I
had
stayed
here
at
AV's
cottage
for
2
days
and
a
night.
I
called
them
and
got
a
warm
response
from
Mr.
Aniket.
He
was
nice
and
friendly.
As
I
booked
for
2
AC
rooms
for
weekdays,
he
also
gave
a
decent
discount.
The
booking
was
hassle
free.
I
reached
with
my
family
on
Tuesday
noon
and
everything
was
set.
The
rooms
were
accessible
through
a
narrow
space.
It
has
a
limited
parking
place.
The
rooms
were
clean
and
ready
for
us.
The
service
throughout
the
stay
was
great.
The
cooling
of
the
AC
was
good.
Television
set
were
good
and
operational.
There
was
no
fridge
in
the
room
so
we
had
to
utilise
their
kitchens
fridge
for
storing
the
birthday
cake.
Hot
water
was
only
available
from
9.30a
to
10.30a.
The
place
has
nice
outside
sitting
arrangement.
A
few
selfie
point.
A
number
of
fruit
plants
like
pineapple
(I
had
seen
this
for
the
first
time
in
my
life),
banana
plant,
mango,
chickoo,
coconut
There
was
electricity
disconnection
a
couple
of
times
but
was
restored/fixed
in
sometime.
The
entire
place
is
backed
up
with
power
generator.
The
place
provides
free
wifi.
I
did
not
have
meals
except
for
breakfast.
The
poha,
upma
and
sheera
was
nice
and
tender
with
less
salt.
That's
ok.
The
mausi
at
the
kitchen
helped
heat
the
baby's
milk
at
the
night.
A
10
minutes
car
drive
from
the
beach.
