At Best Location With Well Trained Staff’s 🫡❤️

The staff is efficient and quite friendly. Asked if we are comfortable after we ordered. A sweet gesture, loved it.

Staff's are good, When I went only one counter was open but the boy attend well. Really happy with ambiance and seating arrangement Only one thing disappointed me is the airconditioner it was not cool enough 😞 Over all it was good 4* from my side

Very well maintained outlet. The servers are well behaved and the service quick. The outlet has entrance from both the mall as well as the road towards station. In the evenings one can seat and enjoy the meal outside of the outlet, there's lots of open space available and enough dustbins to throw the rubbish.

Great place, closes down soon. But what else can I say. It is situated at a very good spot right outside Vashi railway station.

Probably one of the worst McDonald's experiences. Ordered 1 McChicken, 1 Mcspicy chicken and 1 Chicken Maharaja Mac and fries to go along. Besides the buns and patties, there were hardly any fillings in Mcspicy and McChicken. The Maharaja Mac was just stuffed with lettuce and mayo. The patties were hardly warm which was very unimpressive. To make things worse, the fries gave out a foul smell similar to old and used cooking oil. The service was prompt and quick, considering there wasn't much effort to be put in behind the disappointing quality of food.

1. Took around 20 mins to take an order for offer through BMS. 2. Cold food served , Fries were soggy and remaining served. 3. Soft drink served in plastic glass. 4. No cooling at all. 5. Too costly compared to BK. Only positive is meal served on table.

Mac Donald's reminds of school days, the new trend meetings way back in 90's when newly opened in India.. Till now it's special.. As beautiful meals, a lovely catch up

MC Donald's is something that doesn't need a review, its thats old and everyones favorite. However this particular outlet in Raghuleela mall Vashi, Navi Mumbai ground floor is so bad. I ordered multiple items from menue including my all time favorite big spicy chicken wrap it was so horribly made, no sauce nothing and only lettuce was added that too was literally so watery it felt like they just wated under the tap, the staff was so rude and clueless, Anthony the staff said that this is how its made, there is no salt added and the sauce is also not visible and its mixed with lettuce. LoL

McDonald's in Raghuleela offers good service, which is superior to that of the InOrbit mall location. Coffee orders have always been a problem for me because neither branch ever serves it hot.

Not many tables to sit in during rush hour.. food is excellent as always.

Nice outlet, ordering was great the executive helped with order. They were helpful and the order was received in less time so kudos to the team. Team is polite and kind. Cool place to have your burgers plus quality time.

Amazing services at your outlet there was 2 girls anshu and satara they both are very polite they made my day at raghulila actully i was very sad due to some personal issues but there services my change my mood i would like to tell you please give some amazing archievment because this kind of girl can make mcd super se bohot upar thanks 😊 keep it up

Not so busy place. Ample sitting space and service is quick too. Unlike some of the other outlets, they serve quality food. Atleast, the stuffing is enough and use of veggies and sauces is good. Also, everything on menu is available!

I order Delicious aloo tikki the taste is same no change.The staff is polite. Hygiene is maintain..Must carry 2 dose certificate than only they will allow you inside.

The place is quite good for morning breakfast.. the place with positive vibes.. mostly they have arranged the good seating arrangements.. The food quality is great.. They serve fresh items.. They customise as we want.. I love americano chicken cheese burger.. And cappuccino coffee.. I enjoyed every time i go there...

Ambience and everything is good. I personally hate their system to manage orders. So what they do is, they hand you a plastic triangle thing with a sequence number on it to you and then they serve you on your table. Now the problem is they work only that sequence, like if someone has ordered a pile of meals or anything that's more in quantity, they will not process your small order like a single burger. It's not the first time I've seen this at Raghuleela branch.

The taste of food is average. If you found an alternative then avoid.

The service is swift, the staff is energetic. But one thing I've always experienced is that the fries and few other options are cold when served, which spoils the entire eating experience. The location is super accessible and the ambiance is decent.
