Recently visited this beautiful outlet in Vashi. The ambience is very calm and family friendly. Coming to food, we loved their starters! Do check out their special Paneer Hungama starter. You would definitely love it. The tawa Murg Dilbara is also worth trying. They serve good veg options like paneer Tikka Biryani. The Faalooda is a must try here. Good place serving amazing North Indian food

One of my friend take me to this restaurant. Heard that it's very oldest hotel retains the traditional taste in food. Today had veg varieties, hope to taste their non veg next time. During weekend it's fully packed lunch time. Good place to spend time relaxly with family. Services needs improvement. Though parking is very limited, you can park your car aside opp to hotel.

This place really touched my heart. If you are a mutton lover, this is YOUR restaurant. Every dish was cooked to perfection. I had the Dabba Gosht and the Zaffrani Chicken Tikka. Not a single bite disappointed me. The Chicken had multiple cuts, but were cooked accordingly to perfection. Dabba Gosht was like a dream. Pair that with anything… bread or rice. It a winner. Fair pricing mostly and total paisa vasool. I had Shahi tukda for the first time although it is such a simple n humble dessert, it was sooo yummy. Am coming back again!

Today visited shalimar hotel, vashi branch which is famous for its authentic mughali dishes. Ambience is spacious and is good for family dinner. The seating arrangement is nice. staff is friendly. Coming to food, we tried chicken coriander dry - which was green and had a combination of chicken cubes, garlic coriander tossed in their special sauces! It was very flavorsome! chicken mumtaz kebab - it was unique & consisted of two huge leg pieces stuffed with chicken kheema..authentic flavors and really a must try! chicken zaffrani kebab - tender chicken kebab pieces..which tasted really nice we also tried shalimar special chicken chilly gravy with roti..it was a perfect combination and their chicken chilly is different than the usual one. roti was fluffy and went really well with it! chicken hot bean - it was chicken starter served on sizzler plate. the quantity was huge..and it was really good combination of spices and their inhouse sauces. it is a must try! we ended up on a sweet note with their signature falooda..i m not a big fan of falooda but this one you must definitely try!

Hotel is recently renovated. Good is tasty but expensive a bit. Parking is available on main road. Staff is helpful.

Coming to food, 1.We requested butter chicken.chunks of marinated chicken in a semi thick sauce with parcels of flavors. Goes well with Butter roti/ naan 2. Tandoori chicken- tandoori was tasty 3. Tandoori- fresh and culminate 4- lamb biryani- astounding 5.pherni- amazing 6.shalimar special falooda - average It may be a great place for family dinings and corporate office gatherings. Has an upper seating as well! Great place in general

Shalimar Restaurant has always been listed amongst my favourite places in Mumbai to binge onto some authentic Mughlai cuisine. I recently happened to visit their Vashi outlet. This outlet is pretty cosy as compared to the other ones and has decent decor. Moving onto their menu, they serve a wide range of Mughlai and Chinese dishes. However, we opted to call for Mughlai food only. Tried Mutton Korma, Chicken Do-Pyaza, and Mutton Nahari with tandoori Naan and wrapped the meal with Firni and Falooda. I must admit we relished every bit of it. Overall, we had a great dining experience. The service is great and quick. Both the quantity and quality of the food served here is commendable. Perfect place to dine in over a hearty meal with family and friends.

One of the best Mughlai restaurants in Navi Mumbai. This place is spacious with good seating arrangement but it’s difficult to find parking space outside. Food is great though 👍

Recently checked out to this wonderful place in Vashi. It has outlets in Marol & Jogeshwari as well. This is the best restaurant if you're looking out for some really good north Indian food! I've been to shalimar restaurant with my family. I really like the interior and the service of it. We got to taste authentic Chinese food. I really didn't like the biryani and mutton dish Which we ordered. Staff was very polite and we were getting immediate response to our orders.

Giving one star because you have to. Ordered from the restaurant 2 hrs back, still waiting for delivery. Restaurant is saying you need to wait another half an hour. No body is bothered for customer. Can't imagine ordering from this restaurant again. Received reply after 3 hrs that order was delivered to someone else. No regret on the person calling. Pathetic Service.

Food was brilliant, I must say that prices are quite higher side. Other than that service was superb. Business people are oftenly visit these restaurant.

Last weekend visited shalimaar with my family . The location is in prime location of the vashi. The ambience and decor are great . We had Chicken platter in the platter they had given us chicken tandoori, kebabs , seekh believe if you're chicken lover you should go for it. Khepsa rice you should try it . The portion and taste is amazing. Desert sahi tukda it just melted my heart 💜. I would love to visit again soon .

We tried there Mutton Raan Masala which is just awesome. It will require 4-5 PPL to finish, also taste is just yummy. Also it will take 20-25 for your order. Also tried Shalimar special falooda which was okay as per it's price.

Tried their Chicken tandoor Malaysian and mutton gosht with rumali roti. Loved it. Mutton were very well cooked and very tasty. Chicken also tender and very tasty. If you are in Vashi then you must visit this place. Also try their desserts like rabdi and faluda. Loved it. Highly recommended!

I experience first time in shalimar and it is much good than how I expect it. The taste and order is fine. Their team is working very smoothly and quickly. I love it...😉😉

Ground floor is under renovation. Narrow stairs take you on 1st floor, where service was there Food was good. Service was quick. Portions are good too. However the service and customer friendliness was lacking. The waiters are rude & did some cheap-talk with us hence had to cut some stars in the rating. Will update in the next visit when the restaurant is fully renovated. Road side limited parking. No vallet.

We had a mutton biryani and chicken biryani. Chicken biryani was superb and the mutton is average because that tasted similar to first Chicken biryani

Awesome place to eat non veg food. I have tried a lot of non-veg restaurants in Mumbai but the quality of food in this place is unmatchable. One must try chicken crispy & also chicken barbecue starter is yummy.Haven for non veg lovers.

I had this amazing dish Chicken Shahenshah on independence day. The taste was very delicious. I also ordered chicken chilli and Raan biryani which were mouth watering. Definitely must try these items. Also the new ambience is pretty elegant.

Wonderful experience. Food was awesome. It could be the best tandoori I have eaten. Murg musallam was a delight for our group and chattered for 6 persons. PS- Chicken Shehenshah--- Don't go by the service persons advice. Sirf naam Shehenshah hai, No taste. Overall, a non-veg lovers delight.

1) Ordered 2 chicken tikka biryani - But order came 2 chicken dum biryani , we returned 1 because couldnt make the children and ladies wait more. when tikka biryani came , It was so spicy and busted with red chilli that no one of us could eat it and the food got wasted . we prefer spicy food but there was a mistake with food. The platter was nice. Chicken Dum biryani was also good👍 2) When we reach their with our car. We couldnt park because of a scooty was parked . we were hoping that security will move the scooty and make space for us but he didnt move inch so we parked far . But was expecting money from us when we left the restaurant. 3) If you ever order Shalimar faaloda here , request them not to make it too much sweet in advance. Falooda was nice. We never had this kind of issue in mumbai shalimar.

This restaurant is famous for non-veg. Shalimar has so many restaurants in Mumbai at various places. Their service & ambience is good. But the price of the food is too high. I went this place couple of times. Their chicken dishes are good. But they are not good for sea foods. I am very much disappointed for their faluda. They are advertising this product heavily but the quality & taste is not good.
