Located near teen taki. Small but well maintained outlet. Ambience is cool. Staff is friendly and quick in service. Variety of pizza's available. Parking space is there. We had :- Chicken pizza - it was delicious. Bread was soft. Toppings were yummy. You can pay by cash/card/transfer.

I had ordered Cheese burst pizza. taste was good but not worth 5 stars. Ambience was too dirty and unhygienic.

Second pathetic Domino's I've ever been to. But the other one at least had some good space! This place is claustrophobic, there are sticker stains and other stains on the wall, the walls have not been repainted for a good while, ceiling is not pretty and I don't know about a usual day, but when I went at about 11pm, it wasn't tidy. Broken plastic bag pieces, cardboard pieces, dust was there on the floor. Chilly Flakes and Oregano was there on the table and on the floor. Now we talk about food. The worst Domino's experience alongside Palava Domino's. The pizza topping were almost roasted. No juicy slices. The pizza base felt like Tandoor naan (despite ordering pan based) cheese was almost reduced by heat. And the pizza felt like toast. Same story with Garlic bread, but worse. We had ordered a Chicken filled Garlic breads, you see for yourself, the Garlic bread is in Concave shape! I don't know what fill did they put in there, because it tasted like — nothing. Thanks to the old gods and the new, I had Cheesy dip to shove this thing in.

Regular Domino's with same awesome food. Staff here is quite good and very responsive. Location is also good and parking space in front is also good. Overall nice place to visit.

The worst Dominos store in the world. There is no personal hate for them but Koperkhairne Dominos staff doesn’t know how to make Pizzas and how to handle a store. Honestly i’d recommend order something else rather than ordering from this particular store. Please learn from Dominos (Vashi store) how to make pizzas instead of just making bread and pizza sauce .

Now a days there is no quantity over quality nor quality over quantity. I've visited here alot of times but there the service is very slow even the pizza is not worth it because it feels like we are eating only base . The side crust is becoming thick which results in small amount of toppings in the centre.

The place is very disappointing, the staff is also not well trained. The manager does not even pick the calls. Domino's has very reputed staff and chefs always but the koparkhairane outlet is very contradictory to it. The taste of the pizza is bad, I've tried their pizzas 5 times topping are always burnt somehow. The manager doesn't pay attention towards the complains. Overall a very horrible experience

Dominos had made its name because it offers pizzas starting from affordable range and good taste. As I Didn’t want to pay for delivery charges I thought why not walk in & have a dine in. This was the nearest to my house and I was excited to have super cheesy pizzas however I realised the place was small to comfortably sit n have pizza. Otherwise I guess Dominos already has good name so there business is already running good with pizza delivery orders.

I recently dined at Domino's Pizza in Koparkhairane, and I must say it was one of the worst Domino's experiences I've ever had. Despite being a regular customer of Domino's, this particular branch left me highly dissatisfied. Firstly, there was a significant wait time of more than 15 minutes for the pizza, even though I received a delivery message well before it was served on my table. When I finally took a bite, I immediately noticed something was amiss. The pan-based pizza was overly dry, with minimal cheese and sauce. The overall taste was peculiar and far from fresh. To make matters worse, the service at the counter was argumentative when I asked for chili and oregano sachets. I had to get up from my table twice to retrieve them. The ambiance and interior were disappointing, with dull lighting and irritating flickering lights. Dust and untidy, stained tables only added to the unhygienic atmosphere. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this Domino's branch to anyone. I strongly urge Domino's management to address these issues or consider closing down this location if it continues to provide such a poor experience for customers.

Yesterday I visited this place. The place was very congested. There were only 4-5 table was there and all are filled with people. I have to wait for 15-20 for sitting. Then I ordered some pizza and then asked for coke. And they said no coke can only be served by glass only.No bottle or cane is not available.but it was a lie I have seen later there will be lots of Pepsi bottle stored there. Another thing in the time of order I asked for combo meals they said its our old menu there will be no combo meals available here. The behaviour of the staff was very very unprofessional and and there is little place to sit. I'm very disappointed since I have not experinced this type of behaviour from any Domino's outlet before.That's why I don't recommend anyone for this place.

Bakwas pizza i have been there customer from last 9 years but today i order the 5 pizza a garlic bread and jalepeno dip but they have not given me the dip even though i have asked them several time they have given or not each time they said yes sir we have given all the stuff when i reached home and checked it was not present not even given me the bill in my carry bag my order number was 103 date 27/ sep/ 2023 at 7.30 pm , plus when i ate the pizza it tasted the horrible or i can say worst pizza of my life all my family members vomited so worst taste even they laughed at me mine trust to Domino's now is no more sorry to say such but it was really a bad deal of 600 rupees please no one go to them they have changed the taste and there culture too . I hate you Domino's for such worst pizza wasted my 600 on you shame on you Guys you don't even deserve 1 star for such bad pizza not even dog has eaten it ...wasted the food and money .never ever will buy from Domino's, i have share you the concern on email with mobile number and review link want to see how Domino's resolves my concern till then will keep posting on same comments

The outlet has very little space to dine in and eat. Take away is the better option here or if you are lucky then you won't get any rush there then you can eat your pizza there itself 😉. Overall the service is good.

Visited outlet today 08th June 2022, at 9:15pm. One group of unmannered & uncivic sense boys came as a customer and were shouting and were giving bad words mc bc in between them loudly. This created inconvenient atmosphere to have food with family in this store. The management was unable to stop them. We wanted to eat our pizza here but because of the above stated scenario, we took our pizza parcel to better eat at home in peace. I hope manager will look into such matter in future. Quality of pizza is nice here.

Yesterday I have ordered food from this store but unfortunately it was not delivered to me after a long followup with swiggy and dominos team top of it they closed my order by the remark food delivered. Worst experience ever with Domino's with no support from customercare .

Pathetic food, worst customer support or service, delayed delivery The pizza was cold and undercooked and butterscotch mousse felt like it was very old and hard. Milk solids in the mousse looked disintegrated. Yikes! Their store is barely 5 mins away and it took them 45 mins to deliver and then delivered such cold food. I tried calling them 20 times they are always unreachable or busy. Im gonna go to consumer court. This is such a shame!

Worst service ever faced any of the Domino's. Staff is not at all cooperative. They don't know how to behave and guide to customers. Never gonna order from koparkhairne branch ever.would recommend Domino's to look at this outlet specifically. There is lot of scope for improvement here.

They charge too much, but they don't provide you the quality of product as they charged you. Need more improvement. Better to go in smoking pizza or medleys.

The place is small with a seating capacity of only 10 people. The food is delicious, 11am to 3pm, Rs 149 and Rs 129 combo pack. It would be a great experience to take your kids to show them how to make pizza.

Manager said she's helpless when we shared our query and was unhappy with their service and quality they judt serve okay if the order is expensive but when order is under 300 you'll get just a piece of uncooked bread and almost no cheese poor quality cheese and barely any toppings ... bhai kahi aur jaake apne 300 meh accha quality khana milega

Well I have order online from this store and it's been more then 1 hour still did not get my order and i live like 1.2 km away from this store and still did not get my order , did not expect such services from dominos

Taste is good but takes time for order as place is small and with limited staff which eventually create a burden for them to deliver ever order quickly overall place is good for take way for setting and have a pizza thier only you need to visit before 4pm.

Usually this place and their staff are very good. However the experience this new year's eve has left a real bad taste. Hundreds of orders went undelivered and customers were seen fighting for collecting their orders. Complete Mismanagement.

It's a good place to have a pizza but there is not much space available to sit. It's a very small outlet and hardly 10 people can sit there. Staff is good and ofcourse pizza is also good because it's Domino's so u will not get any difference in the test anywhere in the world.

Bought a Pizza from Domino's Koparkhairane Navi Mumbai. After having a bite, I felt like VOMIT it. The worst Pizza I had in my life. It's not about wasting money, it's about the quality they have degraded and serving to the consumers.

All the lights blink here which cause sever headache.. It's been months still they are not changing the lights.. People with migraine or headache issues can never visit this outlet.. I have complained a lot of times still no changes have been made. The staff doesn't even switch off those blinking lights. Sole reason why I will never visit this outlet. Bad experience thrice.
