Great place for a short pocket and delicious preparations, It was really good experience to dine here, Staff was also very approachable and friendly and good enough to suggest as per our pallets, I ordered *Chicken sweet & sour soup *Vegetable Manchurian *Vegetable Hakka noodles *Classic royal falooda by Moti Mahal Chicken soup was really good😋 Served piping hot ( which I loved the most) Portion size of vegetables Manchurian was really great and surprising, it was really delicious and the balance of tangyness and spices were too good Vegetable Hakka noodles was good but seasoning were less, but cooked really well Hands down to the classic royal falooda it was soooooo delicious, light, creamy, flavourful, chilled and refreshing that I'm already waiting to eat that again!!!!! Also ordered caramel custard but forgot to click picture as it was sooo overwhelming that I ate it with in seconds!!!! All around place is too good and pocket friendly too All this we ate for was less thn 700/-

It is really a nice family restaurant and serves good food. We had paneer chilly, chicken lollypop and half chicken biryani. Everything was really tasty. The waiting time was also short.

The review is not for the food because I never visited this restaurant to dine in. The issue is regarding humanity. My wife and kid went to Andheri for Diwali shopping. It was rush hour and lots of people were shopping in Andheri. It took time to go home. Suddenly, my 8 year old kid had an emergency to get to the washroom. My wife entered this nearby restaurant named Moti Mahal and asked whether they could use the washroom or not. Upon asking the person at the front desk, don't know whether he was the owner or not, he agreed that they could use it. Later moving further, my family was stopped in the middle and said by the order taker and many employees that they cant use it. My family had mentioned that it was an emergency but they denied it. My kid was literally crying and he also asked the people of the restaurant but they were ruthlessly denied. I never wanted to write this review but this incident must be shared with all the reviewers. It is shameful that these kinds of people exist who don't have humanity left. First, try to be human and then later serve customers with dignity.

If you are expecting good treatment from their staff, bill counter person and the owners than forget it. It will be a nightmare for you and your family. Their food once upon a time was tasty but not anymore. I guess they might have been rude to their cooks too and hence they left moti mahal. Their staff show signs of adamant behaviour and are not open to accepting feedback rather they are argumentative. The only good thing left about this place is their pricing but I would not recommend anyone eating biryani or Chinese from this place, the only thing recommended would be mughlai gravy with roti. But if your going with family then kindly select another place or you may just not have a good time. Before learning to cook these guys should learn how to behave. This behaviour is also common with the staff at cafe alfa which is near to moti Mahal.

Was one of my favourite restaurant since childhood.. But recently its food quality n taste has completely changed from Good to HORRIBLE!! Their butter chicken has no butter or cream.. it was more like garlic chicken. Horrific taste.. FOOD is not the same like old Moti Mahal i used to love.

Me and my friend visited here few days ago, we ordered chicken crispy and chiken biryani. Chicken crispy was way too sweet to even eat more than 3 pcs it was literally tasting like we are having some sweet dish. The biryani was also not upto the mark. Service was also not that great as waiters were rude. While serving food they didn't even look and serve properly half of the quantity was out of the plate on the table.

Amazing Food, Had lot of Good memories here... Only Cash payment is a problem though...

Nice place to have non vegetarian food. Lots of options and good taste. I've had lot of items either in chicken or mutton and I liked most of them. Service is good. Limited space but that shouldn't be the problem. Dessert are also really good. A good place to visit.

One of the worst places. It took one hour to make a simple toast sandwich and two juice. The owner also did not take any heed of this. The co-owner started badmouthing about us the customers. And while leaving he tried to intimidate me by walking directly onto me and not giving me and my friend space to move out.

Reshmi kabab and chicken crispy I would request you to please change the name to Cement kabab and sauce sweet chicken. I was not able to chew the chicken kabab and left. Looks like white cement was mixed in chicken. ( may be few days old chicken) When informed to the waiter he said Aise he hota hai.

Having Drinks after we all friends went to the hotel we placed the order tha one my friend filling ometing he went to washroom he done ometing in washroom and after hotel manger telling you have to pay for omting in hotel washroom all the argument we didn't pay for ometing. They add sugar in food you say we want thika but they don't give i don't know why. The hote people is not good and service also not good.

Ambience is so dull as like the staff. Old style with dull food we had chicken lajawab which had thick gravy and bolied chicken pieces just stired in it. We found this as there was no other option.
