Amazing ambience and amazing food. The ambience and interior are typical persian style with lanterns and lamps. Even the bathroom fittings are unique and antique. Sitting arrangements is also good to accommodate friends, office colleagues and they also have private area for families who wants to sit separately. The starters here are tasty and good, I tried Morroccon kebab and i assure you it is worth trying in the starter section. In main course I ordered Lamb Raan kepsa which was well made and the Raan was well cooked and marinated. In the desserr they have alot of option like custard, halwa and ice creams but i ordered Kunafa which was not that good but it still is worth trying. All and all a good experience and i would recommend families to come and experience this rich persian ambience with tasty food..

Not the first time we've been to Persian Darbar which is known to be the king of raan biryanis. However, their branch in BKC isn't just about it. It's about some wonderful refreshments, brilliant starters, phenomenal food and more over a mind blowing ambience. Probably, the best out of the lot. They have a private dining room as well which is absolutely stunning. Here's a detailed review regarding our visit:- We began our meal with different mocktails. Alaska Mocktail with a pinch of blue berry making it a frozen blue drink. Finish it before it melts😋 Coconut Colada (Recommended) A mixture of lime juice, coconut cream with pineapple on the exteriors. A good drink. Kiwi Pirozka A sparkling Kiwi mocktail with lime and fruity flavours. It was okay. All the mocktails were absolutely fruity, quite refreshing, and super light. Coming to the starters, we had some indulging appetizers and here are the ones we tried:- Murgh Lebnani Tikka (Recommended) The best out of the lot. Cubes of chicken marinated in lebnani sauce and cooked well. Absolutely mouth watering!! Mutton Luckhnowee Seekh Kabab (Recommended) Mutton mince mixed with spices to form these delicious seekh kababs. Again something that we thoroughly enjoyed. Crispy Chicken The ever favorite appetizer tossed in veggies with sauce and tastes crispier. Prawns Teriyaki Teriyaki prawns served in creamy garlic sauce. Reminiscing the malai chicken dish, it was a good try by the Chef, literally enjoyed it. Mutton Raan Biryani Chunks of roasted mutton with the choiciest of Indian spices mixed in, to form raan biryani. Quite a feast and can serve 4 people. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Persian Darbar and just couldn't have asked for more. It's the perfect place to go for a family dinner or even dates due to their splendid interiors. They have private dining rooms with a buzzer to call a staff member whenever required, thus making it perfect for corporate meetings as well. However, it's the food that always matters and it was just excellent. Plan to visit soon!

One of the best hotel in Kurla. The food is great, the ambience is also great. Also, the staff is friendly and cooperative. The hotel is well maintained and cleanliness looks like a important thing to them. On weekends, their are already so many booked tables, you need to wait outside for approximately 45-50 min, then also I’ve given Persian 5 stars because it was worth waiting. Murg Malai Tikka, Turkish Gosht are great and do NOT ever try Chicken Kashmiri. Also, you can try Kebsa Rice. Overall, I would definitely recommend you Persian Darbar.

Amazing food, very well built restaurant architecture. The location is in a good place, there's valet parking available. It's a very popular restaurant. We ordered a lot of food, starters crispy, kebabs all superb. Amazing taste even the mushroom gravy was delish. The seating is very good, private sort which is nice to enjoy your personal time with friends or family. The arts on walls in Arabic are very rich in looks. Felt the food was slightly expensive but worth it. We ended with a kulfi and an egg pudding which was very yummy. I visited bandra Persian darbar a few years back, and there had chicken kepsa which was very tasty too. Still memorable. Overall enjoyed, the workers are good, respectable & they serve you food without asking. Would recommend going :).

Food was good. Highly recommend for non veg lovers. Not recommended for pure vegetarians. I found piece of egg in my veg fried rice. But service is prompt and quick. We ordered endless dishes probably hard to mention all of them😂 Veg burnt garlic rice : 7/10 Etc. Overall everything tasted really good. Good sitting space for huge groups too. We were more than 7 people at a peak period of weekend still got served pretty well.

I visited Persian Darbar Kurla outlet along with my family with very high expectations for very simple dishes. Ambiance was good and we liked the interior and decor. Our expectations went further high. But the experience was drastically different. First of all the waiting time after placing order was unusually high. The restaurant was not that crowded to have such a long waiting time. Our appetizer arrived after 30 mins of wait which was very average tasting. I have had better tasting chicken nuggets at home than chicken Lebanon Tikka that I had here. Butter chicken was good. Naan was soft and fresh. No complaints. We were asked by the waiter if we would like to have any rice preparations. We were bit hesitant but decided to go for chicken biryani. After 5 mins we were told that they don't have any biryani. Just jeera rice and dal was available. We decided not to opt for that and went ahed with ordering desserts. Another waiter told us mutton biryani is available. The staff themselves were not sure what dishes they have and could be served to their guests. Since we already had made our mind for desserts we said no. My dad asked for Persian Darbar special falooda. The waiter asked if we want it with milk. I am aware that there are some variants available now a days such as Kulfi falooda which do not have milk or rabdi but he should have told the contents of their so called special falooda in first place. My dad asked him to get it as it is usually prepared by them under the name Persian Darbar special falooda. As far as I am aware the milk used for falooda is thick and little bit condensed than normal milk but we were served with rose syrup, ice cream, vermicelli etc which were mixed with milk. Even roadside falooda tasted better than what was offered here. What a disappointment 😞. Since falooda was ordered first and we did not like it. We decided to try something else and ordered mawa firni and fruit salad with ice cream. Firni was served quickly and it was up to the mark. Nothing great but no complaints either. Fruit salad took another 15 - 20 minutes to get on the table. It looked yummy but it was another disappointment as soon as I tasted it. Firstly it just had diced apple and papaya which was sort of unriped for the sake of fruits. I couldn't see or taste any other fruits whatsoever. The diced apple and papaya were covered with some sort of custard but it was warm or at room temperature and with no particular taste or flavor which took away all the deliciousness from the dish. Only cold thing in the dish was one scoop of mango ice cream. I tried to mix it with the two fruits but it wasn't enough. I unwillingly finished the bowl of dice cut apple and papaya as I don't like to waste food and I didn't have time to argue with the waiter or manager or cook to get my dish replaced. I asked them to get us a bill which was obviously too high for the quality of food that we were served, paid the same and left. All in all it was watse of time and money. I would not recommend.

This is one of the best Mughlai Restaurants in Mumbai, The food is just amazing and perfectly cooked, be it starters, main course or dessert. One must try mutton biriyani It's really yum, you will definitely fall in love. Service is also next level, very professional, polite and fast. Interior design is again next level, very well done, seating arrangement is also good . A must try restaurant for all non veg lovers. It's a bit expensive but you won't regret it after seeing the interior, service and food. Cheers 😊

Only problem with this restaurant is the location, to come here from anywhere is a bit difficult task due to on going metro construction outside it, there is full traffic congestion. If we talk about the ambience, it's lavish and awesome. The look and feel of this restaurant is just great and rich. They have maintained it very well. Service, is also amazing. And most importantly, food is also great great. We had ename thal and it was superb. All items in thal was delicious. The way they have presented the thal is impressive.along with thal we tried Chicken garlic sauce and it was best. Overall experience was amazing. Food was just great.

We had a great experience visiting this place, its very well decorated and had good seating arrangement. We ordered Golden Platter for 7 of us and it was sufficient enough. The quantity and no of items they gave in that platter was very well managed and taste was fantastic. They dont give corporate discounts for dinner.

Food - 5/5 Service - 4/5 Ambience - 5/5 Space - 4/5 - Restro is located at central place location-wise at Kurla(W) with ample valet parking and waiting area. Interior is very similar to other branches at Byculla & Andheri - Round tables are available for larger group. - There is no dastarkhan concept here though they have a separate room if you need more privacy (extra charges) - Waiting time can be more than 1 hour on weekends or occasion - Food is little expensive but worth the taste and wait - Staffs are courteous but there is a scope of improvement in the overall service

This is their best branch/outlet in Mumbai in terms of food preparation, quality, service, ambiance, and hospitality. We tried their latest release, the special that is for 6 people or 8 depending on the average to the heavy eater. It's a combination of raan rice, arbi rice, 2 mutton starters, 3 chicken starters, and a chicken afghani curry with butter tandoori roti. I recommend that you send someone to sit in line ahead on weekends and public holidays as they do not accept restrictions over the phone. Acreage wait time is from 45 mins to over an hour. Recommended : Special Thaal Crispy Chicken Thoork ki Boti Raan Fried rice Pudding Caramel Custard

Wonderful restaurant to have Biryani. If you eat non-veg, I've heard this place is heaven. Veg food - Being vegetarian, I have tried their Persian special dum biryani which has a flavourful taste. Amongst veg options, they have started a lot of options in the main course which wasn't there before. Must try their deserts like Kunafa etc. Ambience - The interiors are superb and you get a nice dining experience. Parking - It is located on one of the busiest roads of Mumbai however they have parking available at the basement (chargeable).

I loved the biryani, but the masala was too much, In biryani the masala should not be too much that you leave the rice on side , it should be perfectly balanced I would say.

It’s a great experience. ✨✨ The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing soft drinks options, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. The service I received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. The food is absolutely amazing. Everything I tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal I had in a while. The prices were bit high I would say. But still highly recommend.

Persian Darbar, situated at kurla west … This this been running since ages and personally my favourite Mughlai restaurant. The Ambiance is very good with authentic couch seating. The seating is quite comfortable. Service is one of the main factor you should be visiting Atleast once. The staff is too polite. And again coming on the taste they have verities of dishes and being a mughlai restaurant the Kabsa chicken rice is one of the best dishes of Persian. Biryani and starters are also good overall I like all the dishes from here. The price range is too high but the taste is worth the money. Must must visit for the mughlai food fans.

We have been to most of their outlets and it's quite overhyped, overrated, overpriced restuarant. •You could just see a decent ambience. So far the kurla branch had a clean restroom comparatively to the rest of their outlet. •Unprofessional/ untrained staff in terms of serving the meal. •Poorly maintained hygiene. •Avoid weekends unless anyone would like to wait for 1.30- 2.00 hrs. Because there are no reservations taken those days it's "first come first serve" policy no matter wherever you are travelling from. Moving towards the food, We ordered Enam Shahi Thaalwhich didn't look appealing through their presentation, tasted average and one of the item in green (Malaysian chicken something) was probably gone bad but as usual Persian Darbar being least considerate about it. Would I like to recommend or visit again? NO.

The place is spacious and can accomodate large crowd. We had lunch (group of 10). The staff is polite and food is served in good portions. They serve both veg and non veg menus. We had nonveg and the taste was awesome. We loved chicken kabsa biryani. The ambience is good and place is hygienic. Sitting arrangement is good and can accomdate large crowd. Good place to visit with friends and family.

Opulent Ambience is what defines the brand Persian Darbar! We visited their Kurla west branch to have some starters in the evening. The best part about their ambience are the rotating round tables which are very comfortable for a large group or a family to have a wonderful dining experience together as you can keep all your food on the rotating circle in the middle and smoothly pass it on to another person. The restaurant is clean and is high on hygiene aspect. Toilets are compact with elegant Persian interiors and quite clean. We ordered this Chicken Afghani Tikka (pic below) and it was baked & marinated to ultimate perfection. It was combined with perfect spices, green chutney and some onions. Special Tip : If you have enough time at hand, always choose to visit their main branch at Byculla as they have perfect pricing for their dishes. Here it gets very expensive. This Chicken Afghani Tikka was for 500/- with taxes.

Ordered biryani via Zomato and got the plain rice with mutton. There was not at all masala in the biryani which makes the taste of actual biryani. When I called the restaurant on +919167497707 the attendee was not at all good, sent the same image on whatsapp as well but no proper response on that as well. After some point that person has started shouting on me as well, I have the bit of recording which May can use for register a complaint. I would suggest never order from this hotel where they don't have courtesy to resolve a customer's query.
