Ayappa temple of Nerul is a special palace for Hindus. It worshipped across Kerala which is a step son of Parvati as per old sayings. He is son of Mohini and shiva. He is considered to be the epitome of dharma, truth and righteousness and is often called upon to obliterate evil. The worship of Ayyappa has become very popular in the state of Kerala by members of all Hindu communities, in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. The deity is mentioned in various scriptures and is revered in south Indian Hindu traditions. This temple is serene and heavenly abode of culture and tradition. Lovely place, mesmerizing ambiance, one would fall in love with the place when they visit, at evenings temple glows with diyas, i visited in weekday there wasn't much rush..

This Ayyappa Temple in Nerul has been designed very well keeping all ethos of Temple culture in a very limited space. Well managed temple management team. Peace and Tranquility prevails there. I never miss any opportunity to visit this place when I am in Nerul. You can park your vehicle on the road side as per parking day instructions (odd/even)

Wonderful place for devotees. Visit in the evening around 7 pm as there will be Aaarti and it feels great/ pleasing/ relaxing at that time. Diyas are lit all around the temple and it's worth visiting. And the famous Ayyappa special Prasad is also available.

Temple is very beautiful. It is very well maintained. People can take the prasad as per their will to offer to Lord Ayyappa. Everyone is allowed to visit and offer puja in the temple.

A beautiful temple to calm your life in the busy daily work life. Really peaceful!

Temple made in old style and looks fabulous. It is really a gem in nerul.

Silent place. While praying if you open your eyes it means your seeing the God. If you close your eyes during prayer you are speaking with God. If your surroundings are Silent and praying the God it means you are synced with the positive waves. Ayyappan temple is the place where you can free your stressful mind. Prayer with silence is something a admirable feeling where our minds wont scatters and only the positive energy vibes. This is also a type of meditation to keep stress free.

There is enough space for parking on the road by the footpath. Seperate space to keep shoes and water to wash your hands and feet is provided by the temple.

Sri Ayyappa Temple is very well maintained. At evening, light from diyas increase the beauty of temple and surrounding area. Shanidev mandir is exactly opposite to this. Dedicated parking area is not available near this temple but you can park your two-wheeler or four wheeler road side as per even odd date.
