gift. I was very touched with this gesture. Needles to say the food was awesome and service impeccable.

We had been to JW CAFE during INDIA PAK MATCH. We ordered Nasi Goreng. We were eagerly waiting for the order to arrive, so that we can enjoy the cuisine along with the match. Sorry to say...order arrived after 30 minutes. To add to the agony, what we received was a tomato rice. Rice just tossed in some tangy sauce. ALAS like Nasi Goreng even India lost the match. Saddened by the experience..

Just visited yesterday evening for the diwali buffet with my family of 7. The ambience did not have a diwali vibe and was pretty drab considering it was diwali! The food which we have loved in the past specially the sushi and the indian and continental was just not upto the mark!!everything was just plain bland and tasteless much like the decor This was my 5th visit to the place and bearing once during covid each time the food was great and no complaints. This time the food was just not upto the mark and honestly even after giving a feed back to the server for the same nothing was done about it ..all he said was that will convey the same to the manager but no one came to meet or acknowledge..honestly after paying 18k this was not expected specially during my 5th visit which in itself shows the confidence i had in the food and service..this visit was surely my last and i really hope they improve the food as i genuinely liked the food earlier.
