They have good pizzas and garlic bread. The crust is soft.

Cheese burst peri peri paneer pizza. It was awesome and mind blowing. Overloaded with extra cheese. Just breathtaking 🤗 Garlic bread was just mouth watering and so cheesy. Do try.

This is the first time we had anything from Sbarro and we quite liked the flavour. We had 6" Chicken Kebab Stromboli and Garden Treat Calzone . Garden Treat Calzone was mixture of Capsicum , Corn and Mozzarella cheese. Whereas Stromboli was mixture of Chicken Kebab , Jalapeno , onions and Mozzarella cheese. Flavour was good and worth a try. I order Mocha from this place. The Mocha did not taste anything like any Mocha I ever had. There was absolutely no taste of chocolate or chocolate powder whatsoever and just because the Mocha was being prepared they held up the entire order for around 20 minutes. By the time they were done with the Mocha, the pizza went cold. And that was not the only problem. They even managed to screw up the pizza by serving the wrong crust. Never coming back. Nor should you!

Very bad service, ordered for chicken pizza, instead the counter person offered buy1 n get 1 free, however he gave both veg pizzas. Also, when informed he said will change n give as it was their mistake. After 15mins they gave same pizza (removed paneer n dusted some chicken pieces) cold pizza. When confronted again they said will make New pizza n give, they just fooling the customers. Not recommended

Yesterday I had ordered 2- 8” sabrro pizza for home delivery. The cheeze they had used was soo yuckky! It was not baked also properly. I could not eat one piece from each pizza. They are lying in my fridge. Moral of the story- However hungry you are , never order sabrro pizza. This is my second expirience.

I ordered 2 pizza and cold coffee.. First he assured me they are best pizza and I should definatly try.. When the pizza arrived we were shocked as the pizza didn't hav any toppings over it hardly few which you can count easily and with no cheese just the bread, we also added cheese burst to it and trust cheese burst was no great as it felt like the same bread pizza. Coffee bill wasnt given as he said machine had some issue and the lid of the cap was so loose at the end he handed me the coffee without the lid, and when my son asked for extra ketchup as the was no ketchup given with the pizza.. I know with pizza you don't get ketchup but son likes it with ketchup hence we asked for few but he only gave 1 and being rude to my son he said ketchup are chargeable, for us this was new and never heard of anythin before .. Overall the worst place to dine and trust it wud be better you eat street food or any other outlet as the food you try at this place you would anyways not be able to eat..

The food was very bad 😞 and the pizza was taste less . We were taking Normal pizza but they refer to the offer.there was no sauces and veggies. I have gone to other branches also but this was worse food. We told to exchange the pizza they told that they will not change pizza.

My third time eating here. Not that many options since its a smaller outlet and they have to keep options as per the demand in the locality. Taste is good but definitely not the best. Staff needs more training as they seemed new to the outlet but that’s understandable and I wouldn’t rate them lower due to that reason.

Please check your bill while after you order. We ordered a peri peri paneer pizza while in the mall along with a miranda and mocha. Only after we started having the pizza we realised that it is a cheese burst pizza which is not what i had ordered. I checked the bill and realised that we were charged 60 bucks extra for the crust which we never asked for. The manager, who as a matter of fact had taken up our order, agreed to exchange the pizza for a plain base and return the extra 60 bucks that we were charged for. We waited for a while for the new pizza and only when I went to check I saw my pizza lying on the counter. Nobody even bothered calling out our order number for us to come

Today I had went orion mall panvel. I had pizza at sbarro, I orderd veg cheese pizza with capsicum, jalpeno, onion, corn it was worst pizza I had ever eat. Pizza bread was like maide ki roti , if I ate at road is better than this sbarro pizza at orion . Pls don't order ever pizza from this sbarro food court from orion mall. My money totally goes waste.

i placed an order today. they msged me that it was delivered half n hr ago however i did not receive anything and i called the given sbarro number but it is temporarily closed and the delivery guy says he did not receive any such order. this is prepaid order.WHAT PATHETIC PLACE TO ORDER FROM.
