This is a wonderful place for a one day visit and I must say the place is actually wonderful. But you must be wondering then why have I given this place two stars only ??? Actually, what I believe is that a place can never be beautiful alone but it has to be in totality. Let me make it more clear. I know this place is beautiful but have you seen the path to this place. It is not great, I mean it is bad. People coming here bring things with them and after using they throw garbage there itself. Secondly, the place is not at all safe. There is no one to tell you what should be safe and what is not. You have to find it on your own. Thirdly, I saw people doing very silly stuff over here which I know was not safe. But we couldn't tell them. One very important thing I want to share is that people come here with their small children, is not at all right and safe. It is my humble appeal to all the people to not bring young kids here. People do not follow safety protocols here which is not good. If all the people who visit this place, if they follows a little bit of rules, can make a lot of differencetothis place. Let's pledge ourselves to keep this place clean and safe so that anyone coming here can enjoy nature to the fullest and feel safe.

Best place to visit, when you want adventure, nature, peace ✌️ all togather.. it is near to the city. If you live in Kharghar.. 2 hrs is more than enough.. Now.. there is no clear instruction about how to reach, but there is clear trail which you can follow.. in my 1st visit I was not able to reach there as we thought trail is too difficult to follow.. but in my second visit I reached at the base of the waterfall.. If you are coming with a car park it near the gurudwara and then walk strictly following the trail which is side by side of the waterfall river. Wear good shoes as trail is full of stones and long grasses.. It's little difficult to reach there but it's totally worth it. But please be careful because as there is no instructions some time it might become scary πŸ˜…

If you ever get a chance to visit this place during Mumbai monsoons, you’ll fall in love with this place. Absolute bliss. The images posted with this review are not edited in any way whatsoever. One can see for themselves. I visited during the monsoons. Refreshing breeze, green lush surroundings, mini waterfalls; can’t ask for more. There were few other families enjoying in the water. But it is advised to stay away from the water and keep oneself safe. Exercise caution when you visit. The trek can be a little slippery. Wear sports/hike shoes.

This waterfall is located near Kharghar railway station and on Pandavkada. Surrounded by high mountain this place has every thing. From greenery to high altitude waterfall, this place is the perfect place for trekkers. Also, the place has cave in between the mountains. Nice place to trek and spend your day. Right now this place is not allowed for visit. Don't try to visit till September otherwise you will have to pay a hefty amount or land in trouble.

Best place to take a short break from the city lifestyle and spend some time with nature. For a person like me who loves mountains, this place is perfect. And the waterfall flowing from above is also like a cherry on the cake. There is also an small water trail which seems to be a good spot to chill for elder people who's having difficulty to reach at the main waterfall. So it becomes an family friendly location as well .As nature is giving us so many beautiful moments and things, it is our duty to preserve this most expensive gift of God! Some garbage is spread along the banks of the waterfall and on the way to the waterfall itself. please take all your stuff back with a wonderful time. We enjoyed alot and had a peaceful time πŸ’«

I would recommend to visit this place on a weekday. We were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourself when we got here. Just a 15-20mins easy hike to this place. Perfect place for a getaway. Also make sure you visit here before 11am, since the Police come here and ask you to leave as there was an unfortunate incident that took place a week before.

Wonderful waterfall.Must visit. There will be police most of the time and they don't allow you to go . Incase you want to visit you can try to go early in the morning. I have gone early morning around 8am on Sunday and there was no police. Also please take care of the depth of water as its dangerous during rainy season.

Beautiful place to visit. 15 - 20 minutes of walk from the main gate. Best time to visit post monsoon i.e. post rains gets over because during heavy rains high chances of cops not letting you in.

One of the quickest gateway for the Mumbai and Navi Mumbaikars, this place can be easily accessible through a trail marked from the gurudwara till the waterfall. It's a 15 min trail and then 10 min hike till the waterfall. It's a monsoon fed waterfall. Has amazing views.

Pandavkada waterfall is being declared as a dangerous spot by the CIDCO. In 2010, about 12 students had lost their lives while swimming in the waterfall. Previously, a ban was imposed from entering the fall, after four students drowned in the waterfall in 2005, 4 students have also lost their lives. Local police and forest departments are not allowing anyone to visit the waterfall. We tried to enter from the village road but the police checkpoint is located everywhere.

The best experience in kharghar which is free. Make sure you reach to top. Dont follow google path. Take left just before gurudwara. Thats best and shortest path.
