Very good hospital with best doctor for ear nose throat (ENT). I will highly recommend Dr. Damle & Dr. Amit for ent issues. The Hospital staff is very calm & cooperative. I would like to inform everyone, they needs to keep patience in waiting room as every patients has different issues (some has small or some has big ) sometimes Patients takes more time to listen and understand how he/she can be cured.

He was detected with tumor in his throat and at that time you insisted for punch biopsy which we were reluctant as his age is 90 years old and our mother had expired on 24 th April, 2023. It was a challenging situation for our family. At that moment, you guided us in right path and strongly told us for Punch Biopsy and thereafter you insisted us to go for treatment of cancer i.e. chemotherapy. At that time also you told us that if you don't do this treatment, you would regret in near future. Hence on your strong advice and right guidance, we started his treatment under Dr. Sachin Almel; Oncologist at Hinduja Hospital. I had worst experience, I tried calling the shown mobile number on 30th October nearby 8.00 PM, but it was not reachable so called on landline but the lady answered the call and hung up immediately. I tried calling again and again but no one was talking on phone but i heard some foul language. Very unprofessional behaviour from staff. Request to take immediate action on said staff as we pay for appointment and treatment. I got her name - Divya. Hoping for quick action

Doctor does not give sufficient time to listen complete problem also not explain why certain problem occurs. For my child he has pus in his ear....but doctor hasn't check it the ear properly...and not explain why the problem occurs. Then I visited another ENT doctor she explain the problem in detail and clean all the pus from the ear.

Staff and nurse are very rude No importance for time Even after taking appointment u have to wait for an hour. They dnt even inform that all appointment are running late to come lill late. They like create a rush in a clinic and let peoples wait for an hours. All the patient were having same issue. They were arguing with all patient. On asking nurse just argue start talking nuisance in marathi they think we dnt understand. But sry to say we understand everything and dnt want to insult u so i just let it go. But staff needs to improve their behaviour. And take a class of how to talk to people. Working people you go here only if u have a lot of free time. No doubt doctors are good But bcos of staff doctors ka naam kharab hota hai

Doctors are good, they treat well, even staff is good but do not provide cashless mediclaim neither support well for reimbursement process.

Dr. Amit Sheth is the best ENT specialist, have had sinus and cough issues for past 20 years, tried all forms of medications and many different doctors, nothing worked till I consulted Dr. Amit. Very calm, will explain you the problem your body is facing and process to cure it.

Not a good doctor (dr. Makrand damle) he charged me 1200₹ plus 800₹ of prescription, even when i was his old patient, it's been a month yet my cough didn't gone away, So yesterday i went to the nearby local dr and guess what it went off in single medication, Some doctors are only for money, i do not recommend this dr at all
